My Dad's a CEO

My Dad's a CEO
Chapter 6: Project Review

"What percentage of the construction?" ask Alvaro.

"It's 90 percent, sir. This is just the solution," replied Mr. Bowo who was in charge of the project.

Alvaro is reviewing the construction site of a new resort owned by his company. He came with Flora and some other staff. He was a little disappointed because the resort's settlement did not comply with the initial agreement.

"If it's not done yet, why do you let visitors come? Wouldn't that interfere with the development process?"

Mr. Bowo looks nervous. Especially with the look on Alvaro's face that looked intimidating. "Ah. That, Sir. The goal is to test it. It turns out that there are a lot of fans."

"Eat him if work adjust to the plan! Construction should have been completed late last month. But it's almost a month away and the work hasn't been done yet!" namel Alvaro.

"Yes, Sir. We'll try to finish as soon as possible. There are some obstacles that make our work hampered."

"That's your risk as a field team. No matter what happens, you're still in charge!" Alvaro.

He is famous as a strong CEO. Anything that is not appropriate will be delivered directly. No one dared to argue with him.

"Have you written any parts that are still not well?" alvaro asked Flora.

"Yes, Sir. I have recorded all. Children's swimming pools and play areas still need a lot of improvement. The golf area has not been completed. There's another one over there, the restaurant ares, the construction of the toilet is not there at all" Flora said as she read the note she made on the tablet.

"You hear that? Anyway there is no reason, maximum the middle of next month everything is in order!" Alvaro.

Mr. Bowo and his men can only agree with Alvaro's will. They have to work hard to complete the resort project according to the deadline given.

They moved to another area where there were inns lined up on the sea. The mountains are made of bamboo and dry grass. The area there seems to have been completed with a beautiful view. The view from that place was instantly clear sea.

"This area should always be clean from garbage. Tell visitors to dispose of garbage in the place provided. If you don't want to follow the rules, give a big fine!" Alvaro.

The resort has lodging just above the sea. The beauty and cleanliness of the sea must be maintained so that the marine life in it remains sustainable and can be enjoyed its beauty.

"Oh, yes. Are there facilities for snorkeling or diving?" ask Alvaro.

"Already, Sir. The equipment is complete" replied Mr. Bowo.

"Those who want to do snorkeling or diving must have a companion who can swim and have a diving certificate. Don't be reckless with the officer you put!"

"I want a check on the inn, if it's worth it yet" Alvaro said.

He entered one of the inns on the sea with Flora and Pak Bambang. They check the facilities provided in the inn.

While checking, Flora saw a wooden pole that seemed to be shifting. While Alvaro is still busy discussing with Mr. Bowo.

Gradually the wooden pole was getting slanted.

"Sir Alvaro, watch out!" flora shouted as she pushed Alvaro tightly until he fell.

Flora's head slightly hit the wooden pole. His feet were also mired and almost fell into the sea. The inn they were walking in was less sturdy and willing to collapse. Fortunately, Flora's hand was held by Alvaro.

"You're all right? I'll help you get on!" Alvaro. He tried to lift Flira's body with both hands until finally managed to climb again on the bamboo floor of the inn.

People look panicked. The inn they occupy is now separated from the mainland because the bridge and some of the buildings are collapsed.

Alvaro gave a sharp glance towards Mr. Bowo. The middle-aged man also looked out in cold sweat from fear. He will definitely not escape because of this incident.

Flora rubbed her forehead. There was a blood clot on his hand.

"You're okay, right? You hold on a second, they'll definitely figure out how we get back to the mainland" Alvaro said. He obviously looks nervous. He took out his handkerchief and tied it to the forehead of the injured Flora.

"Sir Alvaro, this way!" shouted one of his staff.

They installed a connecting staircase with the inn next to it to be used as an emergency road.

"Come, we're through there. They've made way" Alvaro asked.

Flora tried to get up. However, his leg hurt. "Sorry, Sir. It seemed like my leg was sprained," he lamented as he grimaced with the pain.

Alvaro. It's true that Flora's legs look swollen. Without needing to ask, he immediately raised Flora's body.

Flora surprise. He held his hand against Alvaro's neck. It felt like a dream that they could get that close at the moment.
