Romi put his motorcycle next to the building with all-white paint. Romi took off his helmet and let the wind for a moment blow dry his sweat-soaked hair. He then opened the trunk of his motorcycle seat and picked up the book ‘the Fellowship of the Ring’ which the other day he got from Sofia.

Romi opened the big glass door of the office and barged in. Blowing cool breeze from somehow how many AC fruits installed in this office makes it feel new to enter the forest after being stranded in the desert. Today was too hot and it will be even hotter....

After going through the office hallway that meanders, up the stairs that always look clean and shiny, finally Romi arrived at a table.

“Rizky is there?” ask Romi casually.

“Oh?” Ovi the secretary was surprised because she was daydreaming. “There sir.”

“Do not call sir. I am not your boss.” Romi said as he flicked his hand.

Ovi just smiled kindly while calling Rizky who was in the room to her right. Playboy.. said Ovi in his heart. he felt that there was nothing better than his boss who was still ‘polos’.

“Pak Rizky welcome to enter Sir, please just go straight,” Ovi said formally while pointing at the door on his right.

“Makasi..” Romi said and immediately stepped into Rizky's room.

“Oi!” rizky said automatically when her best friend entered the room.

Romi waved his hand in reply and immediately took a seat in front of Rizky's desk. Romi then kept the book he had brought and put it on Rizky's desk.

“Nih.” Romi leaned back in that soft chair.

“Apaan?” Rizky confusion.

“This is my alesan later.”

“Hah?” Rizky was confused.

“So... if Sofia wants to see me because I want to take a book. I just say. the book is the same lu hehehe,” Romi laughs hard.

Rizky scratched her head at the behavior of her best friend. He was astonished by so much of his wits to avoid Sofia and betrothed her to him.

But this time Rizky has a cutting-edge weapon that he can use on his best friend. Her heart was still in flowers even though it had been two days since her date with Karina. He still hasn't told Romi about the date, and judging by Romi's gestures it seems Karina hasn't told him yet.

This seems to be the right moment to reveal his date. Although it may be for Romi dating standards it is not so special. But Rizky hopes that if he tells the story then Romi will be happy to cover to give him the way.

Romi stood up and took a drink of water near Rizky's photo shelf.

While Romi's brain is like working extra, he tries to remember which girl his best friend is dating lately. But after a few rounds of memory, Romi was not sure Rizky was even close to someone.

“Who wants?” romi asked, now he was back in the chair.

“Who?” ask Romi again, his curiosity is growing.

Rizky stood up from her chair and approached the side of Romi who was still sitting.

“Nih,” Rizky pointed towards her phone screen which now shows off some pictures.

Romi's heart felt it had stopped beating, wanted him to jump and scream ‘AP’ but he could still hold back.

“Lu same road Karina??” Romi was shocked and completely shocked. But he can still play the water face as if happy to see it.

For a moment he forgot that he was talking to his friend.

Rizky explains some things about how he does his recklessness that Romi thought would never be possible by a Rizky.

Word by word slid with a sumringah tone and a bit of snob from Rizky's mouth. But somehow everything sounded blurry in Romi's ears and brain. He still felt it could not happen, but in fact it was successful Rizky did. He thought of a few sentences to break the joy of his best friend but none spilled but just just ‘oh..’ or ‘masa??’

In his heart Romi felt that there was a door that was about to close. Behind that door he could imagine Karina, Karina who joined hands with Rizky. But he won't give up, at least for now.

“Aduh sori, I have to go to work again, my boss asked for a report earlier,” suddenly Romi cut Rizky who still told me about how sweet Karina was that night.

As Romi closed the door Rizky's lips smiled so widely. Wider than when he got the title of best graduate on campus in the past. He feels winning, even though it's his best friend he doesn't feel awkward. It was the best victory he thought he had ever won. Rizky clenched her hands with a peaked feeling, “Yes!” he said it steadily.

Meanwhile Romi penetrated back into the office hallway by walking faster than usual. His head felt a little light to the point that the earth seemed to float like paper in the wind. And it didn't take long before he finally got back on his bike.

Romi didn't put on his helmet immediately and left. He took a long breath, very long. He looked to his left and to his right looking for clues that could not have been there.

Why is this so yes...Romi complained in his heart.

On the other hand, he was upset why Rizky did not talk to him before dating. Maybe he could ruin it....

But it's an evil thought.. Romi immediately cast out those thoughts...

On the other hand, he became increasingly convinced that he had to start the fight to reach Karina. If Rizky was desperate to ask her out, then she should be able to do more.

Romi pulled back his bike and then sped out of the parking area..
