Ever since hearing the confession of Harsa who openly invited Nathan to compete for Widya's love, every day Nathan always cringed. Not that he was afraid of the challenge of Harsa, but rather the worry of his feelings. Could he love Widya? Or so far he only felt the same fate with Widya to present a sense of empathy due to the trauma of love? This made Nathan think again about taking the next step.
Love, a word that looks beautiful and admirable to most people in the world. However, it is one of the most annoying words for the few who have ever felt the bitter taste that accompanies it. Nathan is one of them. How not? When all the hopes and dreams that he hung sky-high, suddenly thrown away by love. The encouragement that always kept him in the face of the rigors of life, easily numbed the taste he had for years guarded.
“Mommy's son looks really upset, what's up?” liana asked her eldest son who was daydreaming at the poolside.
“Mama ngagetin, deh!” nathan grumbled unaware of Liana's presence beside him.
“Mama noticed lately you like a lot of problems, really do not want to tell mama?” Liana smiled looking at her son. Nathan sighed, worried about where to start.
“Nathan confused, Ma. What do you think Nathan loves Widya?” Nathan's words certainly made Liana smile. Liana approached her adult son, but sometimes still acted like a child.
“The answer is here!” liana replied gently touching Nathan's chest. The ambiguous answer to Nathan made him think more.
“Ask your heart, how much influence Widya has for your child. Can you just one day not meet Widya?” liana added which made her even more confused. Nathan shook his head answering Liana's question.
“Mama think you already understand the answer, it's just that your child has not realized. Mama will always support you while it's for the good and make you happy.” Silence between the two for a while. Liana's soft words slowly opened Nathan's eyes that had been covered by the trauma of disappointment.
“Thank you, Ma!” Nathan kissed Liana on the cheek and immediately ran towards her room. Liana smiled at Nathan's childlike behavior in love. Liana is happy to see the progress of her son while in Indonesia. Liana wishes this the best for Nathan.

It was a bright Sunday, as bright as Nathan's heart after getting the magic line from Liana. With a flowering heart Nathan drove his car towards Widya's house. Nathan sees Harsa's car parked in Widya's yard and sees Harsa talking to Ms. Arini on the terrace. Nathan parked his car on the shoulder of the road and walked up to them on the terrace.
“Good day, Bun,” greet Nathan, then kiss Arini's hand.
“This are you guys intentionally making an agreement here?” asked Arini astonished to see the behavior of the two friends Widya.
“No, Bun! He was the one who always followed me,” looks Harsa pointed at Nathan with the look in his eyes.
“He didn't say, Bun! Shame the same Mother if this morning he met Nathan together here,” Nathan satirized with his leisure. Widya who was still in the house heard the conversation with annoyance, until a silly idea emerged. Widya immediately approached her father and said her plan. Bowo approves of Widya's plan and comes out soon after setting up some support gear to carry out his daughter's silly idea.
“Mumpung y'all here, come with dad fishing!” bowo's words distracted the three of them. Widya and her father were ready with their fishing gear out of the living room.
“You want to come? I'm the same dad who went to the lake. It's a little far, anyway, from here. If you want to come, hunt! If not, go home!” widya said withholding laughter. Nathan and Harsa looked as if they wanted to convince something. Their cool clothes deserve to go to the mall or go to the cafe, not go fishing to the lake.
“I'm coming!” nathan got up from his chair.
“Who is afraid.” Harsa doesn't want to lose.
While Arini smiled began to understand the plan of her husband and daughter.
They drive Nathan's car, splitting the city streets into a fishing lake on the outskirts of town. Thirty minutes of their journey smoothly without traffic jams. Nathan's looking for an empty parking lot. Of course their presence is the center of attention because of Nathan's luxury car.
The place was just a lake that Widya's father used to visit to channel his fishing hobby with his colleagues. In the parking lot there are only butut motorcycles and paddle bikes, of course opposite Nathan's car parked there.

