IW 137 - Ling Zhen And Li Hua's Oath

Ling Zhen's return with a sad look on his face made Li Hua wonder. The young man replied with an indistinct mutter when asked. Finally Li Hua escorted Ling Zhen to the room that Li Jingshan and Li Rong had prepared.

‘I didn't hear wrong, did I?’ Ling Zhen laid his body on the bed and covered his face with his palm.

Li Hua sat on the bed and asked, “Master Ling, what happened to you? You look so tired and sad.”.

Ling Zhen opened his eyes and looked at the figure of the girl with her beautiful face and friendliness. Ling Zhen was comfortable looking at Li Hua, slowly he got up from his sleep and let out a long sigh.

“Nona Li, will you come with me to the Valley of the Gods?” Ling Zhen wanted to change his mood. Today he felt so tired. Not tired of serving Chu Xiulan and Ji Yanran, but rather because of knowing the truth about him.

Li Hua watched Ling Zhen's expression closely. The young man looked very miserable, there was sadness and anger there. Yet the expression Ling Zhen was aiming for was suffering.

“Mr Ling, you're too hard on yourself. Can't you trust me and your wives? You're not alone, you have to remember that.” Li Hua held onto Ling Zhen's hand full of tenderness.

Ling Zhen who was getting the attention of Li Hua was shocked. She stared at the beautiful face that was looking at her kindly and reciprocated the gentle touch of Li Hua's palm.

“Can you tell me?” Li Hua suddenly hugged Ling Zhen's body with trembling hands. This was the first time Li Hua had touched a male body.

Ling Zhen gasped in shock. There was an electric shock flowing down her body right after Li Hua hugged her. Ling Zhen buried his face in Li Hua's chest and closed his eyes.

“Nona Li, thanks.” Ling Zhen was relieved that Li Hua was paying attention to him.

While releasing Li Hua's embrace, Ling Zhen rubbed his face roughly and let out a long sigh. The young man again laid his body and wanted to fall asleep immediately forgetting everything.

Li Hua noticed Ling Zhen's face that looked so tired. The girl watched Ling Zhen who was sound asleep on his lap.

Li Hua with a reddened face brought his face closer to Ling Zhen's face, then gave a warm kiss on Ling Zhen's forehead.

“Hopefully dream, Zhengge.” Li Hua's cheeks met red as she said that.

A beautiful morning greeted him. Ling Zhen found himself asleep in a large room. There was no one but him in that room.

“Yesterday I..” Ling Zhen held his head and remembered himself who showed his weak side to Li Hua.

Remembering that made Ling Zhen's cheeks flushed, “Argh! Damnit damnit! That's embarrassing!” Ling Zhen cursed himself because of yesterday's incident.

Hearing Ling Zhen's screaming voice made Li Hua open the door of the room reserved for the young man. What Li Hua found there was Ling Zhen who was taking off his clothes and was about to take a bath.

Li Hua's face turned red right after Ling Zhen removed his entire outfit. The young man was surprised to see his arrival as well as his surprised to see something long but not a sword.

“Mr Ling!”

Ling Zhen was clumsy as he saw Li Hua cover his face using both of his palms. Soon Ling Zhen ran into the bathroom leaving Li Hua dead.

Inside the bathroom, Ling Zhen smiled to himself and endured the embarrassment. But the embarrassment did not last long as it recalled Li Hua's expression.

After bathing, Ling Zhen invited Li Jingshan and Li Rong to dinner together. In the dining room looks Li Hua who shyly greets him.

“Miss Li, you look so beautiful today.” Ling Zhen sat down beside Li Hua and teased.

Li Hua chokes, “Master Ling, don't tease me!” Li Hua looked at Ling Zhen sharply as if not liking himself being teased.

“Zhener, actually there is something we want to talk to you about.” Li Jingshan started the conversation before the breakfast together.

Li Jingshan explained to Ling Zhen that Li Hua's marriage to Ling Zhen would be held today behind closed doors. Li Jingshan and Li Rong had been chatting and conversing for the entire night.

Given the situation in the Jia Empire was not conducive, Li Jingshan did not want Ling Zhen and Li Hua's royally held wedding to be a catastrophe. Li Jingshan will look for the ruler after breakfast.

Li Hua looked at his palm and found that he had a lightning mark, while Ling Zhen experienced something similar like this when he had a marriage with Xue Lianhua and Que Mi.

After this closed-door wedding ritual was completed, Li Jingshan and Li Rong took Ling Zhen and Li Hua to breakfast together.

“From now on you can call me Father Li, Zhen.” Li Jingshan smiled brightly at getting a daughter-in-law like Ling Zhen.

“Good Daddy Li.” Ling Zhen followed Li Jingshan's words.

“You can also call me Mother Li, Zhen.” Now it was Li Rong's turn to say.

Ling Zhen smiled faintly, “Good, Mother Li.” While Li Hua blushed in embarrassment.

After breakfast together, Ling Zhen and Li Hua enjoyed Limeng City together. Ling Zhen also flew in Li Hua's arms to enjoy the natural beauty around Limeng City.

With Li Hua, Ling Zhen could forget his sadness. Li Hua's smile and laughter were also a joy in itself.
