#136 - Not as Beautiful as Hope

Time has shown at six o'clock in the afternoon. Freya covered her mouth which was yawning. He tidied up the files on his desk.

Then pick up the bag and get ready to go home. Outside the room, Vicky was waiting for Freya.

"We're home, Bang!" said it.

"Good, Miss." Vicky walked behind Freya.

Meanwhile, behind the sturdy wall that was there, Damian stared at Freya's departure along with her bodyguards.

"Well! When did Freya get away from that bodyguard? Edo is weird. Why should you hire him as Freya's bodyguard, too." Damian snorted.

"That's because Mr. Edo wants to protect his sister from Master!" josh said that was helping Damian release the accessories he wore all day.

Damian is in his apartment with Josh. His assistant came deliberately because he had to report the condition of the company during his stay by Damian.

Damian lay down on the sofa while massaging his head.

"Please call a masseur. My body feels crumpled from working so hard!" damian's orders.

"Wrongly your own Master. It's today's report, please Mr. check first."

"Just put it in my office. I'll check it later. Quickly find a masseuse for me!"

"Yes yes, sir. I'll find it!" Josh grabbed his phone and called someone.

Meanwhile, Freya just arrived at her house. He was welcomed by Liliana.

"You must be tired, baby. Mama's got dinner ready. Take a shower and come down for dinner."

"Yet. Looks like he had a dinner appointment with Rizka. Mom wants them to get married quickly. They fit perfectly, right?"

Freya smiled. "Yes, Ma. They fit perfectly. I'll go upstairs first!"

Liliana nodded. Freya climbed the stairs to her room. His tired body he immersed in a bath that contains warm water.

His eyes were closed in order to relax his mind. But suddenly the image of the geeky and simple man who brought him lunch just now flashed through his brain.

Freya shook her head quickly. He immediately got out of the bath and out of the room and went to the dining table where Liliana was already there.

"Eat a lot, son." Liliana handed the dishes to Freya.

"Thank you, Ma."

Freya devoured little by little the food on her plate.

Liliana glanced at her daughter who seemed to be uninspired.

"What's up, son?" tanyakanya.

"Ah, it's okay, Ma."

"You must be tired of working. Then you shouldn't have to force yourself. You do not have to go to the office every day. This company belongs to your father."

Freya stopped her dinner. "I did this because I wanted to and on my own, Ma. Not because of this big family." Freya's voice was heard rising.

"Creia... Mama didn't mean..."

"Sorry Ma. I'm already full. I'll go back to the room."

Freya got out of her chair and headed for her room. While Liliana sighed. He felt so guilty that he had mispronounced Freya. Liliana immediately grabbed her phone and called Edo to return home immediately.

Edo immediately said goodbye to Rizka as soon as he got a call from his mother. He gave a glimpse of Rizka's lips and then passed.

Rizka just stared at Edo's departure with a sigh. He understands the Edo family's condition, especially about Freya. It must not have been easy for Freya to accept her new family. Moreover, he did not remember anything about his past.

"You have to be patient, Rizka. You know that Edo loves his family very much. If you love Edo, then you must love his family too." rizka murmured.

Edo drove his car quickly until he arrived at the Moremans residence and immediately met the mother who was waiting for him in the living room.

"Ma..." Edo sat down beside Liliana and clasped the middle-aged woman's hands together.

"I'm sorry mom, Edo. Mama's guilty of Freya. How'this?" Liliana seemed to cry sobbing.

Edo immediately brought Liliana's body into his arms. "Ma, calm yourself first. Then tell me everything slowly."

"Mama's guilty, Edo. Mama's been talking wrong."

Liliana recounted all the problems that had occurred between herself and Freya.

Edo understands the attitude taken by Freya. But he also could not blame his mother. Because of course Liliana does not know if Freya is still learning to accept her new family.

Not wanting Liliana to get depressed, Edo takes the woman to his room and asks Liliana to take her sedative. After Liliana fell asleep, Edo came out of her mother's room and headed for her room.

Edo glanced at Freya's closed room. He could only breathe heavily. He couldn't force Freya to accept all of this quickly.

