Ivy looked up Annisa's phone number on her cell phone contact and contacted her.

"Hello?" annisa replied with a friendly-sounding tone of voice.

Ivy : “Annisa, this is Ivy. How are you?"

Annisa : “Ivy! Wow, I'm fine Ivy. Can I help you?"

Ivy : “Iya, actually I still worry about Michael, after our meeting in Japan at that time, I can't stop thinking about the state of Michael.”

Annisa : “I understand, Ivy. What can I help you with?"

Ivy: “Can you help try searching in New york?”

Annis : “Alright, I will help as much as possible.”

Ivy : “Thank you, Annisa.”

Annisa : “No problem, we will find it. We're gonna start looking anywhere he might be. What have you tried?"

Ivy : “Iya, I've tried to contact everyone I know in New York who might know where he is. But no word from them."

Annisa took the paper and the ballpoint pen from her bag and began to record all the information Ivy had provided.

Annisa “Alright, I'll try to start looking. First of all, we will go to places frequented by Michael in New York. Who knows, he's still there."

After that, they talked for a while and ended the call.

Annisa then begins to wander around the city, visiting various places that Michael may have visited. He visited places like coffee shops and restaurants that Michael frequented. He also visited bookstores and music stores where Michael loved to spend time.

However, after several hours of searching, Annisa did not find Michael anywhere. Annisa then tries to call Reynolds to help him find Michael.

Not long after, Reynolds arrives with his wife to find Michael.

"Darling, what should we do? I don't know where else to look." Annisa

"Don't worry, honey. We still have one thing to do." Reynold.

Reynold then opened his phone and started searching the internet. After a while, he found a website that helped people search for missing people.

"Alright, I'll try to search here. We're gonna need some information like Michael's latest photo, his date of birth, etc. You got all that information, baby?” Reynold. Annisa nods and gives Reynold whatever information her husband needs.

The next day, Annisa and Reynold immediately decide to check Michael's whereabouts in the apartment. They went to Midtown Manhattan, where Michael's apartment was located. After searching around, they finally found Michael's apartment in a magnificent building.

Arriving at Michael's apartment, Annisa and Reynold head straight to his room. However, when they arrived there, the door of the room was locked. Annisa tries to call Michael, but the call is not lifted. Reynold tried to open the door with force, but the door could not be opened. Finally, they decided to find the security officer and notify the problem.

Security officers immediately came and opened the door of the room using a spare key. However, when they entered, they did not find Michael there. All the items in the room were intact and there were no signs of damage or criminal acts.

They immediately went to the psychiatric hospital and found out if Michael was being treated there. After asking some people, they finally found Michael who was being treated there.

They hope to meet Michael, which exceeds their expectations. Annisa and Reynold see Michael sitting in a wheelchair with a crushed face and amputated leg. They were shocked and could not believe what they saw.

“Michael, what happened?“ annisa said while trying to hold back her cries.

Michael was silent, his eyes were blank, several times Annisa tried to talk to Michael, but there was absolutely no reply said by Michael, he was just silent.

Annisa felt sad and devastated to see Michael's condition. He felt guilty for not knowing about the accident and injuries suffered by Michael. He wants to talk to Ivy right away, to tell her about Michael's condition.

After Annisa calms herself down, she starts calling Ivy. Her voice sounded trembling as Ivy picked up the phone.

“Halo Ivy,” Annisa said with a vibrating voice.

“Iya, Annisa. Have you found Michael?” Ivy answered enthusiastically.

Annisa took a deep breath before answering. “Yes, I have found it, I think you should come here as soon as.”

Ivy fell silent. He doesn't know what to say.

“I'll be there soon.” Ivy.

They hung up the phone immediately.

Reynold tried to calm Annisa down. He took his hand and said, “You did your best to find Michael. Now, we should focus on helping and supporting her in recovery.”

Annisa nodded. He knew that Reynold was right, but his heart was still sad and devastated. He hopes to do more to help Michael and make him feel better.

When they returned to the hotel, Annisa spent the rest of the day crying and contemplating. He felt he could not help Michael and felt unable to do anything to make his condition better.

Reynold tried to calm Annisa down by saying, Reynolds,

“Annisa, you have done your best. We must remain strong and optimistic to help Michael and support him in his recovery. We must continue to look for ways to help and improve his condition.”

Annisa nodded, but her heart was still broken.

One day, when Annisa and Reynold visit Michael, they meet another patient in the waiting room. The patient was a young man who also had a car accident and suffered serious injuries.

Annisa and Reynold started talking to the young man and they were surprised when he gave good and wise advice.

“I know how hard it is to see our loved ones going through suffering and hardship, but the best we can do is to keep supporting them and give great love and affection. We cannot cure them, but we can be part of their recovery process.”

Those words greatly influenced Annisa. He felt like the advice was aimed specifically at him. He realizes that he cannot change Michael's condition, but he can be part of his recovery process by providing great support and love.
