Chapter 36. Accident

Louisa's been going through her honeymoon in the cottage for a week. It seems that after this he needs to check his heart condition. Because while in the forest, there are only wild animals shown by Jack. Last time before they came home, Jack brought a child hyena and it ended tragically. Mother Hyena probably thinks Jack stole her son. Until the animal goes berserk and chases Louisa as well as Jack. Luckily Jack had a dope gun. He's aiming at the mother hyena. However, Louisa had to suffer a bite wound on her left leg because of the animal.

"Baby, I'm really sorry. Does it still hurt?" jack asked, he continued to hold Louisa's hand. The woman threw away her face. Giani shook his head. She was grateful Louisa's injuries weren't too severe.

"You should just shut it down, Loui. He deserves to be hostile. Father and son are the same," grumbled Giani. Ben who was sitting next to Giani could only let out a long sigh, as he was hooked on the matter of his son. Obviously, Jack is wrong.

"Mom, I'm sorry. This was also beyond my predictions. I didn't think of this either."

"You're so late in looking after mommy's daughter-in-law. What if Loui is pregnant? That's really dangerous. After all, you're running out of money to take your wives' honeymoon abroad."

Everyone in the room was silent. If Giani had started to get angry, no one would dare to interrupt or tease him. Jack who was used to humor is now just silent while holding Louisa's hand.

"Jack, take your wife to bed" Ben ordered. Jack immediately picked up Louisa and took her up to his room.

After Jack and Louisa left. Ben rubbed his wife's back. "Already, Honey. You better not be angry. It was an accident that no one wanted. Our daughter-in-law is fine anyway. You saw it for yourself, didn't you? You also heard the doctor who examined Loui earlier."

"But still, your habit really pisses me off." Giani folded his hands in front of his chest.

"Alright, I promise I won't add any more pets. Enough of them. Ok!"

"Basic sucks. Giani chose to move from the room to the room. Jared who had heard her mommy voice could only shut up. He's grateful he wasn't after Jack. How could Jack take his wife to see their pet?

"Here you go, you don't have to think about it. You better get your wife some rest, too, Jared. Pregnant women should not be stressed."

"Yes, Dad."

In Jack's room, Louisa sleeps on Jack's back. His feet hurt and throbbed. Maybe the anesthetic effect is gone. Louisa was forced to get two stitches from the hyena bite. Louisa's regret still remains much for her husband. Jack can usually bring himself closer to the hyena nest and end up with events like this.

"Baby, don't leave me like this." Jack really regretted what he did, but what he can do now. Rice has become a porridge. He can't turn things around.

"I'm really sorry. I'm sorry." Jack's voice sounded raucous. Louisa looked at me. She found her husband shedding tears. Louisa immediately got up from her position. However, due to lack of caution she screamed in pain when her aching leg was depressed.

"Arrgh."

"Baby, are you okay?" ask Jack worriedly.

"Why are you crying, Jack."

"Don't let me down, Baby. I'm sorry."
