#139 - Memories of the Past

Freya and Udin returned to the office and struggled with work again after lunch together. Somehow the figure of Udin made Freya comfortable with simplicity and innocence.

Freya felt she saw her former self in Udin. Today Freya spends all day in the office with a stack of files that she has to check.

Freya started yawning. His body began to ask to be rested. He stretched his muscles for a moment.

He drank a glass of mineral water on his desk. When you get out of the chair...

"Akh!" Freya held her head. It feels buzzing and painful.

A silhouette was present in his mind.

"What's this about? Why does my head hurt so much?" freya muttered.

He tried to walk out of his room. He held his head while touching the wall.

Freya arrived outside the room and was still holding her head. The shadow reappeared.

"That kid...? Who's the kid?"

Freya's body staggered. Lucky Udin who still did not come home immediately held it.

"Miss? You all right?" ask Udin.

"Udin.." Freya said, and her eyes began to weigh. Everything is getting lost and blackened. Freya was unconscious.

"Miss! Miss Freya! Wake Miss!" Udin patted Freya's cheek slowly.

Not wanting anything to happen with Freya, Udin immediately took her out and headed to the nearest hospital.

Arriving at the hospital, Udin paced back and forth in front of the IGD room. He had asked a security guard to contact Freya's family.

Edo walked frantically towards Udin. The man stared at Edo's arrival with his panicked face.

"How's this? Will Edo recognize me?" inner Damian.

Edo looked at Udin with a frown.

"Who are you?" ask Edo.

"I'm the new office boy on the 7th floor, sir," replied Udin trying to cover up his nervousness.

"What's going on? Why did Freya faint?" ask Edo again.

"I don't know either, sir. Miss Freya held her head, it seemed to be in pain."

"The Freya Moremans!" A nurse came out of the IGD room.

"Yes, I'm her brother."

"Please come in, the patient is conscious."

Edo nodded. He looked at Udin and patted his shoulder.

"Thank you very much, Udin."

Udin nodded. Edo went straight inside after thanking him.

Edo follows the nurse into Freya's room. He saw his sister lying weakly in the hospital gurney.

"Freys.." said Edo.

"Remember..."

"What's going on? Why did you faint?" edo asked with the top of Freya's head.

"Don't tell mom about this, Bang." said Freya.

"Yes, you know. How are you feeling now?"

"I ... remember something, Bang."

"Eh? What's something?"

"That kid... That boy... The one I met in the hospital when my brother got injured while playing ball... That was before I came here and had an accident. Don't you?" freya lirih.

Edo stunned. He did not expect that Freya would remember the events of 12 years ago.

"Rest here first! Brother will see the doctor and take care of the administration."

Edo kissed the top of Freya's head then went out and into the doctor's room that examined Freya's condition.

Edo sat opposite the guard doctor who examined Freya.

"Why does he not remember his family and instead remember about others who are not important?" asked Edo who was quite confused by Freya's condition.

"Don't think a memory isn't important, Mr. Edo. All memories are important depending on where we see them. Perhaps for Ms. Freya the memory of someone means so much, that she remembers that instead of the others."

The doctor said that if Freya's condition had improved, she would have been allowed to go home. Edo pays the bill then heads to Freya's booth.

The girl got out of the gurney and was mending her clothes.

"You're better?" ask Edo.

"Yes, bang. Sister said I'm allowed to go home."

"Yes, if you feel better."

"I'm doing fine. Let's go home, bang. Mama must be worried."

Edo nodded then smacked Freya's still weak body.

"Thank you, Bang. Oh yeah, who called brother?"

"So the security guard called. But the one who brought me here was the new OB on your floor."

Freya nodded. "Oh, his name is Udin."

"Hmm, you know."

The next day, Freya goes to the office and searches for Udin. He wanted to thank that geeky guy again.

The man usually departs at the earliest from another OB. Freya circulated a look looking for the figure of Udin that had not been seen in her eyes.

Freya meets Jono who is cleaning the staff room. Freya had to ask him.

"Jono, do you know where Udin is?" freya asked a little doubtfully.

"Oh, bang Udin today permission not to enter, Miss. It seems like there is a personal matter." replied Jono.

"Ah so yes. All right then. Continue your work."

Freya stepped back into her room in slight disappointment. Just last night, Udin helped her go to the hospital.

"Is she not sick?" freya muttered

"Do I have to send him a message? Ah, but I don't have her phone number. How could I ask Jono or Doni."

"Ah, stop! I just have to focus on my work!" Freya reopened the files on her desk.

Meanwhile, today Damian can not turn into Udin because of the many jobs that have been waiting for him.

Josh is reliable, but there are things that cannot be represented. And Damian has to take care of it himself.

"Good job, Josh. You've taken good care of it." Damian said, putting his signature on the files heaped up on his desk.

Josh just rolled his eyes lazily. His expression was always flat and cold-treated as well as untouchable.

"What about Freya's meeting yesterday?"

"Good, Sir. Everything went according to plan."

"Goodoo. Then, today what should I do."

"This, Sir. This is the schedule for today. You'll be very busy today."

"really? I need to be excited today!" Damian stretched his muscles for a moment.

"You can get out, Josh!" damian said and embraced by Josh.

Damian went back to checking the files in front of him. It says More Trans is there and it makes him remember Freya.

"How's the girl doing? Yesterday he fainted and I don't know what happened to him." Damian muttered as he rubbed his chin.

Damian grabbed his phone. He stared at the screen of his phone with a photo of Freya as wallpaper.

"What else do I do with you?"

Damian's phone is vibrating. More precisely Udin's cell phone. Of course Damian must have two phones to be able to do this disguise.

A message from Jono.

"Bang, Miss Freya was looking for you. I don't know why he's looking for you. Tomorrow it's starting to come in again, isn't it, bang? Don't forget the promise to make sure we eat good."

Damian chuckles at Jono's message. Today he asks Jono to take his place and in return, Damian will treat him to a good meal.
