First Time Meet

"Why do you want to go to the basement?" Hazard asked curiously.

"This building looks like a research facility and laboratory. Who knows if there's any useful information." Answer Kenji walked into the dark passageway leading to the underground staircase.

"Hmm." Said Hazard.

"You time' don't know about your own people? You yourself are the nation of Invest. Why didn't you help me when I was in danger against the Curse Beast just now?! I'm dead you're gonna die too Lo!" Kenji Grunts.

Hazard laughed very hard. "You'll know later too. I helped you Lo through the notification in front of your eyes. After all I use a human body like you, my memory of my people is still vague. But just calm down. I don't intend to die when I'm with you." Said Hazard.

Previously, because the fur and skin of the Curse Beast was so strong, Kenji skinned it and turned it into a robe that only covered half of his body. It's hard enough to skin it. But it wasn't easy. Kenji needs to skin him with the fangs of the zombie lion which turns out to be the only thing that can be used and that can penetrate his flesh. The head of the zombie lion is also used for a cloak hood that can serve as a helmet.

Kenji also made his calf protectors using the zombie lion's fur. The ribs can also be used as material for making a throwing knife. While the meat is used as a supply of travel.

Along the passage Kenji only encountered a few zombies that were there. Kenji only kills him using the katana given by Miyuki which he has laced using the flesh of a zombie lion to make it harder, stronger, and sharper. It would be too wasteful to use a bullet from the revolver he was carrying.

"Why is it so dark here. Is there no light switch here?" Kenji's grouse felt the wall at his right while descending the stairs.

Kenji arrived at a place like a testing ground. Kenji went around to check things out. Not far from where it stands there is a white light on the floor tile on the left. Kenji approached him. Kenji saw a kind of magic circle seal about 3 meters in diameter with the unconscious woman lying in the middle.

Kenji watched the girl. Kenji also touched the pulse on his neck. "She was just asleep. Her breathing was still stable as well." Kenji said he checked the girl's breath by bringing the index finger closer to her nostril.

Kenji. Why there are no zombies or monsters like the Curse Beast here. Isn't it too quiet for the outside of the wall. There was the sound of footsteps, and the move was definitely not the sound of zombie footsteps. The sound of human steps. Kenji heard it from behind him, precisely on the stairs of the hallway he passed earlier. Kenji directly jumped over the table in front of him and hid behind it.

Turns right. A male human wearing advanced combat clothing and carrying a spear.

"I didn't think I was ordered to secure this holy grail. Anybody who has an idea put it in this shanty place. But it doesn't matter. But I'm pretty surprised why no one's taking it yet?" The man grumbled as he approached the magic circle.

Kenji peeked out from behind the table very carefully. But he accidentally pressed the mouse's tail with his hand. The rat squeaked and jumped towards the table and dropped a beaker on top of Kenji. The man is suspicious and turns to Kenji's desk. The spearman approached the table slowly. When he looked behind the table he found nothing but a flash bang lying down and his pin was uprooted.

A flash bang explosion ensued and blinded the spearman. From behind the man Kenji was ready to fire his poisoned gun at the man.

"The holy grail. Sounds interesting. Before I kill you, can you tell me the details." Kenji's face immediately turned into that of a psychopath.

The spearman immediately turned his spear and made the bullet that Kenji shot bounced.

"Pretty brave of you, lowly man. Using such cheap tricks." Said the Spear brandishing the tip of his spear to Kenji's neck.

That's fast. He can even keep up with my normal speed. Then.....The spearman increased his speed and tore apart Kenji's shreds easily. Blood pooled where Kenji lay.

"Ah.....I was hoping too much. He is just like any human being. Nothing great." The spearman approached the magic circle. Because of his carelessness became the landing place of Kenji's feet. The spearman fell down with Kenji's shoes on his cheek.

"Hoo. Worth it........." This time Kenji was careless. The spear was stuck in his chest and it was quite deep.

"But you're more off-guard than me." Said the spearman. Kenji was down. The spear was stuck in the part that was not covered with a cloak.

"I didn't think anyone could hurt me like this. My reputation as a member of the 13 heroes will be tarnished." Said the spearman plucking his spear from Kenji's body.the spear continued to approach the magic circle again.

There was a wind blowing rapidly from behind the spear. When the spear looked over, something fell down. His right hand was cut off. " Hoo. The messenger of death." The spearman said even grinned.

What was in front of him was shocking. Kenji's lion hood was attached and his clawed hands were covered in blood. His legs turned into monster legs. They also collided speed again and attacked each other.The surrounding space became destroyed by their fight, the wall was filled with claws and spear scratches.

They stopped, time stopped. " I'll admit you're very strong, and you can cut off my right hand. It seems like I won't be able to beat you. Then I will attack me using my sacred heirloom." His spear instantly sparkled in red, his aura extremely strong.

Kenji knelt down. "You just. Wearing my body?" Ask Kenji.

"Your opponent is the spirit of legend. I only realized it when you shot him. It's not a movement that humans can make." Said Hazard. "Don't be afraid, I'm just trying to protect you. After all you were the one who indirectly told me to come out and force me back to exchange." Said Hazard. Kenji was still confused as to what was going on. So that's the figure that's in it. Kenji walked over to the woman who was lying in the magic circle.

"Oh yes, if it is not wrong Yudhistira calls this the holy grail. What's that supposed?" Ask Kenji. Kenji's blood accidentally drips into the magic circle and the color turns red.

The magic circle was getting brighter and brighter. The light is slowly blushing. "What's going on?!" Kenji looks panicked. Kenji's hair fell out on his left and right sides and tattoos were formed on both sides. Her hair was like a chicken crest, only white.

The woman opened her eyes slowly. Kenji was surprised that the woman finally woke up. Their eyes meet each other. It was the first time I met Kenji for the first time.
