Processing Feelings

When people are heartbroken, the best way we do is to make time for ourselves. And, Selena was doing that, giving herself time. Re-process how he feels and set the heart to move on tomorrow.

When she finished overtime tonight, Selena tidied up all her desks, turned off her Personal Computer, and checked the files she was going to work on tomorrow morning. After he finished, he headed to the elevator to get down to the lobby, and would walk to the bus stop which was not far from the front of his office.

As he was in the elevator waiting for the door to close, there was apparently someone blocking the door, and that person was none other than Dexter. The man also decided to go home.

"Loh, Mr Dexter? You're home too?"

"Yes, I want to go home too."

"Oh, I guess you still want to work overtime."

"No, I can continue tomorrow morning, just like you. How are you going to go home tonight?"

"Ah, I want to naek the city bus sir."

"Hem, how about I take you home because it's late?"

"No Sir. Not necessary. Thank you." Thank you."

Selena still refused an offer from Dexter, for him is not professionally related to his superiors for things outside of work. That will actually cause bad news and can have an impact on his career at Buana Corp., which is still a corn.

"You rejected me, did you, Selena? Didn't I just say outside this office we can be friends." Dexter said in his cold tone.

"Sorry sir, however, I have not been able to make friends with you."

"Hem, fine if you refuse me. But, I won't give up on making friends with you."

Selena was just silent, she hoped the elevator would take her to the lobby soon, so she could escape from her superiors who were acting so strange.

When the expected moment arrived, Selena immediately got out of the elevator, and of course she still said goodbye to Dexter.

"I go first Mr. Dexter, good night." The girl passed away leaving Dexter still standing in the elevator.

On the other hand, Selena felt calmer because she managed to escape from her boss. He walked calmly to the bus stop in front of his office. The atmosphere of the streets was still crowded, and when Selena was walking suddenly drizzled. The water points from the sky fell gently with the gusts of wind that hit his body.

"Hem, every time I want a bus why is it raining? What does God want to say through the weather tonight? Not because I was heartbroken, God sent rain to make my heart feel cold. It's funny." Selena muttered in her heart, she felt funny with the rain that always fell when she was wanting to take the bus and avoid Daniel.

Selena opened her bag, she took her cell phone, and she saw some calls and messages from Daniel there.

[Selena, what time did you come home?]

[Selena, it's late, what time are you home?]

[It's in the rain house, you still haven't come home?]

[Selena, reply to my message dong.]

Selena smiled reading every message from Daniel, from her message Selena felt that Daniel was still watching her. Only, Selena who is confused must behave as before Daniel. It was said to be awkward for sure, it was said to hate him not hating Daniel, a really strange feeling.

While waiting for the bus to come, Selena tried to rearrange her heart. To be normal to Daniel long before he expressed his feelings would certainly not be easy for him. If away, he felt sick because he had done wrong to Daniel who has helped him so far. Even Selena could really feel the sincerity from Daniel.

God, what am I supposed to do now? Staying away from it is impossible. Being ordinary as if nothing had happened was also difficult. Geez, what should I do, God? Give me a hint to be able to make the right choice. I believe that all happens in Your will. What I think is good is not necessarily good for You, but what is good for You, it must be best for me.

I am so confused by God, if I can give a little peace to my heart and soul, because I know God is close to people who are heartbroken and broken. Selena prayed in her heart, she earnestly asked God to give her peace of mind.

Selena's daydream is gone, when the city bus Selena is about to board has arrived. Selena immediately boarded the bus, because it was more than hours away from work, then the bus seemed empty, not full as usual. The drizzle that drops the spatter makes Selena's heart cool. He sat down to set his eyes on the road he was on. Vehicles still passing by, tall buildings that shine with the lights. Even though the night was still crowded, but Selena felt calm. Recalling his already calm feelings, he reopened his phone and replied to a message from Daniel.

[Sorry new bales Daniel, I've been so busy all day that I can't hold a cell phone. I'm going home, I'm already on the bus. I will be there soon.]

At least Selena already said that she was going home, so Daniel didn't worry about her anymore. The first bus stop, Selena starts preparing herself to get off at the next bus stop. Five minutes later, the bus reached the second stop, and Selena got off at the bus stop.

As soon as the bus door opened, Selena got off the bus. The drizzle is still down, and at the stop it is quite quiet maybe because it is almost 9 pm, so it is already quiet. Selena had been inside the stop, she saw the raindrops coming down, drizzling softly enough, only the water droplets were accompanied by gusts of wind. By decree he will walk faster towards Daniel's apartment. The girl started to tighten the bag on her shoulder, and she was ready to walk quickly. The girl who was still lowered her head, raised her face, throwing her breath slowly. As he lifted his face, his eyes found Daniel walking towards him. The man again picked up Selena to the bus stop.

"I'm picking you up Selena. I'm glad you're finally home." Daniel said with a large red umbrella whose color was very striking.
