A Flick of Asa For Love

A Flick of Asa For Love
CHAPTER 30

...***...

Widya's silence saw an unexpected sight in front of her was a silent ornate sting. There was a sense of unwillingness to see her lover being hugged by a foreign woman. Widya tried to throw away her bad thoughts.

"Who knows he's his brother" Widya said to her heart.

While Nathan who was surprised immediately realized the situation when he saw the look of Widya's face that changed softly. The girl lowered her head to hide her strange heartbeat.

Nathan immediately broke the girl's embrace. The man looked confused. How could the girl he had wanted to avoid and forget about be in his house. She is Vina, the girl who for years became the life encouragement of Nathan in the past. However, it instantly threw itself into a slump.

“You? Ka—when did you arrive?” Nathan, who was nervous, asked like that. Because that's all it can get out of his mouth.

Especially seeing Vina who is now shedding tears. Make him try to strengthen his heart, see the tears that wet the cheeks of the girl. Because honestly Nathan can't see a woman crying. Moreover, she was once the queen in her heart even though it ultimately made Nathan disappointed.

“Newly, from the airport I came straight here,” said spoiled Vina, after wiping her own tears. He acted as if Nathan was still his lover.

“Eh, Widya. Here in! Mama has something for you.” Liana who came from inside immediately invited Widya, she knew that the girl was in an unfavorable position. Previously Liana was also surprised by Vina's sudden arrival. However, he could not immediately expel the girl just for the reason that he had broken up with his son. He wanted to contact Nathan not to go home first, but it turned out that Nathan had not come shortly after Vina arrived.

Widya lifted her face and looked at Liana's gentle face. Widya smiled and stepped out of Nathan on the porch with Vina. Actually Nathan wanted to come with Widya, but Vina's spoiled coiled hand in his hand made her body stiff in place. Liana took Widya to the backyard. Ask the housekeeper to make strawberry juice for Widya. They sat in the gazebo next to the fish pond. Liana gently clasped Widya's hand.

“Which you saw today do not put it to the heart. Please don't leave Nathan in any situation! Nathan needs our support.” Liana smiled looking at Widya. Trying to give understanding to the girl.

“If you can tell, who is he, Ma?” lirih Widya ventured. Liana took a deep breath. Trying to dampen the emotions of remembering the past makes Nathan almost desperate.

“She is Nathan's past, name—” Liana's sentence is truncated.

“Ma, why didn't Mama tell me that Vina was here?” nathan shouted from the door and approached the two of them.

“She's still inside?” Liana asked back.

“Neg. He has come home,” said Nathan firmly.

“She just went straight into our house. When Mama wants to ngabarin you, it turns out you are already in front,” explained Liana.

“He said what same Mama?” ask Nathan.

“Not saying anything. He just has what are you doing? Mama told me Nathan was busy, but he wanted to wait,” Liana regretted. A moment of silence they were disturbed by the arrival of the maid who brought juice to Widya.

“Please, Miss,” said the waiter.

“Thank you,” replied Widya briefly.

“Sorry, for this little incident. I didn't expect any of this to happen. Mama must have told me about Vina,” regret Nathan looked into Widya's eyes.

Widya smiled bitterly, “Enak, yes, hugged the ex? I guess in your heart there's still him, huh? You can't move when he hugs you. How far back is your relationship with him?” widya asked as if she was insinuating, even a little curious.

Nathan scrunched his forehead, but a moment later he smiled funnyly, "You jealous?" tanyanya. Widya throttled and was being indifferent.

"No!"

Nathan's hand stretched out to rub Widya's head. “You don't need to be jealous! He's just the past. Do you want to know everything about him?” nathan asked a little doubtfully. Widya nodded with a blank look.

“Before I tell you, I want you to promise me one thing. Whatever happens after this, please believe me! Never trust anyone else!” Nathan held onto Widya's shoulder, looking at her with resolute eyes as if there were many mysteries behind this incident. Widya nodded.

Nathan let out a rough sigh before starting to tell a story, “Vina is my little friend. Our family has been dating us since we were in elementary school. At that time I was happy because I admired Vina, but other with her family, they just wanted to secure her company which was on the verge of bankruptcy.” Nathan paused his sentence, gulping down the red liquid that was in front of him.

“Until that day, the Vina family unilaterally cancelled our matchmaking. I just entered High School. And even more painful was Vina's explanation when I asked her the reason for our matchmaking cancellation. He said what's in it to be my escort. Papa's company was in a mess. Since then I have realized that Vina has never truly loved me. They were just eyeing Papa's treasure,” Nathan squeezed his hair, sighed deeply and laughed cynically.

“I'm stupid, huh? It is foolish not to understand the cruel world of business. In short, I was devastated and my mother always raised my heart. Until Mama suggested to go to Indonesia so that I can calm myself to improve. And now that it's all working out thanks to your support, dear,” Nathan looked at Widya who he didn't realize was wet with tears.

“Hey, why are you crying?” nathan asked softly.

“Why stragic is your love story,” Widya wiped the snot coming out of her nose.

“I suspect this used to have something to do with the company's problems and Yuda om. So I beg you to be strong and trust me,” Nathan explained. Widya gawked at Nathan's words. Widya has a hard time digesting these kinds of things. His mind was too shallow to dive into trouble beyond his reasoning. All Widya knew was to learn to get good grades, help her make cakes, fish in the lake with her father. It is not business that makes his head feel spinning.

"Then, what's he here for now?" ask Widya again. Her tears were now dry from being wiped away by Nathan.

"I don't know, he had a little story that he .. not so married to the man of his papa choice," said Nathan a little doubt. He knew that his words must have made Widya even more jealous.

"So, she's asking you to replace her future husband, is that it?" Turns right. Widya's jealousy has risen by several degrees. Seen from his two suddenly rounded eyes.

Nathan gulped his saliva cheekily, a jealous woman is hard to guess.

...*** ...

I'm jealous too, Nath! Ex that, loh.

Who else is jealous?
