Trapped In The Cultivator World
Go To Tournament

Li Hao spent about two thousand gold coins to buy various kinds of pills. After coming out of a place that was quite majestic, a heavy sigh came out from his mouth.

"Truly a waste, now my money is only 803 gold coins left." Li Hao muttered as he stared at the screen in front of him displaying an inventory, "But in this way, I don't have to worry about a sudden fight in the future."

Li Hao bought healing pills of different types, some of which could heal minor wounds, then heavy injuries, and others that could cure hard diseases.

"Well, it's time to go back."

Li Hao walked back towards the inn.

In the inn room.

After Wei Han opened the room door, Li Hao went inside and found Diao Chan lying on the bed. It seemed like he just closed his eyes and did not sleep at all.

"Was the cold getting worse?" Li Hao asked as he stood by Diao Chan's bedside.

"That's how..." Diao Chan replied, his voice was slow and also a little hoarse.

Li Hao did not say anything more and he took out a brown pill from the inventory, "This is a pill that can bring down fever, a quality that I bought at the Mid-Tier Profound level. Supposedly with this pill, you can recover after resting for some time."

Both of Diao Chan's eyes slowly opened and he looked for a moment at the pill Li Hao had in hand, "Thank you, I'll reimburse you for the pill after it heals later."

"No need, I just want your recovery." Li Hao shook his head slowly, then passed the pill to the woman.

Diao Chan only smiled faintly, he slowly got up and then swallowed the pills he received.

"I'm going to sleep... Don't make an unnecessary fuss." Diao Chan said so, then lay back down.

Li Hao simply nodded in understanding, then walked away from there. Wei Han himself who watched it in silence also started doing his activities back.

"Are you going to cultivate, Wei Han?" asked Li Hao curiously.

"Yes, uncle. I don't want to waste the opportunity to cultivate in this city..." Wei Han replied with a big smile on his face.

Li Hao paused for a moment before taking out a few pills from the empty air, "It just so happens that I bought some useful pills to speed up the Qi absorption, use them... It'll be very useful to you." Li Hao stretched out all those pills to the little boy nearby.

"Eh, no need, uncle. You need it more than me..." Wei Han immediately rejected him for feeling unwell.

"Haha.... I don't need this kind of pill, I bought it anyway because I want to give it to you." Li Hao said with a small laugh.

"That doesn't mean 'coincidence' dong?" Wei Han slightly tilted his head.

"That's how... You're really observant in hearing what I say, yeah." Li Hao stroked Wei Han's head gently with his left hand.

Wei Han himself smiled, then received all the pills that were in Li Hao's right hand, "Then, I will accept them, uncle. Thank you.." head Wei Han slightly lowered his head after saying that.

"It doesn't have to be that way, I'm your family, right? So, stop acting like I'm someone else." Li Hao stroked Wei Han's head with a smile.

"Ah, fine..." Wei Han smiled faintly, then asked, "How much should I consume, uncle?"

"Enough once a day." Li Hao replied quickly, then continued on, "But I recommend to consume it once every two days, once every two days, the pill was not at a perfect level - so there was still a possibility to cause side effects if taken too often."

"I understand, uncle. Again, thank you."

This time Wei Han did not lower his head but instead showed a wide smile on his face.

Li Hao simply nodded, then said, "Uncle wants to sleep, do as you please but don't get noisy, huh."

"Good, uncle."

"Effort to win over your brother, I will always support you." Li Hao smiled faintly before his gaze pointed to the ceiling of the room.

Today is the day of the start of the free tournament.

Outside the third gate, there were countless people queuing in, most of them aiming to watch the free Tournament held by the Five Dragon Towers.

On the other hand, Li Hao with Diao Chan and Wei Han were leisurely walking towards the Anwei inn. The three of them chatted with each other to fill the free time.

"Are you sure you're okay?" Li Hao asked as he turned to the woman next to him.

Diao Chan took a deep breath before slowly pulling it out of his mouth, "You've asked me that question for the umpteenth time, and I've answered all these questions firmly." Diao Chan said, his voice sounding very upset, "I'm cured, you yourself have felt my normal body temperature, haven't you?"

"Yes, you're right... But you could still be sick even though your body temperature is back to normal." Li Hao answered him calmly.

"Tsk, you're stubborn. Stop talking to me!" Diao Chan snorted in annoyance after saying that.

Seeing the beautiful woman furiously made Li Hao pause for a moment, his eyes then glanced towards Wei Han and coincidentally their eyes met each other.

As if they were communicating, they stared at each other for a while. Then, a sigh escaped from Wei Han's mouth and the little boy turned his gaze to Diao Chan, "Auntie, the Tournament will last for three days, won't it?"

"Yes? What's the matter, little Wei Han?" Diao Chan immediately asked as he looked at the little boy he was holding.

"No, I'm just asking." Wei Han shook his head slowly, then put on a slightly worried expression, "Auntie, if you are sick it is better not to be forced, huh? I no longer want to see you lying in a pale state like yesterday..."

Diao Chan raised his eyebrows before smiling gently, he carried the little boy in his arms and said cheerfully, "You don't need to worry, little Wei Han. Aunt is healthy, right. The proof is, auntie can carry you now..."

Wei Han also smiled gently then hugged Diao Chan, "I'm glad that aunt is healthy..."

Diao Chan stroked the little boy's head and put on a gentle expression, it could be seen if he was very affectionate towards Wei Han.

Li Hao just kept silent as he watched that, his gaze then shifted forward and the three of them were already almost at Anwei inn.

"It looks like he's been waiting." Li Hao said in a soft voice.

Diao Chan who knew who 'he' was meant by Li Hao immediately searched for his whereabouts, and found Uncle Jang who was looking at him with a smile.

"Good morning, young lady." Uncle Jang greeted while putting on a friendly smile.

"Ah, hello, uncle Jang. Have you been waiting a long time?" ask Diao Chan.

"I was only here a moment ago" replied Uncle Jang quickly.

Diao Chan nodded slowly, then lowered Wei Han to the ground, "Please take care of him during the Tournament, uncle. Don't do anything, and obey what he asks. Understood?"

"I understand, miss." Uncle Jang replied, then his eyes shifted to the little boy who was in front of Diao Chan, "Hello, Wei Han. From now on uncle will take care of you until the young lady finishes participating in the Tournament today..."

Wei Han himself fell silent before nodding once, actually he felt a little afraid of being with a stranger but he tried not to express his fear.

"Don't be afraid, little Wei Han. Uncle Jang won't do anything bad to you..." Diao Chan noticed the little boy's fear, he said in a soft voice, "Later afternoon we will meet again..."

"Good, aunt." Wei Han nodded once again.

Diao Chan smiled, then the four of them went together to the place where the Free Tournament was held.
