Chapter 23. Misunderstand

Jack actually forged Louisa with a lot of training. Even the man taught her to ride. Louisa didn't mind it at all, she knew Jack was doing it all for her sake.

Currently Jack and Louisa just finished running around the field. A Jack's men approached.

"Master, you're getting guests."

"Who?"

"Master Mario."

"Send him in."

Jack and Louisa walk into the mansion. Louisa went straight upstairs because her body was so sweaty and she felt like she had to take a bath. Jack meets Mario alone.

"Is there any progress?" ask Jack to the point. Mario immediately clucked in annoyance. Not even himself put his ass on the sofa, but Jack immediately asked about the task given to him.

"There will be some weapons that will be smuggled into Mexico. Zeus these days always intervenes by himself. Luke is crazy. Your guess is all right. Those people are Lucas's men. I don't know for sure where they know if it's you and Louisa in that car. Obviously, you need to be more careful. The man has a disorder" Mario said

"I must be careful. After this I'll take Louisa to Australia. To keep him safe."

"I'm not going anywhere, Jack. I want to be here with you."

Louisa stood in the doorway with a reddened face. How could Jack have the thought to take her away."

"Loui, you believe me, don't you?"

"I don't want to believe you, Jack. You trained me this and that, then what for? What does that training mean if you don't let me get involved at all?"

Jack closed his eyes for a moment. Last night he got a report from Hugo. He felt it was too dangerous to involve Louisa in this.

"You didn't catch up with him?" ask Mario to wonder.

"I'd better leave him alone first."

"I suggest, you should not let this problem drag on. Women are terrible creatures when they are disappointed."

After a long conversation with Mario, Jack decided to go upstairs. At least he didn't want this misunderstanding to drag on. That's right what Mario said. He also does not want Louisa more misunderstood him and will incite hatred.

Jack just walked into their room. Louisa lay on her stomach on the bed. His shoulders shook and he sounded.

Jack immediately approached and rubbed Louisa's hair lovingly.

"Loui, listen to me first. I have a good reason. I don't want you to get hurt, because what I'm about to face is no ordinary person. He's Zeus, the most cunning man in the country."

Louisa immediately got up and looked at Jack with red and watery eyes. This girl is really so crybaby. Jack was so anxious he wanted to bite that blushing cheek.

"You're worried I'm hurt? Then what about me? You think it's easy for me to see you get hurt? I'd rather die in their hands than see you get hurt. I can't, Jack."

Jack immediately pulled Louisa into his arms. It felt like he really could no longer retreat. Louisa has already mastered her heart and mind. How could Jack just ignore Louisa.

"Don't talk like that, Loui. It hurt my heart so much. I won't let anything bad happen to you."
