Chapter 48. Worriedly

Jack was still staring at the helpless-looking Lucas. The man had just placed a hot iron on Lucas' core.

"You know? The way you want my wife, you're nothing more than a crazy maniac."

"Just kill me" Lucas said in a trembling voice. He already felt pain all over his body, especially in the core of his body.

"Why? Are you looking forward to meeting your father?" Jack returned to grin. The man was so scary.

"Aren't you curious about a demon like me?" continued Jack. Lucas suddenly laughed. Jack folded his hands and stared intently at Lucas.

"Do you know, I'm not the only one who wants to touch your wife. My dad also really wanted to fuck *****that little*," Lucas said. He wanted to provoke Jack. So Jack would kill him immediately. He couldn't stand the pain he was feeling.

Without waiting any longer Jack punched Lucas hard in the face. Lucas smiled he hoped after this Jack would really kill him.

However, just as Jack was about to raise his fist again. Jack's phone vibrated in his pocket. Inevitably he finally stopped the action because Jack saw Louisa's name on the screen. Jack came out to pick up his wife's call.

"Hello, Honey. What's up?"

("Where?") asked Louisa with a soft look

"While taking care of something, dear. What's up?"

"Jack, my stomach hurts." Now Louisa's voice sounded trembling.

DEG!

Jack ran out. He handed Lucas over to Hugo. Jack drives his car at high speed, so Louisa is still connected. Jack was trying to calm his wife, Louisa must be so scared right now.

"You're in the room alone?" ask Jack. He was still focused on driving, but his attention could not be separated from his wife.

"Mona is here with me. Mrs Carrol is here too. They want to take me to the hospital, Jack, but I want you here."

"Yh, Jack. Don't turn the phone off."

After saying that, Louisa's voice could no longer be heard. Jack panicked more and stepped on the gas pedal deeper.

"Loui, are you listening to me? Loui!"

Silence has no validity. Jack arrives at his mansion and parks his original car. He ran without caring about the confused gazes of his workers. When he arrived in the room, Jack immediately approached his wife.

"We're going to the hospital now!" jack rubbed Louisa's cold sweaty forehead. Mona and Mrs Carrol still faithfully stood beside her master's bed. Louisa's pale face made Jack even more anxious. Moreover, Louisa looks very limp.

Louisa had just fallen asleep after doctors gave Louisa medicine. Luckily Jack immediately took Louisa to the hospital. Louisa has spots and cramps due to stress.

Jack doesn't know what makes his wife that way. He couldn't ask Louisa anything. When she left Louisa, she looked fine.

Mona comes with Louisa's needs while in the hospital, and Jack asks Mona to tell him everything.

"So after you left, Madam slept for quite a while. Then after that the madam seemed to have a nightmare. He's like he's nervous. I tried to wake him up. When the madam woke up she looked terrified and before long the madam was in pain, sir."

"Thank you, Mona."

"It's my duty, sir." Mona finally went out after making sure her master didn't need anything more.

Jack sat down by Louisa's bed. He's holding Louisa's fingers.

"I'm sorry I didn't take good care of you."
