A month passed after the last meeting between Nathan, Widya, and Vina. Widya who looks happy because she is surrounded by good friends, especially Harsa who always tries to be on Widya's side because she does not want to see the girl sad. Apparently Vina was really serious with his words to apologize and improve his attitude by returning home to Singapore and leaving Indonesia.

“Yes, as scheduled. My secretary said, they're coming to the office today. Wh why? You haven't prepared the material?” ask Zacky suspiciously. Actually Zacky knew that Nathan was a professional man, so there was no way he would make one mistake.

According to what Nathan said, exactly at three in the afternoon Nathan headed to the campus to meet the guidance counselor. Arriving at the Nathan campus began to go to the lecturer's room to conduct guidance and submission of final assignments. “Alright, Nathan. Our guidance today was quite old. Go to the campus cafeteria to eat! If you are sick, you will not be able to graduate,” said the lecturer to Nathan.

“Good, Mom. I'm sorry.” Nathan stood up and then left his guidance counselor.

Nathan's steps came to a halt right at the canteen entrance. Netra is sad Nathan is not stopping to pay attention to the happy smile of Widya who is in the cafeteria with her two best friends, Karin and Kartika. Every time he saw Widya's happy smile, Nathan's heart became warm but also felt very sore at the same time, because it was not him who made Widya happy, but other people.

After being satisfied to see the happy smile of the girl he loved, with no intention of seeing her, Nathan leaves the cafeteria without entering. Nathan doesn't want to see Widya's smile fade due to her presence. For the first time, Nathan missed his meal.

With heavy strides, Nathan left Widya with a million wishes in his heart. So that someday only he can publish that smile.

As Nathan approaches his car, Nathan encounters Harsa, Edo, and Zakir. Edo and Zakir, who were still ordinary to Nathan, greeted him warmly, in contrast to Harsa who looked cold to Nathan.

“Lost guidance, Bro?” ask Edo.

“Yes, I'm out of guidance. I unplug first yes, Guys,” said Nathan, but immediately prevented by Zakir.

“Thank you for worrying about me. I'll pull it off, Guys,” tells Nathan to Harsa, Edo, and Zakir. On the way to the hospital there was only silence between the two of them. There is no talk between the two. Nathan was still sitting weakly in his chair. After thirty minutes of silence, Nathan began to speak.

“This is no problem, Nath. Lo my friend, I should have brought you to the hospital,” replied Harsa straightforwardly.

“Thank you also for changing me to keep and make Widya smile back.” Nathan said it sincerely while staring at Harsa. Then he closed his eyes.