“Tumben Mr. Bowo bring the artist here,” greet the people who are on the edge of the lake, staring at Nathan and Harsa. Widya who had been holding back laughter, finally exploded as well.
“Iya, Pakdhe, they are artists who failed to perform gig gegara bisulan,” Widya said making everyone laugh.
“Tumben, follow, Wid! Again free?” ask someone Widya called pakdhe.
“Iya, Pakdhe, Mommy wants to make fish grilled Widya fishing,” Widya replied casually approaching people sitting on the lake.
“Yes, Wid! If we want to burn fish we buy in the supermarket. It's not complicated, is it?” chirps Nathan.
Bowo took something out of his backpack and gave it to Harsa and Nathan.
“Cloth glove?” they both screamed almost simultaneously.
“Make what, Yah?” ask Harsa.
“Your appearance is strange here. I used it, rather than you guys being a spectacle,” said Bowo flat. Harsa and Nathan looked around them, and it was true that most of them were fathers older than Widya's father. Wearing knee-length cloth pants and many wearing sarongs tied around the waist.
Widya, who also wore brown knee-length casual pants and a dark brown t-shirt, immediately gave Nathan and Harsa green Swallow rubber slippers.
“Tuh! The dressing room is there. After that join us, yes,” pointed Widya towards the public bathroom not far from there.
After changing costumes, the two of them approached Bowo who had set up his bait, as well as Widya. Everyone who was there laughed at Nathan and Harsa's style of wearing sarongs, especially Widya who had managed to judge them both.
“Fishing is practicing patience, who manages to finish it until the end, he is the real patient person. Same with you two. Who is really serious about fighting for the heart of the father's child, he is the one who deserves to be Widya's companion,” said Bowo made Nathan and Harsa surprised.

Since the incident of fishing together at the lake a few days ago, Nathan is increasingly convinced of his feelings for Widya, without him knowing, Nathan is willing to do whatever Widya says. In fact, Nathan feels comfortable with the Widya family.
“Let's go home to college with me, yeah,” Nathan's wishes when they're in the campus cafeteria.
“Bby,” replied Widya.
That afternoon they went home together, Nathan took Widya to a different cafe from the one they used to visit. This cafe is on a rooftop with an interesting layout. The view seen from above presents its own impression for visitors. The lights are installed beautifully make the atmosphere more romantic at night.
Widya and Nathan sit in a corner enjoying the best menu at the cafe. The breezy breeze stroked Widya's beautiful hair, casting a scent of peace. The orange spray on the western horizon slowly presents bringing day to night. They enjoy the taste in the beautiful picture of God. Nathan scooped up as much air as he could, preparing the heart to present a beautiful sentence.
“Wid,” call Nathan, make Widya switch her attenuation. “Gue to be honest with lo.”
“Soal?” Widya looked at Nathan questioningly. This time Nathan's face didn't look as usual. The rancid face was instantly gone, there was only a gurat of seriousness.
“My feelings.” Nathan tries to regulate his increasingly crazed heartbeat. Just this time he felt a thump that could have knocked him unconscious. Again, he scooped up a lot of air before continuing his words.
Widya was only able to stare in wonder at Nathan. The mouthful from his hand that was about to put a piece of cake into his mouth he did.
“Sekian long we together, I feel very comfortable with lo. Your presence in my life is like an addiction to me. I can't feel if I don't see you every day, look at your smile, look at your beautiful eyes, and everything in you. Your attention and sincerity, make me finally fall in love with you, Wid.”
Silence, only the sound of wind blowing accompanied them in silence. Widya tried to digest every word that came out of Nathan's lips. Widya choked, her spit feels cheeked. “Why? Weird, huh?” nathan asked as Widya did not respond to all of his words. “Gue aja also did not expect, really, if finally I can fall in love with you. And stupidly I also just realized the feelings I have to lo lately.”
Widya was silent. All this was so surprising to him. He didn't expect Nathan to have that feeling. “Wid, I want us to always be together. Today, tomorrow, and so on. I want you to always be next to me, to be the queen in my heart. You want to, don't you, be my life partner?”
Widya's forehead crinkled deeply, still peeping every inch of Nathan's face when talking like that. Maybe it was just a joke. Nathan's nosy nature makes him not directly believe Nathan's words. “Lo joking, right, Nath?” seloroh Widya after her consciousness re-assembled.
“Gue seriously! I don't want to lose lo,” Nathan said staring at Widya's dense netra. Widya went silent again trying to dive into Nathan's eyes. Searching for lies from the look in his eyes, but all he found was a radiance from a Nathan. Someone who has always been by his side when love toying with his story.
