The Unexpected Surprise

Often what man asks of God is answered according to God's will, in His way. Likewise with Selena, he asked God so that his father could stop drinking, but God answered precisely by giving a disease called Cirrhosis of the Heart.

He just wants to cross the wooden bridge safely and soon meet with Selena. After all, this was Daniel's first experience crossing this wooden bridge without his Master.

"Come Dan... You definitely can... Selena is waiting for you! Come Dan... Don't be afraid, you can!" Again and again, Daniel encouraged himself. Even though he felt frightened and his legs seemed to wobble, but with full confidence he still stepped. Slowly but surely, Daniel had now finished crossing the wooden bridge, and his feet had stepped on the ground.

"Finally, I can get through it." Daniel rubbed his face with his hand and he felt how his feet trembled to cross the wooden bridge.

Daniel combed the surrounding neighborhood by looking left and right, obviously this is not his apartment, but where he is now. Daniel swept his gaze, and in a small garden in a dim light he saw a girl crying. "Is that Selena?"

Daniel ran immediately.

Tapps... Tapps.... Tapps...

(Sound of running feet)

His wide footsteps just ran, he headed to Selena who was sitting and crying alone.

"Selena... I'm here Selena." Her screams left Selena shocked.

"Daniel's... You're back, Dan?" Selena sobbed, looking at Daniel who was running towards her. The girl who was sitting was standing up, and she greeted Daniel.

"Selena... L came. Why are you crying Selena?" The distance of the two stayed several meters, and Daniel immediately ran to hug Selena.

"I'm coming, Selena... I'm right here. You're not alone."

Selena returned Daniel's embrace, tightly hugging the man who had been leaving her without a message for days. Crying on the shoulder of that strange man from his Mars.
