I'M Nathasya Gustari

I'M Nathasya Gustari
Everything is Fine

After a while he could not sleep, Tara chose to rise. Slowly the man lowered his legs so as not to cause a sound that might wake the wife who had not been sleeping long.

Tara headed for the door that led straight to the balcony from her room. The man was carrying a pack of cigarettes complete with matches.

He needed nicotine to ease the burden on his mind. The spy who was sent by anyone to watch his house, has become a signal that things will not go easy in the future.

Tara put a flat object on her ear. Contacting one of his beliefs. "Prepare some people to watch the house. Also some more to take care of my son and wife! follow them wherever my wife and kids go!" tell Tara to the guy across there.

"Choose the people you trust the most! Don't let any enemies in the blanket!"

Tara turned off her phone. He inhaled strong smoke to fill his chest cavity which he then exhaled slowly.

If he's in danger, it doesn't matter to him. But when it comes to his son and wife, he won't let that happen.

Why did those people bother him when he got back to Caca. Why not five years back when he was losing Caca. Why not when he doesn't have to worry about other lives in his life.

"Mah! mama. huaaa..."

The sound of knocking on the door as well as the cry of Mentari woke Tara from the chaos of her mind. The man stepped wide to open the door before his wife woke up.

Poor Caca was tired of waiting for him to come home late. Served him too. Do not let his wife wake up because of the cry of their child.

"Papa's son why are you crying?" tanya Tara grabbed Mentari in a sling. Closing the door slowly and taking the child away from the room.

"Dance of nightmares, pah." The little girl still sobbed. Hugged Tara's neck tightly. He leaned his head on the father's shoulder. His embrace tightened, fearing Tara would let him sleep alone again.

"It was just a dream. Just sleeping flowers. And usually if we have bad dreams, there will be good things in our lives." lie Tara. He did not understand how he should face a child. He just wanted his son to stop crying.

"Yes pah?" the girl asked, shrinking tears with the back of her hand. His eyes were round with curiosity as usual.

Tara nodded. "Yes. Mentari cannot be afraid. Gotta be brave." replied Tara by kissing the top of her daughter's head.

"If Mentari is afraid, who will take care of her?"

The little girl tilted her head. "Mama is big. Mama will watch over the dance."

Tara chuckles at hearing it. "But if there's something bad about mama, does Mentari not want to take care of mama?" lure Tara who now sits her little daughter on the kitchen table. Take a clean glass on the dining table and fill it with water for her daughter to drink.

"Later Tari keep it. Let Dance beat the bad guy in mama." said the boy excitedly. Showing off blows by punching the air.

"Drink first, let the princess papa dare."

Mentari nodded and received the glass that his father gave him. I drink half a glass of water.

"Now we're bobo again, huh?"

Mentari looked at Tara with a scared face that the girl was trying to hide. Seemed doubtful of the idea of sleeping again.

"Watch a look, pah?" take the girl with her brilliant eyes.

Tara shook her head firmly. "It's night. Later mama is angry if you do not bobo instead watch tivi." said Tara but still sound smooth.

"Ah papaaa.. Mama bobo pah." the little girl's whine shook Tara's hands expectantly.

"Tomorrow from school! wake up bad luck. You must be sleepy at school too."

Tara kept shaking. "It's night! there's no early-morning kids like this."

Without caring for her daughter's protest, Tara carried the little girl back up to the second floor.

"Dance does not want to bobo himself, pah." whine moves his legs.

"Who said bobo himself? Bobo mentari same mommy same papa. Let's have another nightmare later, papa hugs who date let Mentari not be afraid." The mentari agreed. Smile and kiss Tara happy.

Caca's sleeping position is still the same as before. Then his wife was not disturbed by the cry of their daughter earlier. It seemed like Caca was really tired to the point of being so deep in his sleep.

***

Caca frowned in surprise when many men in suits, ties to black glass lined up neatly in front of his house.

"Who are they, ma'am?" asked Caca when that morning he drove his husband to the terrace as usual to go to work. He will also be taking their daughter to school.

"Talk, this is my wife and daughter. It's your job to look after them wherever they go. And some of them keep this house."

"Ready, Sir." The bodyguard who numbered more than ten replied in unison. They had also previously explained their duties by their leader who was also Tara's main bodyguard when the man traveled out of town even abroad.

"Don't until I hear there's a slippage from you that leaves a gap for people to harm my wife and children!" tara who returned got the same answer.

"Mas!" whispered Caca was full of emphasis, pulling the end of the suit that her husband was wearing. "Whether to wear all bodyguards?"

"For the safety of you two." gently rub Tara on her cheek.

"But this is overkill! I'm the same Mentari just went to school also to MFA. A place we have visited often. Who would hurt us?!"

"Just be careful, baby. They also take care of you from afar, so you won't be uncomfortable following them."

Caca was pissed off. "Just the same! this is too much!"

"Nothing is too much for you" said Tara. "If I could take care of you 24 hours, I'd do it myself."

Caca breathed heavily. "We can take care of ourselves, mas." said Caca still trying to refuse the escort that Tara gave. "If you don't believe it, just give the driver!"

Appoint Tara to the man who is also dressed and all black accessories, the man who then looks down when Caca looks at the man. "That's the driver for your pick-up. He's the best bodyguard I have. The one who used to accompany me while going far away. And he'll take care of you straight away."

Caca's mouth is wide open. Then he stopped and squinted his eyes looking at Tara suspiciously. "What's the matter, ma'am?"

Tara just raised an eyebrow. As if asking "What's up, what?"

"You can't keep me this tight if there's nothing!"

Caca brushed off her husband's hand that would wipe both of his upper arms.

"There is nothing I am. Believe this. Everything's gonna be okay."
