My husband's Traumaku

My husband's Traumaku
Chapter 9. One Million (Again)

Linda wiped her tears. His fear of Erik made him to the point of not paying attention to Aruna who was sitting in the back seat. She did not realize that Aruna was also crying in her silence.

During the return trip Linda did not dare to open her voice at all as did Aruna. While Erik who continues to show his upset face makes Linda more frightened. The atmosphere inside the car felt cold and stiff as everything fell silent. And it makes the trip home feel so long.

As soon as he got home, Erik went straight into the house and slammed the door violently. He did not wait for Linda or Aruna and also did not want to bother bringing their things.

"Hurry to cook, I'm hungry!" erik orders without waiting for Linda to put down her luggage. Though clearly seen Linda hassles carrying the stuff.

"Good Mas." Linda immediately visited the kitchen, while Erik headed to his room.

"Mom, Runa to the room first yes," said Aruna. The little boy was already thinking more mature than his age because he was used to his family circumstances.

Linda immediately put down her luggage. He was confused about what to cook because he no longer had any food ingredients. The fridge is no longer there while the money for shopping is also not there. But Linda did not dare to ask Erik for money.

Linda was very confused and did not know how to. He also did not dare to owe to his neighbor because it would make Erik ashamed and later he was again blamed.

Linda crouched behind the kitchen table and cried as she pleased. He's really in a deadlock. Then suddenly a small hand hugged her from behind.

"Mother don't cry anymore, I'll hear you later" whispered Aruna. But Aruna's words made Linda's tears flow even more rapidly despite not making a sound. Linda did not expect her son to know of her suffering.

"So grandma wraps rice and side dishes, so you don't have to cook." Aruna opened one by one the plastic bags given by her grandmother earlier. Aruna packed it so she knew what the bags were.

Aruna took a plastic bag containing ready-to-eat food and gave it to her mother. "It's rice and side dishes."

"It's vegetables and kitchen spices." Aruna opened another bag and explained to her mother in a very soft voice. "This is rice." Then Aruna opened another bag again. "And that's Runa's snack." Aruna pointed at the last plastic bag.

Linda could only stare at Aruna speechlessly. Many times she wiped her tears but it seemed like her tears were unwilling to stop flowing.

After that Aruna took out a few pieces of money from her shirt pocket.

"It's dear Bude Sari with grandma. This money is for mom alone" whispered Aruna.

Linda just shook her head. "This money belongs to Runa. They gave it to Runa," Linda replied in an almost inaudible voice.

"But now I give it to my mother. I don't know what this money is going to do for me. I need more."

"Runa can put the money in Runa's piggy bank."

Aruna shook her head and handed the money to her mother. Linda grabbed Aruna's body into her arms. She did not need to hide her cries because her son had seen everything.

"I'll go back to my room" whispered Runa. Then Linda let go of her embrace.

"Mother, don't cry anymore. I'll be angrier." Aruna gave the code by putting her index finger in front of her lips. Linda rubbed her tears for the umpteenth time then nodded. With a slow step Aruna returned to her room.

Linda immediately warms the food from her mother and then serves it in a container. Then he called Erik.

"The food is ready." Erik hurried up and headed for the dining room. Without further ado he immediately ate not even offered Linda.

"I want to go to sleep, don't wake me up if nothing matters!" tell Erik after he finishes eating.

Linda works harder. He completed a lot of stitches in a short period of time. Sometimes he sleeps until two in the morning because of chasing deposits. He wanted to raise money just in case Erik asked for it.

Although the money he collected was not much but it would later be very helpful if Erik's money was not enough as usual. Linda no longer wants to be a burden on her parents, so she tries her hardest.

"Lin, you have no money? I'm less than a million to pay the car installments." Erik came to Linda who was sewing.

"I don't have any money." Actually Linda has already collected five hundred thousand. But he deliberately lied so that Erik would try even harder.

"Help you find yes ... The fall is still two days away. But I'm telling you now let you have time to get that money." Erik has already charged Linda a million.

"But where do I get my money?"

"Yes you can ask your father again" replied Erik without feeling guilty. Without waiting for an answer from Linda, Erik immediately left.

Linda has repeatedly tried to explain to Erik if they did not ask for the money, but they borrowed it. And they have to pay it back if they already have money. But Erik doesn't want to know.

Linda was a little relieved because she already had five hundred thousand, just looking for five hundred thousand more to cover the shortcomings. If in two days he could finish six pieces of clothes then he could get the five hundred thousand money and there was even a remnant. Linda's getting a sewing spirit.

"Auntie ... Aruna fell off the bike!" said Sella with a dull breath and a pale face. Sella suddenly appeared behind Linda.

"Aruna fell off the bike?!" reset Sella. Seeing Sella's panicked face must be Runa's condition is quite bad.

Linda immediately ran to where Aruna was. He has been playing bicycles in the yard.

Linda found Aruna sitting on the ground and her legs were covered in blood.

"Runa, are you okay? Why did it come to this?" ask Linda to panic.

Aruna did not cry. He looked at his mother with guilt.

"I'm sorry Runa Bu" said the little girl.

Linda immediately contacted Erik so that he could take Aruna to the hospital. But despite being contacted many times Erik did not want to answer a phone call from Linda.

Linda finally took Aruna to the hospital on her motorcycle. Arriving at Aruna hospital immediately treated.

The condition of the wound in Aruna's leg is not so severe, only it takes six stitches for the wound to stop bleeding.

"Everything is three hundred and fifty thousand" said the hospital administration officer. Linda took the money out of her bag. The five hundred thousand money he had collected now stayed one hundred and fifty thousand due to this unexpected event.

Until the doctor finished treating Aruna, Erik did not show up. Linda sent a message and asked him to come to the hospital. Linda wants Erik to take Aruna home in the car so that Aruna feels more comfortable.

But after waiting for a while Erik did not follow. Linda finally brought Aruna home after she finished the administration.
