Chapter 12: Meeting with Prilly

"Mrs ... I want that kind of high ice cream!" gavin said while pointing to a small child who had just bought an ice cream cone in a stall in the mall.

Today Flora deliberately took her son for a walk because she did not have much time off after work. They had just watched a child movie in the cinema and were about to go shopping and visit the gaming venue that Gavin wanted.

"Oh. You want that ice cream ... Let's buy it!"

With a spirit Flora held her hand closer towards the ice cream seller who looked quite crowded. They wait until they can finally order what Gavin wants.

When getting the ice cream you want, Gavin's eyes look sparkling. Flora was happy to see her son cheerful. He hoped to keep the twinkle of happiness in the eyes of his son. He would do anything for his favorite son.

"Mrs ... Wanna watch it there" said Gavin.

This time he pointed towards the crowd of people in front of the stage. There seems to be an event from a product that is being promoted. There were singers performing and many people watching.

Flora followed Gavin's small footsteps closer to the crowd. Gavin felt interested because he was performing on the stage of a child artist who was singing.

"Mama, Mama should have been singing there too. Mama's voice is good" Gavin said as he watched the singer on stage.

Flora just smelled a smile. If that night had never happened, he might have become a famous singer.

In the past, he participated in a talent search event from an artist agency. Flora has a beautiful voice so she can be a strong candidate to be a singer. Because of her brother's behavior that could make her sleep with a man until finally she was pregnant, Flora was forced to bury her dreams deeply.

"Loh, you're flora, huh?" greet someone suddenly.

Flora turned her head towards the voice of the person speaking. He was surprised to learn that he was not a stranger.

"Justin?" said it.

The two shake hands with each other. They both did not expect to be able to meet there after such a long time. Justin is one of the music producers who helped handle Flora while at the agency.

"Where have you been? We haven't seen each other in a long time" Justin said.

"Ah, that ... I have been living abroad all this time. I just got home recently" replied Flora.

"I wish I could make you a famous singer. It's a pity that the beautiful voice you have cannot be heard by many people" Justin said.

Flora just smiled hearing the praise from Justin.

"ah! Who's this little boy? Is he your nephew?" justin asked when he saw Gavin near Flora.

"He's my son, his name is Gavin." Flora introduced her son with confidence.

Justin's originally cheerful face when meeting Flora instantly turned grim. There was a sense of disappointment that he felt knowing the woman he had admired for a long time had a child.

Justin actually really likes Flora, but he harbored his feelings for fear of disrupting the career that began to be pursued by Flora. When the woman was supposed to be a singer, Flora disappeared without news.

"Oh, you're married, huh?" justin asked with disappointment.

"She was pregnant without a husband, Justin. That's why he ran abroad so no one would know."

Flora does not believe she will meet the annoying woman who is also Alvaro's wife.

Prilly showed her cynical smile. "How, you're not ashamed anymore? Finally you dare to go home to bring your bastard son," he said.

Flora reflex covers Gavin's ears. He could not accept his son who had nothing wrong had to hear such a bad speech.

"Since then you can never change, yes. It seems like hurting others' hearts is your hobby," Flora quipped in her frustration.

Gavin looked astonished at his mother's treatment. He also felt his mother was facing someone who was not good. But, he only stayed in front of his mother with ears that kept trying to be covered even though he could still hear their conversation.

"Haha ... You feel hurt? I'm just saying facts. If you're offended, that's totally true, right?" kilah Prilly's. He looked at Justin.

"It's true you didn't make it into a singer, Justin. Lucky you finally chose me, at least you should not be ashamed and lose if you have to choose an artist who has a lot of scandals like him" said Prilly.

"Here you go, you don't make things worse" Justin said, trying to mediate.

"I don't mean anything, but it would be better if we pretended not to know him. Fear later the case that could be re-attached. Then your management bizsa loses," said Prilly.

"What case? The plagiarism of songs? There's an artist who's been on the rise stealing the work of his own agency mates, right?" sahut Flora's.

He could not stand being cornered anymore. In fact, the popular song that once lifted the name Prilly was actually his work. He did not know if anyone had stolen his song before he could perform it in front of the judges. Unfortunately at that time he was also exposed to personal problems and finally could not demand his song.

Prilly was silent, she felt insinuated.

"Prilly, is that true? You did?" justin asked curiously.

In the past he also felt less agree to choose Prilly as his artist. But, thanks to the song that Prilly was singing, he changed his mind. After that song, Prilly could no longer make another song for so many reasons.

"Justin, would you believe the words of a cheap woman like her? Don't freak you out, he's just making it up, "let Prilly defend herself.

"I have plenty of proof, Prilly. One day I will show you" said Flora with confidence.

Prilly wears a grin. "Oh, huh?" ledek.

"Look at it later. I might as well surprise you. So, just be prepared not to get heart disease!" firmly Flora with her serious eyes.

"Justin, nice to see you again. But it seems like the time is not comfortable for us to talk. I'll go first, yeah! Hopefully next time there will be a chance to meet again" Flora told Justin.

"Yes, Flora. See you later" Justin replied disappointedly. He really wanted to talk to the woman for longer, but he knew that Prilly was a very annoying person.

Flora invites Gavin back to walk away from them. Looks like he will go straight home because he was lazy because he met a human like Prilly.

"I want to know your response if you know your husband has children with me" murmured Flora softly. He was so upset that he wanted to return his frustration to Prilly.

"Mom, who were they?" ask Gavin.

"Mama's old friend, honey," replied Prilly.