Edo went into the room and cleaned himself first. He broke down his tired body while staring at the ceiling of his room.

Suddenly his phone rang. A call that made him pull the corner of his lips. That's a shred of Rizka.

"Hello" said Edo.

"You haven't slept?"

"Not yet, this is just going to. You alone?"

"I'd like to call you before I go to bed."

Edo smiled.

"He's fine."

"Don't be mad at Freya. I'm sure it's still hard for him. You guys should be more patient with him."

"Yes. Thank you yes. It feels soothing to have someone to share."

"Either. You better get some sleep."

"Hmm, you too. Hye!"

Call ended. Edo breathed a sigh of relief.

"It turns out this is what it's like to have someone next to our lives." Edo muttered then closed his eyes and prepared to go to dreamland.

The next day, Freya left earlier than usual. At this time he did not want to meet his mother or sister. He wanted to be alone first.

"Yeah!" Freya breathed in the cool morning air from the roof of the More Trans building.

It is certainly never imagined if she is the daughter of a rich family. The sun had just revealed its rays, and Freya closed her eyes feeling the warmth of the morning sun that hit her body.

"Everything still feels difficult, right? Sometimes doing something out of our hearts will make our day worse."

A voice made Freya look over.

"Udinone?" freya muttered.

Udin aka Damian approached Freya and handed Freya a cup of warm tea.

The girl looked at Udin's hand holding a cup of tea.

"Drink this!" udin.

Freya received a cup of tea from Udin.

"Thank you" said Freya.

"After drinking it, Miss should immediately return to Miss's room. There will be a stir if Miss doesn't come back soon." Udin then left Freya.

Freya reviewed her smile and sipped on the tea Udin gave her.

Fifteen minutes later, Freya returned to her room. And sure enough, Vicky and Aisha were waiting for him there.

"Miss! Miss from anywhere? I'm looking for Miss!" pouting Aisha.

"Miss is okay?" ask Vicky.

Freya nodded. "Yes, I'm fine. I was just looking for some fresh air. You better get back to work!"

Aisha and Vicky saluted then walked out of Freya's room.

Freya's headed to her desk. His eyes were fixed on the package pad on the table. He knows who put it there.

Freya opened the package which turned out to be a sandwich. Freya smiled faintly.

"Is that you?" freya muttered. He then devoured the sandwich greedily. Yes, this morning it just so happened that he had not had breakfast.

From a distance, someone noticed Freya eating her sandwich. Who else if not Damian.

"Excite, Freya. I will always be there for you." he murmured inwardly.

In the afternoon, Freya deliberately went home early because she wanted to see Liliana and apologized to the woman who had given birth to her.

Freya ran to Liliana's room and rested at the woman's feet.

"Mama! I'm sorry, Ma..." Freya sniffles.

"I'm sorry, son. Mama's guilty too." Liliana is sobbing.

Freya shakes. "Freya is wrong!" The girl hugged Liliana.

The heartwarming sight was witnessed by Edo who was dissolved in the sad atmosphere. He approached the two women he loved and hugged them.

"Whatever happens, you are still the brother's most beloved brother. Don't think of anything even if you haven't remembered your past."

"Yes, bang. I'm sorry ya." The three of them hugged and sobbed at each other releasing a longing.

The next morning, Liliana prepared breakfast for her two children. Freya continued to review her smile and fetch breakfast for her brother.

"Boats should eat a lot. Don't you have a lot of meeting agendas today?"

"Hmm, you too! Eat a lot."

Freya nodded then ate her breakfast voraciously.

Liliana smiled with relief at the sight of her two children eating voraciously.

"Oh yeah, what about Damian? Why did you never see him again? He's recovering, right?" Liliana's question made Freya speechless.

"Come, Ma. Maybe he was busy. I think he's okay."

Edo glanced at Freya who looked down.

"If you really love Damian, then admit it, Frey. You will always support whatever your decision is. As long as you are happy. I know Damian hurt you a lot in the past. But I'm sure he wants to change for the better. Brother only wishes the best for you." murmured Edo inwardly as he looked at Freya grudgingly.
