Chapter 28 - Jeffran's Anger

"Mama, how are you? When will my mom wake up? Kiran kangen, Ma." Kirana muttered, not feeling her tears just shed.

"Kiran apologizes for failing to take care of Mama, hopefully Mama woke up quickly, do not stay in Kiran alone. Kiran is afraid, Mom,"

"Excuse me Miss.."

"Oh, please, doctor." Kirana said allowing the doctor to check on the condition of the mother.

"How's doc?"

"There's still no progress, miss." The doctor replied, making Kirana's tears flow.

"I hope Miss can be patient, consider this a test for Miss and Mother."

"This is too heavy, Doc. I don't think I can face it." Answer Kirana lirih.

"Every exam there must be a way out Miss, pray for Miss Mother's recovery."

"That's always me do Doc, thanks for the advice."

"I'm sorry if I sassy Miss, but who's the guy who's always with Miss?"

"That tall man?" Turning around Kirana asked and the doctor nodded, he also admitted that Jeff was very tall.

"That's my boss in Doc's office."

"But her treatment of Miss is like not a boss on her subordinates, more towards such a lover."

"Masa? No way Doc, he's got a wife." Kirana denies the doctor's words, though she herself begins to realize that Jeff's concern for her is more than just the boss to his secretary.

"That's what I saw, Miss."

"Maybe it's just the doctor's feeling, oh yes I want to go ahead first buy breakfast. Nitip my mom first yeah, can you?" Ask Kirana.

"Please Miss." The doctor answered with a friendly smile.

Kirana leaves her mother's room, leaving her mother with the doctor when she buys breakfast first.

"That means there's still a chance for Kirana, at least I'm single and the guy's married." The doctor muttered with a happy smile.

In the office, Jeff began struggling with his work. After the hospital, he went straight to the office without going home first. At home, the Queen is waiting for her.

"Dizziness of the head, need vitamins." Jeff murmured, even though this morning he had gotten a delicious vitamin intake, he should be excited to start his work. But in Kirana's absence, it makes her quite bored. Attending meetings he himself, had to bother explaining the usual meeting materials Kirana did.

"What are you doing?" He muttered, then took out a cell phone from his suit pocket. He calls Kirana, but her number is off.

"Not active, why? Didn't you bring a charger? Or is the phone broken? Hufft, I'll be there again this afternoon." Jeff muttered and then saved his phone back, but a second later the phone rang without an incoming call.

Jeff immediately pulled out his phone again with pleasure, he thought Kirana called back but it turned out to be a call from home.

"Callo.."

"Sir, can you go home? The Madam's condition is deteriorating." Anna said frantically across there.

"What's worse do you mean, Anna?"

"Mrs drop back and lose consciousness, come home quickly."

"Yes, I'm going home right now!" Jeff answered and immediately left his room, he walked quickly to the parking lot. He feels very guilty because these few days he ignored the wife and instead focused on chasing after Kirana, his beautiful secretary.

"Go home now sir, if you can hurry!" Jeff's orders make the driver immediately tancap gas driving his car with maximum speed.

"I'm sorry baby, you drop for sure because of the burden of the mind." Mumbled Jeff. He ruffled his hair in frustration, why could he forget his wife and instead be busy paying attention to Kirana? Bodooh indeed!

"What the fuck?" Jeff screeched, when he saw that his wife was fine, even eating voraciously.

"Have you gone home yet?"

"Yes, what does this Queen mean? I ran around because I said you dropped again, but what is this? I even left my important job!" Jeff said, his breath was stung because he had just run up the stairs.

"Mas, listen to me first."

"Listen to what, Queen? You don't know how freaked out I am, don't make this kind of funny joke." Strictly Jeff, his eyes glared sharply at Anna who had lowered his head earlier.

They don't know if this could make Jeff angry.

"Don't look at Anna like that Mas, I told her to call you."

"Get out of you, I don't want to see you in this room right now!" Jeff kicked Anna out of her room.

"Mas, I'm sorry. I miss you last night you didn't come home and this morning wasn't there before you started."

"I hope you understand Queen, I'm busy. My job is high because Kirana is on leave, her mother is in a coma in the hospital. Last night I wanted to go home but the road was closed due to an accident, so I stayed at a hotel. So, don't act childish, you're an adult." Ketus Jeff, still with his hunting breath.

"At least you tell me that you're not going home, so I don't wait."

"Stay, what you did just now makes me mad."

"I'm sorry Mas, I thought your secretary had started working again." Lirih Queen, honestly she was scared when she saw her husband get angry like this.

"If Kirana comes in, I won't miss doing my job." Jeff replied, the man sat his body on the sofa, rubbing his face roughly.

"I'm sorry!"

"Next time don't do that stupid thing again Queen, you almost killed me." Said Jeff, his voice weakened not bursting like before.

"Good Mas."

"You've taken your medicine?" Jeff asked his wife.

"Have you eaten yet?"

"No, I'm busy with work."

"You can be busy working, but don't neglect your health either."

"Yes, I'll eat. I want to rest first, I'm tired." Jeff answered and approached the bed and laid his body on the bed.

The man closed his eyes, feeling very tired today. Not only physically tired, but also tired.

It didn't take long, Jeff fell asleep so tired. 

Queen approached and gently rubbed her husband's face, she still loved him very much. But is that guy the same? Probably not, especially after the betrayal he used to do. He also can not be selfish and force Jeff to stick with it, while the circumstances are like this. There is no other way but to try to let the husband be happy with his new world, or maybe his new woman.

"Mas, I've let you go. I'm trying to be sincere even if your heart isn't for me anymore, I realize I hurt you first, I'm sorry but it's too late. Right now I got my karma," muttered Queen, her tears were shed but she hastily wiped them away.

"Hopefully you get a better woman than me, a woman who is able to serve all your needs well."

Although trying hard, but still his heart feels sore. But she was determined to make Jeff happy, at least she would be happy if her husband was also happy, although not with her.
