Chapter 47: The Weissblume

Everyone was surprised by his arrival,Teloch the God of the Underworld who came out of nowhere was now approaching Regal. He then popped out a book from his storage room and read it in front of Regal and Callen.

"Today, I Adrian Teloch will bear witness and will marry these two young gills, Are you willing to accept this woman as your wife?"

Regal smiled and held Callen's hand as he said. "I'm willing..." Adrian looked towards Callen, even without saying the question Callen had already answered. "I'm ready too..."

Adrian smiled at the two of them and said. "Then I declare you husband and wife." Regal pairs a ring and tries to kiss Callen, the embarrassed Callen tries to turn his face away, but eventually Regal catches Callen's head and kisses him.

Everyone applauded, including Adrian, who saw the boy he thought to be a child, who had now found his life partner, those who were not happy about this marriage were obviously people from the Holy Kingdom.

After the wedding ceremony, everyone partied in the palace. Many important guests enjoy their food and drinks while talking to each other. Charles and his paladins could only see Regal and Adrian speaking from a distance, never did they imagine that Adrian Teloch was Regal's adoptive father. But it did not make their hatred disappear, they were still polite because they were afraid, they did not fade their hatred of Regal and Teloch even a little, that is what Regal now sees...

"What did you do that you hated them?" Adrian answered while drinking wine. "I destroyed one of the 3 main cities belonging to the Holy Kingdom, namely Arietta. Well it's just because I'm pissed at them..." Regal laughed at Adrian's words, but he knew there was another meaning behind it.

"That's where my mother was killed well...?" Adrian then put on a gloomy face, he did not think that Regal would soon find out the whereabouts of his mother.

"I couldn't hear his prayer, he wasn't fed or drank during his escape, even if he prayed I wouldn't be able to hear it... I can't tell you any further, I'm under oath. If you want to know, try to go to Arietta, the place is still flat with the ground until now."

Regal pondered and replied. "You know... Even with everything I have, I just want to be able to embrace my parents, but now they only have memories... Can you tell me how my mom and dad are?"

Adrian laughed and answered. "Your father was the most powerful and stubborn angel ever in Celestia, a jolly man who loved to help us in any business, but after his fall he began to change,his nature starts just like you do you know? The head is cold but hard to penetrate in the heart...

Haha~ Your mother is the opposite... Irene is a beautiful, jolly woman, of course she is good at singing and whistling, your cooking talent you get from her too. But like you said, it's all just a memory..." Adrian sees Callen, who is currently greeting the guests, patting Regal on the shoulder and saying. "You lost your family because you were weak, not until you lost this one too, do you understand?" Regal nodded, both of them smiled at each other and finally Adrian went towards Callen, all his guests were happy and they both talked to each other.

"Callen, I know you're a good woman. But please take better care of your husband than he takes care of you, he sometimes overdoes things. Sometimes he has a pretty bad sleep disorder..."

"I educated him well, but he looked more like a killing machine than a son. If only he had been in the care of his father and his original mother I think he would have lived his life by his father's nature while being an angel."

Eleanor then gave Adrian a glass of wine and said. "As time goes by, the children will begin to change to their true nature, I assure you..." Eleanor offered to make a toast, so they both toasted and talked about their children. On the other hand Callen now walking with Regal, they both now greet the guests present, until finally Regal get a face that is familiar to him.

"King Solon... Glad you came here." It was King Solon, King of the kingdom of Larissa, a kingdom with diverse cultures protected by the second strongest infantry force in Evria. Regal had worked as an instructor and he had also taken care of the problems of rebellion that occurred there. Although he was old and had children, his son was still young and could not take over the throne.

"If my confidant gets married, of course I'll come to celebrate. By the way did you accept my offer?" Regal shook his head while smiling. "I will not be a knight of any kingdom." Solon laughed and replied. "Hmm, even though I offered a pretty good position for someone as great as you." Shortly after, Regal was approached by a man with long hair and a woman who was from the looks of a witch from the Agatha Borderline.

"For a long time no see Mr. Regal..." Regal greets the man, he's King Antser. The king who ruled the kingdom that was on the eastern coast of the continent, Niravell. Regal also fought for him against the invasion of the neighboring kingdom of Lucresea who wanted land and also the dock Niravell, just because Niravell is the 3rd richest country on the continent even though it is not active in war.

"It seems Lucresea still hates you to the point that I don't see his representative coming to this place." Regal laughed at Antser's joke and replied. "You're right, they still seem to hate me."

Antser then looked at Solon and greeted him. "Good night King Solon..." Solon patted Antser's shoulder and replied. "Come on! From my mother's family, we're cousins. So don't be so stiff!" Regal could see the two of them were quite familiar, the calm ones like Antser and the jolly Solon were both familiar and understood each other. Regal smiled at him, until Regal was addressed by many others.

The party was really tiring, Regal and Callen had to receive many guests, Aldrian had returned home using his teleportation magic after returning to talk with Regal, now Regal met his mother-in-law and they both talked.

"Regal, where did you go after this party?" Regal who was drinking wine replied. "I'm going to go buy a house, which is nice but I want it to be close to the river... Then there I guess I'll make my own wine business." Hearing Regal's words, Eleanor smiled and replied. "I can help you find a home, then what about your Mercenary life? I'm sure you'll take Callen to work, but what about your house?"

"Adrian said he'd give 1 servant from his castle..." The reason why it is necessary for a God to marry someone, is because Callen will lose his name and also his relationship with Belterre, if someone gets married then one of them must break all relations by throwing away his last name, and then one of them has to break all ties,sometimes women do this but men can.

For Callen, he will throw out his old name, whether it's Belterre's name or the name given to his parents, Callen. Now Regal saw Callen and Arthur talking, and he drank the wine in his hand and asked. "You sure you gave it to me? He seemed happy to be in this place..." Eleanor smiled at Regal's question. "I've never seen the boy satisfied when fighting, no opponent can make him give out his full strength other than me and Arthur. If there is someone who can make him fight with satisfaction and can defeat him, I am sure that person will be able to protect and make him happy."

Regal smiled and they both toasted to the wedding. Regal never imagined he would get married fast enough, but he knew even though Callen had become his he could not take him on the mission given by Adrian. But he also knew that he was not strong enough to do it alone, Regal took a sip of his wine and asked. "Tell me Eleanor, if I ask for help, will you help me?"
