Another Woman Belongs to My Husband

Another Woman Belongs to My Husband
Chapter 31. Adelia's Search.

"Mother Adelia has arrived safely, sir." A man's voice came from behind the phone. Hari had secretly contacted someone inside the library who was quiet.

"OKAY. Serve whatever your mother Adelia needs. Make sure all her needs are met before you go!" pinta Hariadi was firm.

"Good, Master!"

Hariadi hung up his phone and leaned back on the sofa he was sitting on. In his heart, Hariadi was grateful that Adelia had arrived there safely. Now the turn to face the anger of Vishnu who might explode, when he found Adelia was not at home.

Just as Hariadi was thinking about it, Aminah suddenly came to the library with a step in a hurry.

"Sir, Mr. Vishnu is back. He went on a rampage, finding Adel's mother not at home!" exclaim that woman.

Hari took his breath. "Come down first" said the man who was immediately obeyed by Aminah.

Meanwhile, on the second floor, Vishnu seemed furious to ask Adelia's whereabouts to all the workers at home. However, no one knew of the existence of the first wife, including Aminah.

Aminah thought that Vishnu's search for Adelia was based on feelings of guilt or fear of losing the woman. But, in fact, not.

Ratna is the one who compels Vishnu to immediately judge Adelia when she gets home. However, once she saw Adelia was not there, instead of calming the son, Ratna heated up the man's heart with words inappropriate for a mouth-in-law to her daughter-in-law.

"The woman must have run away! He must have deliberately troublemaked here first, before escaping from this house, Vishnu!" ratna said continuously. "It's so rude of him, it has made Intan and your future son wretched instead of apologizing but instead run away like a coward!"

"Who's the insolent Ma?" Hariadi, who had just set foot on the second floor, walked up to them in leisurely steps.

Seeing the arrival of the husband, Ratna immediately rambled. "Pa, where's Adelia? Papa right, at home, so you should know where he is!"

"Papa's busy in the library!" answer Hariadi briefly. "Where did you know Adelia escaped? He's got all his stuff?" ask the man later.

"Ck, his things were all left behind, even a cell phone was lying in his room! He must have deliberately left the house without bringing anything so that we could not contact him!"

"Don't draw any conclusions! Adelia could have just gone for a while. Anyway what are you looking for your wife for, if you just want to curse for the sake of defending your young wife, Vishnu!" Hariadi's sharp eyes turned to the beloved son.

Hearing the father's words, Vishnu was quite offended. Actually the man did not want to scold or curse Adelia, instead he wanted to ask back the existing chronology. However, the babble of the mother made Vishnu's head almost broke. The woman really could not be warned through words alone.

Just as Vishnu was about to open his voice, Ratna came back to roar. "It's only natural that Vishnu scolded Adelia, because she almost interrupted Intan and our grandchild! Why is Papa defending him, anyway!"

"You have too many mouths and have interfered in the affairs of our son's household, Ratna!" sentak Hariadi who immediately made Ratna beaver. The two quarreled for a while, before Vishnu asked them to stop.

"From a fight it's better to help me find Adelia, and Mama, please, shut up for a moment! Didn't I tell you not to pump!"

Ratna was speechless with a flushed face of embarrassment. Witnessed by almost all workers at home, the woman was silenced by her two loved ones.

"I'm going to Adelia's parents' house!" vishnu exclaimed as he passed away leaving them.

...**********...

Dinda just hung up on Adelia's phone. The woman contacted her family as soon as she arrived in the destination city using a new mobile phone.

"Thank God your sister is fine, son," said Aini who also participated in the conversation on the phone.

Aini nodded her head, then looked at the husband with a pushy look. "Is this really the best decision, sir?"

Arwan took a deep breath and then exhaled. "Definitely, Mom. It's much better than before. You don't want Adelia to be constantly hurt by them."

The mood was silent for a moment.

"Yes, I'm going to the store first. Dinda, please take care of mom?" arwan pinta.

"Yes, Sir!"

When Arwan just stepped foot on the terrace, suddenly a luxury sedan car appeared and stopped right in front of their house.

Vishnu single-handedly got out of the car and walked towards his father-in-law's house.

Arwan gave the code to his wife and son not to get out of the house.

"Assalamualaikum, sir," said Vishnu as he reached out to kiss the father-in-law's hand.

"Goddessalam!" Arwan hurriedly pulled his hand before Vishnu actually landed his lips there.

"What's Vishnu? Tumben once you came to visit here? Usually only Adelia comes."

Vishnu was speechless, looking awkward and afraid to answer Arwan's questions.

"You came here alone? Where's Adelia?" ask Arwan again.

Hearing the question of the in-laws, a look of confusion was stamped on Vishnu's face. "Anu, sir .. There is something I want to talk about Adelia," he said as he bowed.

Arwan frowned. "What's wrong with my daughter?"

Vishnu raised his head and took a peek into the house. In the living room that is integrated with the television room, Vishnu can see his in-laws and brother-in-law talking.

Vishnu was silent, but his eyes seemed to imply something.

"Ahh, I'm in a hurry to go to the store, so it's okay, if we just talk like this?" As if knowing what Vishnu was thinking, Arwan also opened his voice.

Vishnu gasped in surprise and nodded his head. He knew very well the father-in-law was reluctant to welcome his arrival which was never willing to visit there before.

Not at home lingering there, Vishnu also expressed his question. "Sir, did Adelia come back here? We were having a little fight and Adelia wasn't home."

Arwan. The atmosphere was awkward and a little gripping very felt Vishnu.

"You are Adelia's husband who should take full responsibility for her. So, why are you asking for Adelia's whereabouts here?"

Vishnu silenced for a moment.
