Chapters 14. The Clothing Store

Two months passed quickly. Erik's attitude to Linda still sucks but Linda still adores him. Even he did not mind Erik who did not add to his spending money even though Erik often bought things for himself.

Linda does not care if she has to use the money from sewing for home or Aruna school fees. Linda had no problem with all of that for the sake of Erik, the man she loved so much.

His love for Erik has made him a fool. Whatever it was she would do as long as she remained the only woman in Erik's life.

Today Linda is going to town. He would buy cloth materials and other sewing necessities. Since morning Linda has been preparing everything. He's already cooking breakfast for Erik. Aruna has also been given a message to return to Sella's house if she has not returned.

At nine in the morning Linda left while Erik had not yet woken up. He deliberately left early so that later he would come home not too late.

After pedaling her bike for almost two hours Linda arrived at her textile shop. Linda rested for a while in the store's apartment. He drank water that he deliberately brought from home to save his expenses. He wiped away his sweat that was pouring out while regulating his breathing.

"Mhrs ... Long time no visible?" greet one of the employees who happened to see Linda.

"Yes ... It's been almost two months I haven't been shopping here." The employee's name is Heni, Linda already knows him.

The officers who saw Linda let her. They've memorized Linda because she's been subscribing to this store for a long time.

Then a luxury sedan entered the parking lot of the textile shop. The sedan stopped and a man came down from the car.

The man looked at Linda who was sitting while resting and called Heni. He talked for a while with Heni while pointing towards Linda.

Linda, who had been watching the man, felt strange because the man's hands were constantly pointing at him.

After a while of talking the man entered the store but earlier he nodded and smiled at Linda.

Linda felt increasingly strange, but she tried to ignore it. After feeling better, Linda immediately entered the store. He was looking for a cloth for the kebaya material ordered by his neighbors.

It just so happens that in the store Linda meets Heni again. Linda asked Heni to help her prepare her order cloth.

"Heni, who's the guy you're talking to?" ask Linda.

"He is the owner of this shop, his name is Mr. Bima," Heni replied while whispering so as not to be heard by the one with the name.

Many times Linda came to this store only once could she see the owner.

"Why was it like pointing at me? Did I do something?"

"No Ma'am, Mr. Bima thought Linda was an sorry person, a vagrant or a lunatic. So I was told to ngusir mbak Linda," replied Heni clumsy.

Linda then observed herself after hearing Heni's reply. Linda's appearance was very simple. Plus his thin body and messy hair due to the wind while riding the bike earlier, he deserves to be mistaken for a crazy person.

"Are I a crazy person?"

"So I explained to Mr. Bima that Linda was a loyal customer." Heni did not answer Linda's question.

Heni nodded. "Sorry, Mr. Bima was wrong."

"Oh ... " Linda realized that her appearance was indeed hick and more like a rasp. Had not been helped by her beautiful face, she would have been completely mistaken for a madman.

Actually, Linda can't dress herself. She knows good clothes, she is also good at matching clothes. The proof is that his neighbors use Linda sewing services to make clothes. Even people from outside their village also come to Linda to sew clothes because Linda is good at making designs and advising clothing models that are suitable for her customers.

Finished shopping her sewing needs Linda intends to go to a clothing store. He still has money left and wants to buy one decent dress for Aruna.

Linda rushed to the clothing store which is still located in one area with her subscription textile shop, coincidentally this area is a central shopping area.

Linda left her bike at the textile store and walked to the clothing store because it was not far away. After walking for a few minutes Linda finally arrived at the clothing store she was referring to.

Linda immediately entered even though the security guard standing guard at the door kept an eye on her. Actually Linda felt insecure, maybe the security thought she would shoplift or steal something because of her appearance. But for Aruna's sake he doesn't worry about it. He just wanted to buy clothes for Aruna, that's all.

The store not only sells children's clothing but also adult clothing. Linda walked towards the children's clothing. He smiles looking at the cute clothes then chooses the one that suits Aruna.

Linda's done paying at the cashier's gonna be leaving the store soon. But she sees one dress attached to a mannequin that steals her attention. Linda approached the mannequin and continued to look at the dress until she heard a very familiar voice talking behind her.

"It's good darling .. The shirt fits on your body."

"Mas Erik?!" Linda turned around to hear Erik's voice. Linda looks around but she does not find Erik and Linda's eyes are fixed on the fitting room in front of her the source of the sound came from. He was sure it was Erik's voice.

Linda pegged in front of the fitting room. He waited for someone to come out of the room to make sure the voice he heard was really Erik's voice.

After a while, the door to the room finally opened. Not just one person, but two people out of there. Erik and a woman he saw.

"Mas Erik?!" Linda glared in disbelief. Erik was surprised to see Linda.

"Who is he, baby?" ask the woman who was with Erik.

Erik looked confused. He looked at Linda and the woman he was with in turn.

"Who is it?" ask Linda.

Erik is getting confused.

"I don't know!" erik replied in a hurry. He pulled the woman's hand and took her away from Linda's presence.
