Chapter 15: Gavin is Missing

"Well! You crazy boss! Why give me this sudden assignment!" grouse Flora.

He was struggling in front of the monitor screen working on material for tomorrow's presentation. He told Alvaro he would do it at home tonight. However, his boss asked him to finish the day as well. Though all day he was also tired of helping to check the cooperation files that need to sign Alvaro.

Time to go home is almost here. He has to go pick up Gavin at school. Meanwhile, the work has not been completed.

"Hows it? Done already?" ask Alvaro.

He stood at the door of the room watching Flora who was still busy working.

"You can see for yourself, right? I'm still trying to finish it today. So don't bother me!" flora answered tightly without distracting her from the monitor screen.

"Once, continue tomorrow. Let's go!" Alvaro's orders.

"No, Sir. It's gonna be over soon. I don't want to have a burden and get you a chance to bother me tonight!" answer Flora.

"Save your work now! Continue tomorrow! If you don't want to, I'll unplug the cable and you'll lose your job!" Alvaro. It is already standing near the outlet where the cable connected to the monitor is there.

Flora surprise. He increasingly thinks his boss is crazy as well as psychopath. He had to quit his job, save files, and turn off his monitor. Flora grabbed her bag and walked over to Alvaro.

"What do you want exactly? Why do you like to bother me so much?" his protest.

"Hurry to the parking lot in the basement! We'll meet you there!" alvaro ordered without answering the question first.

"I want to go straight home, sir," Flora refused.

Alvaro held onto Flora carelessly as the woman was about to pass by. "You go to the basement by yourself or I take your hand there. We walk together so that someone sees us?" he said half threatening.

"Well, I'll go there myself" Flora said. He had to accept the will of his superiors.

Alvaro let go of his hand. He walked towards the elevator and went inside. Meanwhile, Flora waited for her next turn. He did not want their closeness to be a topic of conversation in the company.

"Where are we going, sir?" flora asked as she entered Alvaro's car.

"Fetch Gavin," replied Alvaro briefly. He then drove his car.

Flora was silent for a moment hearing Alvaro's words. "I was able to pick him up myself as usual" he said.

"But I'm looking forward to meeting my son" Alvaro said with a flat expression.

Flora could not believe it, the man grew more and more bold to acknowledge Gavin as his son. Free of what he said all along, Alvaro still did something as he pleased himself.

Arriving in front of the gate of Gavin school, the atmosphere was quite quiet. The clock has already passed fifteen minutes. Only a few cars remained parked there.

"I'm the only one down" said Flora.

"I'm coming down too!" alvaro said he would not lose.

The two walked towards the school gate. They were greeted by security guards and directed to meet the picket teacher.

"Good afternoon, Miss. Where is Gavin?" flora asked a woman who served in her office.

The teacher looked confused. "Are you Gavin's mother?" tanyakanya.

"It just so happened that Gavin had his aunt picked up. He said you can't pick up today. If it's not Samantha's name wrong."

"What?"

Flora's head felt dizzy when she heard the name called. His face turned deathly pale. She did not expect her brother to come to her son's school.

"Why? You got your brother to pick up Gavin?" ask Alvaro confused.

"Em, yes, miss. Thank you for the information," said Flora, saying goodbye from there.

He pulled Alvaro's hand to go with him to leave the school. He was so panicked that he could no longer think. His brain was suddenly like a complicated thread.

"Hey, what's the matter? Your face is very pale. Is there a problem?" ask Alvaro to worry.

Flora held her head that was getting dizzy. It was fortunate that Alvaro held back his body so as not to fall into a daze to the ground. He helps Flora walk into the car and gives her a drink.

Flora was sitting limp as if not excited. He checked his phone, hoping someone would call him soon.

"Hey, what exactly are you?" ask Alvaro.

"He's my brother ... Samanthas. He's the one who used to get me drunk to sleep with you" Flora said.

Alvaro still did not understand what Flora had just said.

"I should have served Mr. Roman that night. My brother sold me to him. But it was you who came to that room."

Alvaro. He did not expect the events of that night as Flora told him. That night, he accidentally goes into the next room to avoid Prilly and turns to meet with Flora.

"My brother thought Gavin was Mr. Ramon's son. She will definitely bring Gavin to meet the man," Flora said anxiously.

Drrt .... Drrt ....

Flora's phone rang. Phone coming in from an unknown number. He was sure it was from Samantha.

"Hello?" Flora picked up the incoming phone.

"Hello my dear sister ...."

Sure enough, Flora guesses. The person who called her was her own sister. "Sister, where's my son! Where are you hiding it?" ask with emotion.

"Oh. It's so bad of you. Your son is fine, calm down."

"If my son gets hurt, I won't let you go, brother!" snapped Flora.

"Come to Zoo XXX if you don't want to see your son I'm throwing him in a cage like that. I'll wait for you there now!"

Flora was still trembling after hearing the phone call from her brother.

"Is that from your sister?" ask Alvaro.

Flora turned to look at Alvaro. "Take me to the XXX zoo. Gavin is there" he said limply.
