Another Woman Belongs to My Husband

Another Woman Belongs to My Husband
Chapter 6. Love of a mother.

For Adelia tomorrow is the saddest day of her life. For tomorrow the husband will recite the ijab qobul back with a woman who will be honey in their household.

Until now Adelia is still trying to be sincere, despite the tears unceasingly flowing down the cheeks of the woman.

In order to calm her heart, Adelia asked her husband for permission to pick up her family to accompany her there. However, Ratna did not allow. But thanks to Vishnu's help, Ratna finally allowed the Adelia family to stay there, but only her mother was one.

As soon as she saw her mother get off the car that picked her up, Adelia rushed to hug her tightly. The two let go of each other's longing after almost a week of not meeting.

"You good, son?" aini asked as she looked at her daughter from top to bottom. "Oh my God, son, why are you so thin" he said in an concerned tone.

Adelia developed her smile. "No, Ma. I'm fine and my weight is not at all reduced" he replied gently.

Aini actually wanted to refute, but she preferred to be quiet. Right now what Adelia needs is support from her not an insignificant debate like weight.

Adelia takes Aini to the backyard of the house, where the marriage contract will be held. Incidentally there is a large gazebo that is very suitable as a place for later marriage contracts.

Ratna who was busy arranging some simple decorations welcomed the arrival of Aini friendly. Although Ratna had a dispute to make peace for the continuity of their event. Yes, he was more afraid that the event was canceled because of the actions of the Adelia family who deliberately troublemaked on the wedding day of Vishnu and Intan.

Aini looked at the white-painted gazebo with a sad look. There was a wound implied in his heart if he remembered the fate of his youngest daughter who would have honey at their wedding.

Apart from being a mother, as a fellow woman, Aini certainly knew how painful it was to have to share a husband with another woman. Moreover, the process is so painful. However, she was very confident Adelia would be able to live all this, because her daughter was a strong woman.

Aini turned her gaze to Adelia who also looked at the place.

A clasping hand made Adelia flinch. It was the mother who held his hand.

"Please rest inside, ma'am," said Ratna who came to them. She asks Adelia to bring her mother inside.

The two of them immediately left the place. There Aini and Adelia cross paths with Intan who just came out of her room and Vishnu. The room now belonged to both of them.

"Intan, introduce this mother" said Adelia to the pregnant woman. He also introduced Intan to her.

Aini looked at the door of the room. He knew very well that the room was the room of Vishnu and Adelia. His eyes then turned on Intan's bulging prlerut. The tight clothes that Intan wore made the shape of his stomach printed clearly.

Intan did it deliberately to hurt Adelia, the first wife she hated so much.

"I'm Intan, Mom, greetings." Intan kindly greeted Adelia's mother and hugged her. He pretended to be sad in Aini's arms while apologizing to her.

"I'm sorry for being present in Adelia's household huh, Mom? I hope you don't hate me" said the woman. Even though without their knowledge, Intan's lips were smiling thinly.

Hearing the heartfelt words that came from the mother's mouth, Adelia's heart slipped. He did not expect at all, he could still sincerely say and pray for the woman who had hurt his youngest daughter.

Intan released her embrace on Aini. "Aamiin, thank you very much, ma'am," replied Intan, who then said goodbye to meet his future mother-in-law in the backyard of the house.

"Son, you're not living in that room?" aini asked as soon as they arrived at Adelia's new room which was very simple and much narrower. The area of the room was not even half of his room first.

"No, Ma. I asked Intan to stay in that room because she was pregnant" Adelia answered lying.

"Then why is your bed enough for one person? Will Vishnu not sleep here?" ask Aini again.

This time Adelia paused for a moment, before returning to answer, "only temporarily Mom, because I and Intan moved suddenly. Later after I will change the bed. Understandably, this place used to be a guest room." Once again Adelia had to lie to her mother to calm her heart.

He could not say that Vishnu's family deliberately prepared a single bed, and he also did not want to say that the room was once a warehouse that switched functions to a guest room. In fact, there was not a single guest sleeping there.

Guests must be more often allowed to sleep in other rooms, one of which is the room that was occupied by Intan yesterday.

In order to distract her, Adelia deliberately discusses other things with Aini, such as what her family is currently doing at home.

"Your brother is always angry and crying. He even snapped at Tiwi and vented his anger at Mas Doni" the mother replied, shaking her head.

Hearing that, Adelia felt very guilty. "Tell Mbak Dinda, I'm fine, ma'am" said Lirih.

"It is, but you know for yourself how it is, right? Your mother also said she won't be attending tomorrow's event, so did you."

Adelia closed her eyes for a moment before reopening. "Say Ma'am, is it wrong for me to stick with Mas Vishnu? If I'm wrong, I'll try to escape even if Mas Vishnu is not pleased." Tears flowed down Adelia's cheeks after saying that.

Aini swiftly wiped those tears. "Wrong or wrong, I don't deserve to judge you, honey, because you know better and feel it. I can only hope you get through this well. Surely, Allah will not give trials beyond the ability of his servants."

Adelia bit her lips so as not to sob. Seeing that, Aini immediately led the princess to lay her head on her lap.

"Cry, son, cry as you please. But tomorrow you have to be strong and happy. Don't hate your husband and his new wife. You must be a good wife. Serve as you have served him, never change. Yes Honey?" said Aini with a trembling voice. His frail hands always stroked the princess's hair lovingly.

Adelia nodded. That moment also her crying broke again. Many times he was only able to call the mother while tightly gripping the skirt he wore.

Aini's fortitude makes Adelia love him even more, as the mother who also loves him very much.

Neither could Aini hold back her tears. The sixty-year-old woman cried without a sound.
