Julie looked at the photos she got. In the photo, she sees herself and June as young.
"I was still making a bang at the time. Was the picture taken when I and June High School? Doesn't that mean we go to school in the same place?" Julie concludes the only lead she has.
Shane's name immediately crossed Julie's head. He immediately came out of the roof room. Then pick up the phone and call Shane. Given its position now quite far from California.
Julie's heart is pounding. He was already impatient to connect all the red threads that had been cut off.
The first phone call was not picked up by Shane. Julie made a second call. That's when Shane picked up the phone.
"Mane!" exclaim Julie.
"Yes? What's up, Julie?" respond to Shane from across the phone.
"There's something I want to ask. It's about my High School! Did I have a boyfriend?" ask Julie. He dipped his own salivary.
Shane fell silent. Makes Julie's forehead wrinkle. He's calling, "Shane?"
"Sorry. I'm just confused as to why you're suddenly asking" Shane said.
"I told you once. There's a lot of things I don't remember lately. I'm just making sure I don't forget the important people in my life" Julie explained.
"That's it..." Shane tried to understand. He continued, "people as popular as you are have a boyfriend. He was also very popular at school. There's no way you're forgetting June, right?"
"Ju-june's? She's also in High School with us?" julie's eyes are perfectly rounded. How could he forget such an important figure like June? The girl now suspected not only her family, but also herself.
"So you also forgot about June?" shane's question manages to fade Julie's daydreams.
"N-no! Sure didn't. I just suddenly remembered the memories of being with her" Julie said. He decided to hide his problem first. Julie felt that the problem she was now facing was something big.
"I'm so sorry. I'm sorry I just said it now, I'm afraid it's gonna bother you" Shane said. From her words Julie can conclude that Shane knows June is dead.
Julie doesn't want to be too obvious that she completely forgot June. He then tries to make a conversation that will encourage Shane to tell a lot about June.
"Thank you, Shane. I didn't think he was leaving so soon. I was really shocked when I heard the news about June's accident" Julie said. He can't wait for Shane's response.
"Yes, I know. Sorry, one more time." Unfortunately, Shane was not hooked. Julie immediately ends her conversation and Shane is on the phone.
Julie slumped herself into bed. He tried to calm his mind. The dizziness pressed back on his head. Until it felt dark finally arrived. June's figure immediately sat to the edge of the bed. Right next to Julie.
"So we dated in High School? Julie, I'm really curious right now! I want to know everything about our relationship" June said, patting her on the chest.
"You think I don't?" reply Julie. He changed his position to sit. "Our instructions are few. I feel like the problem we're facing right now is something big" he continued.
June mute. Until he thought of something. "How about we find out about myself first?" his proposal.
Julie's pupils were enlarged. "You're right. But where do we start?" sahut with a frowning forehead.
June thought for a moment. When he found the answer, he said, "We went to our High School first. We go to school in this town, right?"
Julie let her eyeballs. He immediately took the bag and left the house. It just so happens that Julie is in her hometown. So he won't travel long distances to attend his school just yet.
"It turns out that my interest in you has clear reasons. I should have known from the beginning," June added. He walked with Julie.
"It seems like here I'm wrong. Something's wrong with me, June. But first we find out everything about you first" Julie said.
Feeling that June is not following, Julie looks back. He's approaching June.
"Why?" ask Julie.
"I feel like this house is no stranger to me" replied June.
"This is not your house." Julie guessed. He exchanged glances with June.
Without a second thought, Julie walks to the door of the house that catches June's attention. He pressed the doorbell, until someone finally welcomed him.
"Hello?" a middle-aged woman opened the door. He looks confused.
"I'm Julie. Is this really June's house?" ask Julie without further ado.
"June?" the middle-aged woman was getting confused. "I think you're wrong. I don't know who June is" he added.
Julie and June are disappointed. Julie apologized and hurried away.
"If it's really my home, I think people who know me have moved on from there" June said.
"I think so too. If I had a family that died in an accident, I would have done the same. It's moving from a place that makes me always remember that person." Julie stopped walking. His eyes suddenly glazed. Suddenly something was worrying him.
"Julie? Are you crying?" June who watched, was certainly anxious. Seeing Julie cry was something she hated the most. "Please don't cry. Did I do the wrong thing? Or is your dizziness coming back again?" his girlfriend is attentive.
"June.." Julie's tears began to drip. "Shane said we were dating. What if the truth we find will bombard? I'm afraid that everything will make us sick.." he said as he tried to stop sobbing.
"Julie, everything's gonna be fine. Whatever happens, you know I'm always by your side. But we cannot let the truth continue to be hidden. Moreover, this is closely related to you who strangely forget many things about the past," said June. Trying to calm Julie down.
Julie looked at June. He who had been in a state of anxiety, slowly rose up. Then stop crying. Julie and June step back into their high school first.
After a few minutes, Julie and June arrive at their destination. They watched the school seem lonely. The turnstile is also seen locked with a padlock.
"yes too. It's dusk now. Obviously no one's here." June concluded.
"No. Looky!" Julie saw a small truck stop in the schoolyard. The little truck looked old and blind.
Julie hurriedly approached the owner of the small truck. That person was a bearded middle-aged man wearing a hat.
"Excuse me... Are you going inside?" ask Julie.
"Yes, of course. I work here" replied the man.
"really? Then may I ask for help? I want to find out the data of one of the alumni of this school," explained Julie.
"Hey! I'm just a cleaner. I'm not entitled to the information that you-" the middle-aged man named Jacob stopped talking when he saw Julie pull out a money sheet from the bag.
"I'll pay!" exclaim Julie. He had no other choice, because the facts he wanted to know were very important.
Next to Julie, June smiled slanted. The idea of giving Jacob money did come from him. June does so because she can surmise that Jacob is a man in ecomony. Everything can certainly be seen from Jacob's small butute truck.
