Kanaya The Unwanted Wife
Part 09 (Why don't you believe me?)

Kanaya bathed and shampooed to clean her body so that Lee did not bother to smell the fragrance of Nathan perfume left behind in the robe he was wearing.

Just for info, Lee is not jealous, but he is sensitive to the smell of perfume that does not suit his taste. Sometimes even in the office if there are employees who wear perfume that interferes with his sense of smell, Lee immediately reprimanded the employee and asked him to change the perfume.

Yeah, that's Lee. If described there are many more that the man does not like so that Kanaya who became his wife must always remember what things are not liked and liked by Lee.

After finishing the bath and drying her hair with a hair dryer, Kanaya put on her home-made robe and went to the kitchen to cook dinner for Lee as well as herself.

This time Kanaya decided to cook three easy menus namely chicken soup, sauteed kale, and grilled fish. Not to forget, she also prepared kimchi as Lee's dining companion because she knew her husband was very fond of the typical default of his country of birth, South Korea.

Before concocting the seasoning Kanaya tie her long hair up first so that her precious crown does not interfere with her activities during cooking.

After that, Kanaya peeled and cooked spices such as garlic, onions, tomatoes and so on. He then gave chili to grilled fish while burning the fish he had lumoured with spices. Then he cut the kale vegetables that he would saute and then wash the cut chicken meat before putting it in a pot of boiling water that he had seasoned.

Very hassled but Kanaya does not complain because she likes to cook for Lee, as the wife she likes to be relied upon by her husband. Yes, although sometimes Lee did not eat the results of his cooking, even often her husband complained, saying that the cuisine was not tasty.

Kanaya is not angry, she tries to understand Lee and then study and learn again to be able to produce dishes that are in accordance with the taste of Lee's tongue and in accordance with what her husband wants.

But what makes Kanaya hurt is when her cooking is compared to the cuisine of Aisyah, a woman who is always on her husband's mind.

Kanaya was eager to scream, asking Lee to stop comparing, but if he did he would be at odds with Lee. And Kanaya doesn't want that to happen.

That's why he always relented and let Lee say and act as he pleased. No matter how it hurt her heart, she had to stretch out her chest again.

After all the cooking results are cooked, Kanaya serves them one by one at the dining table. Now he just called Lee who was chatting merrily with his pet parrot in their backyard.

Before exiting the back door Kanaya wears a veil to cover her hair, afraid that a neighbor might pass by and see her aura.

After wearing a hood Kanaya opened the back door and then walked closer to Lee who was busy chatting with his parrot, strange indeed. But in reality the parrot was closer to Lee than Kanaya who was his wife.

Just look, Kanaya was standing next to him too Lee did not notice, so the man's focus with the parrot which is Kanaya's closest rival.

"Ma ... Nay!" lee's parrot called out Kanaya's name as the girl glared at him with a wry glare.

Lee turned to the side and found Kanaya glaring at her beloved parrot. "Eh! Don't bully Aira like that! She'll be scared!" reprimanding Lee made Kanaya turn her gaze in the other direction.

"Food is ready, want to eat now or finish Maghrib?" ask Kanaya.

"Later after Magrib, if you eat now nanggung, ntar his Maghrib prayer late again."

"Okay, then I'll warm it up again, yes, the food."

Lee frowned. "Why aren't you?" tanyanya.

"I want to go to Avila's sister's house and pray Maghrib there" Kanaya replied.

"Can't!" ban Lee.

"Tonight you can't go anywhere, if you miss the same Avila mending Vidcall-an-ja."

"Can you tell me why?" asked Kanaya who started to smell the irregularities.

"There's no reason, Naya. I forbid you just to protect you, I don't want you to see the same man named Nathan again," replied Lee who actually still has another reason.

"Mas, don't you believe me?" kanaya asked in disappointment that Lee seemed to doubt her loyalty.

"Naya, I'm the kind of guy who finds it hard to believe that I don't see the facts myself. You know what, right?"

Kanaya looked at Lee with a pushy look, disappointment enveloping her heart. "Even if you do, you must trust me, Mas, because I am your wife, I love you, it is impossible for me to wish you!" brightest.

"There is nothing impossible in this world, Naya. Everything can happen, now yes you can say like that, but later on you don't even know right?"

Kanaya laughs in horror, seeing Lee doubting her loyalty. "I know Mas. And all I know is that my heart will not turn away from you forever. Do you know why I can predict it? Because you are the one I can never hate even if you hurt my heart over and over again. All I have in my heart is love, great love for you, love that always beats all my ego to leave you, Mas" said Kanaya who managed to silence Lee's mouth. The man no longer spoke and just stared at Kanaya with his cold gaze.

Not caring for Lee's gaze, Kanaya went into the house and went to the room and buried her face in the bed, she cried loudly, venting the pain of not being trusted by her own husband just because of a small kindness that other men gave her.

"You are evil! Why don't you trust your wife who loves you so much?!" inner Kanaya screamed.

While Lee began to realize his mistake, he gradually thought that he should not have said that to Kanaya. His wife must have been very hurt because she did not believe it, but if you think about it again it is impossible for Kanaya to cheat with other men.

Lee knew his wife was different from other women, but the rice had become porridge, he had already disappointed Kanaya with his words.

"I'm sorry, Naya." It was all that came out of Lee's mouth, always like that whenever he hurt Kanaya's feelings.

Whether you realize it or not, Lee began not to know how to apologize properly. Stupid indeed!

"Aira, back in the cage, I'm not in the mood to joke with you anymore" he told the parrot perched on his sturdy shoulder.

"I'm sorry, sorry!" Aira the parrot told Lee to apologize, the bird was indeed smarter than his master.
