"If you don't beat me up either I won't move to Mr. Mas's house!"
Erik was silent to Linda's reply. All the years married to Linda just once she dared to talk ketus to him. Erik admitted that after returning from his parents' house, Linda had little courage to return his words.
"Later please find me Lin ... " Erik relented and did not want to reply to Linda's words.
Erik is aware now that his attitude towards Linda is being watched by his in-laws as well as his sister-in-law. If he's being tough on Linda, maybe they'll have Linda break up with him soon. That can't happen. Erik has already lost Diana as his source of money.
Erik doesn't tell Linda that he's parting ways with Diana, not Linda. Diana's husband learned of their affair and divorced her. Now Diana was as poor as Erik. Diana was already unable to give him the money because that was why Erik threw it away.
If now he has to get divorced from Linda then who else can he use?
"I told you I didn't promise you."
"Lin .. please find the money ... I have to ask who you are if you are not the same. I've left Diana for you, your time is like this to me?" Erik put his shoulder face on.
Linda could not answer. He just looked at Erik with guilt. Erik is very smart to process his words to play Linda's feelings.
"Please dear .. please find the money. There's still a week. I don't want our car to be taken by the collector's debt."
Finally Linda nodded. "Will I try. But I still can't promise."
"Thank you, dear." Erik hugged Linda. Her sneaky smile appeared behind Linda's back.
One week has passed...
Unlike usual, Linda's stitches have been quiet lately. There were not many people who delivered stitches to his house so he could not collect the money that Erik asked for.
Early in the morning Erik had noisily how to get money to pay the car installments.
"Did I ask you to get the money? Why is there nothing yet?! I've given you a week!" Erik was already getting angry at Linda. His words were more like a person who was charging a debt than a person who was asking for help.
"I didn't promise I'd get the money. My stitches are deserted. It's not my fault that I can't raise that much money in one week. After that, for one week, you should also be able to collect your own money. Don't have to rely on me."
"Whoa ... It was from the beginning that you were not intent on helping me!"
"It's not so ... But if there are no customers who come to sew clothes, what can I do?"
"I'm sorry I left Diana for you! Do you know what Diana was like? She is beautiful, rich and not stingy either. No matter how much money I ask you for, you will be given. If I knew it would be like this, I would rather choose Diana than you!" Erik again manipulates Linda's feelings.
"Mas ... Don't talk like that. If I have money, I will give it all to you. Usually that is too, right? I really don't have any money right now."
Erik did not answer. He just looked at Linda with his sour face.
Suddenly there was a knock on the door.
"See, I see who's coming. Who knows the customer who delivered the stitches." Linda rushed to leave Erik to open the door. Every customer is valuable to Linda.
Linda pecked as soon as the door she opened and saw who was standing there.
"How are you?" sapa Bima's.
Erik follows Linda to the front of the house.
"Who is Lin?" ask her while showing her unpleasant look. Erik could see from Bima's appearance that he was not the customer who came to deliver the stitches. Erik immediately pulled Linda's hand and brought her in.
"Sepentar .." said Linda. He followed Erik's hand.
"Who is he?!" erik asked as if they were just the two of them. Erik's eyes showed anger when Linda did nothing. Erik doesn't remember this man being the one who was talking to Linda at the clothing store.
"He owns a textile shop where I used to shop for stitching materials. I beg you not to think." Erik softened slightly after hearing Linda's explanation. Then she accompanied Linda to the man.
"What's it gonna take to get here?" linda asked politely while Erik sat beside her. Linda's feeling was afraid suddenly Erik was angry and hit Bima who was not wrong.
"I wanted to apologize before for coming here without being asked. I just want to deliver your bicycle left in the store at that time," explained Bima.
"Oh ... So. Thank you for taking my wife's bike. At that time we misunderstood. I was in a hurry to bring my wife home. Take the bike again, not yet. Again, thank you." Beyond Linda's expectations, Erik was actually very kind to Bima so Linda felt there was something strange about her husband's attitude.
"Sorry before, how do you know my wife's home address?" asked Erik politely.
"Oh ... It was from one of my officers. Linda's aunt is a loyal customer of my store and employees have also known her so someone knows Linda's house."
Erik nodded his head and smiled at Bima's reply. And once again Linda felt strange about her husband's attitude.
"Darling, didn't you make us a drink for our guests?" ask Erik. Linda squinted her eyebrows. There had never been a male guest of Linda who was treated kindly by Erik.
"No need, thank you. I want to be straight away. I'm just here to drop that bike."
"Why rush Mr ... ?"
"Bima, just call Bima."
"Yes, Bima. Why rush? Not coffee yet?"
"Thank you I still have business, next time."
"Yes already then. Once again I say thank you for being so kind as to deliver my wife's bike." Erik talks more while Linda is silent in confusion over her husband's unusual attitude.
"Can I have your phone number, Bima?" asked Erik before Bima left.
Linda realized Erik's attitude was getting weird. "What are you doing?"
Erik nudged Linda's elbow hinting to keep her quiet. Then Erik and Bima exchanged phone numbers. After finishing Bima was ready.
"Excuse me." Bima nodded and left.
Erik and Linda returned to the house after Bima's departure. Linda noticed a strange gurgle that her husband showed her.
