(NON) PRETEND HUSBAND

(NON) PRETEND HUSBAND
The Big Day

Kian arrived and entered his room right at the time his friends would come out of the room to go to the studio and the location of their respective tasks. While looking down, Kian passed through the crowd with a thumping heart.

Risa is among them and chooses to ignore Kian. He had heard the news this morning that made his heart break into pieces. It is fitting that Kian is very indifferent to him, it turns out that Kian's target is rich women. Risa smiled wryly. You matre man!

When he arrived at his cubicle table, Kian sat down while touching his chest that was still pounding violently. He watched the wish list on his desk and read it carefully. When he is in trouble like this, it feels like he wants to be assigned to the field only. Meeting and interacting with friends who are very sensitive to gossip makes Kian depressed. Surely they all think that Kian is a materialistic man who only pursues treasure. Though Kian was only forced to do this all, just because he did not want to make his late grandmother not calm there.

Kian folds both arms and bows his head on the table, he is not ready to meet Risa in the studio. Even he is not ready if his other friends ask questions that are not-no.

"And?!"

Kian jerked, he looked up quickly and turned to the origin of the voice.

Mr. Hendri, the dept chief. The camera was already standing next to his desk with a probing look.

Kian stood up swiftly, he pulled the wish list sheet. "Sorry, Sir. I'll be in the studio soon!"

"Wait on! I have something to talk to you about."

Kian who was about to step away suddenly stopped. He looked at Hendri with concern.

"Come to my room!" Hendri first stepped up and walked quickly to his room.

Kian exhaled his frenzied breath and followed Hendri's steps. Since the trip to the Television Station, he had prepared himself for the worst possible events.

"Please sit down, Kian!" hendri's orders when Kian was already in his room.

According to him, he sat in front of Hendri's desk.

"You must be shocked by today's news, right?" ask Hendri.

Kian nodded without daring to stare at his famous department head firmly.

"Are you really going to marry Mr Jonathan's daughter?" ask Hendri again.

"Yes, sir," said Kian briefly.

"I was shocked when your friends got excited about this morning's news about you. I thought it was just a gimmick. But when I saw your picture clearly plastered there, inevitably I finally believed!"

"Sorry, Sir. When the news about me has made the office so noisy."

"No. Instead I am happy because you will marry the only daughter of the Winata Group heiress. So that way, we'll be broadcasting your wedding live on this tivi station!"

Overwhelmed, his breathing stopped. He looked up and looked at Hendri who was smiling widely.

"The event will definitely sell well later considering Winata Group is not an ordinary Company. Your marriage will also attract a lot of media attention. So what if the exclusive right of your wedding coverage can only be broadcast by us? Do you mind??" Hendri looked at Kian full of intimidation.

"I can't decide, sir. I'm sorry."

"It's okay, you just discuss it with your lover!"

Kian did not reply, his lips were weak to respond to Hendri's request.

"alright. Get back to work, Kian! Studio three is waiting for you!"

A few hours after work, Kian locked himself in the studio and did not dare to get out of there. When accidentally cross paths with Risa earlier, the girl always threw away her face and avoided Kian. Although there is a sense of disappointment but Kian chose to ignore it. He did not want to make Risa more misunderstood.

Kian. Mr. Tino, operator Jimmy Jib, is standing in front of him.

"Yes, sir," said Kian briefly.

"Not having lunch? Let's just record another show, you!"

Smiling and shaking. "I'm not a laper, sir. Come home later!"

Mr. Tino was bearded and shuffled to sit in a chair next to Kian. He put the small bag he was holding on the table and took out a box. The aroma of fried rice spices suddenly sniffed Kian's sense of smell when Pak Tino opened his lunch box. Kian touched his stomach which responded to the aroma by crowding.

"Well, let's eat together!" Mr. Tino handed a spoon to Kian.

Slowed and spontaneously shook. "No, Sir. Thank ye. Please Mr. Tino eat first!"

"Ahh, you want to be the daughter-in-law of a rich person, you don't want to eat ordinary fried rice, so?!"

Kian. He took a breath and then received the spoon that Mr. Tino thrust.

"Well, that's it, dong!" Mr. Tino patted Kian's shoulder warmly.

Finally Kian devoured the fried rice together with his senior. In a state of hunger, simple fried rice feels very delicious.

"I know you're hiding here for sure because of that horrendous news, right!? Don't think about it too much, Kian. The more you dodge, the more satisfied they will be to talk about you!"

Kian swallowed the fried rice that he chewed slowly, somehow the taste of fried rice became a little different when talking about the news.

"You're great at hiding your relationship with that woman for three years. It must be heavy for you!" Mr. Tino patted Kian's shoulder again.

He did not reply, only responding with a smile or nodding.

"Don't listen to the discordant talk behind your back, Kian. Stay focused on your life goals."

"Thank you, Mr. Tino," hiss moved.

While others blasphemed him mercilessly, Kian became excited again when Mr. Tino gave him his condolences.

The phone that was placed on the table vibrated intensely. Look at the name on the screen.

WO is calling ...

"I'll excuse you, sir." Politely Kian stood up and inched away from Mr. Tino.

"Hello."

"Mas Kian, don't forget about six o'clock we met at Manly Tailor, yes! I've arranged a schedule with the designer to measure the beskap and suit that Mas Kian will wear at the meeting and reception!"

He took a breath that felt heavy. "Well, Ma'am!"

"Okay, I'll see you in the afternoon!"
