It’S Me Again
Chapter 17's

Michael sat in the living room of his apartment with a grim face. His heart breaks to pieces because of what he just learned about Ivy's lies. In her mind, she contemplated all the moments they passed together, including when Ivy told her that she was pregnant with her child.

He felt betrayed and disrespected. Ivy had been playing tricks on him as if he was just a puppet in his life. Michael pondered and pondered, trying to process everything, and he didn't know what to do. He felt trapped and hurt. Until her phone rang displaying Annisa's name.

Michael arrived at the cafe minutes before the promised time. He looked around and realized this cafe was indeed the perfect place for their meeting. The warm glow of the chandelier on the ceiling makes the atmosphere feel more intimate. A number of people are busy gathering, chatting, or reading books in different corners. There was a peaceful and calm feeling emanating from this place.

While he waited for Annisa to arrive, Michael ordered a cup of coffee and sat down at a table surrounded by greenery. He looked out the window and saw a shining street light across the street. He thought about how this meeting would take place. Will Annisa feel happy to see him? Will she look as beautiful as she imagined?

After a while, Annisa finally arrived at the cafe. Michael felt his heart thump when he saw him enter the door. She was wearing a dark blue long dress that accentuated her natural beauty. Her black hair was neatly arranged and her beautiful face was beaming.

After they order a drink, Annisa notices that Michael looks a little messy and that something is bothering her mind.

“Michael, what happened? You look so messy." Ask Annisa.

Michael raised his head with a lethargic face “Annisa, I have to tell you something."

“What is it?" Ask Annisa.

“Ivy... she lied to me." Said Michael stammeringly.

“Lying how?" Annisa asked increasingly.

“She lied about her pregnancy. It's all fake." Answer Michael.

“What do you mean?" Ask Annisa again.

“She said she was pregnant with my son. But that's not true, Annisa. It's all a lie."

Annisa's speechless. He felt tears wash his cheeks.

“So all this time, everything was just a lie?" Annisa said in a hoarse voice.

Michael could only nod his head.

“I'll do anything to fix everything, Annisa. I don't want to lose you and let go of you again.” Michael tried to reach Annisa's hand, but Annisa withdrew her hand.

“But how can you fix it? How can you make me believe again?" Ask Annisa.

“How can we forget all that has happened?" Ask Annisa again.

“I don't know, Annisa. But we have to try." Answer Michael.

“Michael's. But I don't know if I can trust you anymore." Annisa.

“I understand, Annisa. I understand completely." Michael Yelled.

As they spoke, without brands realizing there was someone who was watching them and listening to their conversation. It was Reynolds.

Reynold sat in the cafe watching Annisa and Michael talking. He felt mixed in his heart. She loves Annisa, but she also knows that Annisa still loves Michael. Reynold wonders if he should have kept their relationship going or let Annisa be happy with Michael.

She knew that she could not force love and she did not want to disappoint Annisa. He felt very worried in his heart. He wanted to make the best decision for Annisa and for himself.

As Annisa and Michael talk, Reynold decides to go outside the cafe. He took a walk around the street and thought about what decision to make. She ponders about her relationship with Annisa and whether she is ready to maintain their love.

Reynold finally decides to end his relationship with Annisa. He wanted to give her the happiness she was looking for with Michael. She knew that even though she felt sad, it was the best decision for Annisa and for herself.

Meanwhile Ivy feels lonely and depressed after being abandoned by Michael. He felt lost and did not know what to do. Ivy was worried because he still could not explain his situation to Michael and was afraid that Michael would be angry and blame him.

After a few days, Ivy's health condition got worse so he decided to see a doctor. After the examination, the doctor informed me that Ivy was pregnant and that her condition needed to be properly maintained. Ivy felt mixed to hear the news. She is thrilled that she will soon be a mother, but she also feels anxious about not being able to share her happiness with Michael.

After that, Ivy attempted to contact Michael, but none of his calls and messages were answered. Ivy felt increasingly sad and worried because she did not know how to explain her situation to Michael. He felt sad because he felt abandoned by Michael.

On the other hand, Reynolds began to feel indecisive in his heart about his relationship with Annisa. She feels unable to maintain their relationship because of Annisa's great love for Michael. However, Reynold also does not want to see Annisa sad because her relationship with Michael is cut off.

Meanwhile, Annisa and Michael begin talking again after Ivy's events are revealed. Michael confesses that he still loves Annisa and does not want to lose her. Annisa is worried because her heart is still hurt by the lies committed by Michael. However, on the other hand, Annisa also still loves Michael.

One day, Ivy decides to visit Michael at his workplace. She wanted to tell Michael that she was pregnant and wanted to apologize for lying. However, when Ivy gets to Michael's workplace, he finds only a piece of paper containing Michael's parting words.

Ivy felt very sad because she felt that Michael did not want to be in touch with her anymore. She didn't know what else to do because she felt she couldn't explain her situation to Michael. Ivy felt very alone and was devastated by not being able to share her happiness with Michael.

The four human beings feel sadness, anxiety and doubt in their hearts, looking for happiness each whether to be selfish or let their partners be happy with others. Love sometimes makes a person blind to everything, doing everything to get what he wants, be it in a good or bad way without knowing what will happen in the future.

The choices they take are a reflection of what will happen in the future, is the brand choice the right choice or may be the wrong choice?
