#1 2 7 - Love is Complicated

Tonight, Vania stayed in her room until dinner time. He went to the kitchen to prepare dinner. There he meets Imah who says that Edo will not eat dinner. The man will work until late at night.

Finally Vania and Imah cook for themselves. Because Liliana now has a nurse who will take care of her. Actually Vania is very happy to take care of Liliana. But somehow Edo forbids Vania to take care of Liliana.

After dinner with Imah, Vania returns to her room. In the room, he felt unsettled at the thought of Edo who seemed to be working more and neglecting his health.

Vania went back to the kitchen and made cereal and milk. He brought a tray and headed to Edo's study.

Vania did not expect that Edo would allow her to enter. Vania walked slowly towards Edo's desk.

"Put it on the table!" Edo's orders.

Vania stared at Edo's desk, which had a lot of files on it. He glanced at a picture of a little girl on the table.

"That must be Freya!" inner Vania.

Vania stared intensely at the photo. She remembers that Imah said there was only one photo of Freya in Edo's workspace.

"Vania, what's wrong?" Tany Edo for seeing Vania daydreaming.

"Huh?! It's okay, Bang. Please eat first, Bang."

Vania wants to get away from there but feels reluctant. He was very curious about the little girl in the photo.

Vania pointed at the photo on the table. Edo follows where Vania's finger leads.

"That is Freya." said Edo.

Vania fell silent. He felt something was up with him. He held his head that felt buzzing.

"Vania? You why?" ask Edo.

Edo holds Vania's body until he arrives in his room.

"You better take a break."

Edo came out of Vania's room. He thought of something.

Edo returned to his study. He looked at Freya's photo. Then switch to a bowl of cereal and milk that brought Vania.

Edo grabbed his phone. It had been three days since he asked to do a DNA test on Vania. He has got the results. But he was still afraid to know it.

"Is it time I opened all this? If Vania is Freya then..."

Edo shook his head. He really likes Vania. But if destiny has any other will, what will it say?

With heart, Edo opened the test results sent to his phone. His hands were trembling as he read it.

Edo exited the study and headed to the basement where his motorbike and car collection were parked there. Edo took the key and drove it out of the house.

"Drink first!" Rizka.

Rizka is quite surprised by Edo's sudden arrival to her house. Their home is not far enough. In the same luxurious home environment.

"Thank you." Edo sipped a warm sweet tea that Rizka brought.

"So, you came here just for tea?" circus Rizka.

"Sorry to bother you. I'm just."

Edo gives his phone a screen of DNA test results between himself and Vania. Rizka also did not believe what she read.

"W-how can it be?" Rizka asked.

Edo shook his head. "The first one noticed it."

Rizka rubbed Edo's arm to strengthen her.

"You should be happy that your sister has returned. Be excited! I know it's hard. But I think you're a big-hearted man, Edo."

Edo looked at Rizka who was now commenting on the smile in front of him. Out of nowhere, Edo began to approach to create a different closeness.

Edo touched Rizka's lips with his. They are both soluble in solitude.

Edo began to retreat when he realized what he had just done. Edo got carried away because of Rizka's attention.

"Sorry..." Edo immediately got up from his seat and left without saying anything more.

Rizka held onto her chest that felt thumping. He held his lips that were no longer holy because of Edo.

"What was that?" rizka's mumbling was still unconscious.

"I don't think you'll dare come here before you fulfill your promise to Grandpa Joseph." Celia's voice broke Damian's daydream.

"Hahah! It's just here that I feel comfortable." Damian said uninspiredly.

"What else, sir?"

"Come, Celia. Love is complicated. I can't really understand it. This is the first time I've experienced this."

Celia just smiled knot. "May I sit here?" asked Celia while asking for permission.

"This is the garden of the parlour, of course this is yours."

"Thank you, sir." Celia sat down next to Damian.

"I couldn't understand love either. I'm stuck in a strange friendship zone. I met him again after so many years but he .. has been with someone else."

"Well! You're so pathetic, Celia." Damian sneered.

Between the laughter echoing in the garden of the parlour, Damian's phone shook. There's a message coming in there.

Damian's forehead wrinkled. A message sent by Edo.

"Damian, I'll give up Vania for you. But I won't let my guard down to keep an eye on you. If you still want to hold on, then go on. But, prepare your heart to know the true facts."

Damian did not understand the strange message Edo sent.

"What's wrong with her?" damian muttered.
