113. The attack in the Palace

Lilian moved very nimbly avoiding the attacks after the attacks directed at her. Although Lilian wears a long dress but she still freely moves because the dress she wears has simple stitches.

Previously Seint had predicted that at the time of the dance there would be a surprise attack from the enemy. No. Lilian thought it turned out Seint's estimate did not miss.

Lilian stared cynically at the leader of the attackers. "Don't dream!! You're just a coward who proudly attacks a woman alone. Those words of yours are just an encouragement to yourself for not being able to fight me alone!!"

The leader of the attack laughed loudly at Lilian's words. "You still have the courage to speak like that in this desperate condition. If it wasn't for the animal always protecting you. Do you think you can still breathe to this day?" Cynical ask.

Lilian laughed softly. "I am alive today because my destiny has not allowed me to die. If you forget then I remind you that in me flows the blood of a Warlord. Don't think that since Citto is not with me then you will be very easy to hurt me!! I think you should wake up from your dreams, let alone kill me to touch a single hair you won't be able to." The cynic.

"Much talk!! Attack him and tear his big mouth!!" Shouted the leader of the attack.

Lilian tightened the grip on her sword and repelled attack after attack from the attackers. Although in less lighting conditions but Lilian can still avoid the attack of the attackers.

Lilian sharpened her sight and hearing to fight the attackers. Although Lilian was alone against the attackers, Lilian's ever-changing movements caused them trouble in dealing with Lilian.

Lilian did not miss the opportunity as the attackers were overwhelmed by it. With a few moves of playing the sword, Lilian managed to take down a portion of her opponent.

Although he had dropped some attackers but Lilian could not just take a breath because the attackers did not give Lilian a gap to rest.

Exhausted against the assailants, Lilian had to step back holding back the sword that was directed at her. Lilian with all her might held the sword of the assailant and threw him aside. Lilian's clothes on her knees were torn from being hit by the tip of the attacker's sword but the sword did not scratch her skin.

Lilian moved backwards while taking a breath. His feet began to tremble because they held the weight of his body so as not to fall. Lilian used the sword in her hand to stand up straight.

Seeing Lilian who was getting exhausted, the Leader of the attack gave the code to his subordinates to attack Lilian simultaneously.

Lilian tried to raise her sword but her power was drained. Lilian's hand even trembled as it was unable to raise its sword anymore. Lilian simply stared at the sword directed at her.

After the distance the attackers were already very close to Lilian. The girl closed her eyes and called out a name that had been ringing in her head. "King Alpenseint Balaz." Mumbled.

Seint occasionally looked towards the door of the hall waiting for Lilian to return. Ever since Lilian left her feelings felt uneasy. After waiting for some time to be seen from the direction of the entrance of Marquis Gaustark and Viscount Wilson entered the hall while coding some people then mingled with some other guests.

It didn't last long as some people walked out of the hall. Seint's feeling grew increasingly uneasy then he decided to look for Lilian but his steps came to a halt as Marquis Gaustark stood in front of him with a bright smile.

"Congratulations on the achievement of the Crown Prince. The heavens bless our kingdom with so many blessings. I've been dying to see you, but it seems you're very busy." Marquis Gaustarark.

"Thank you for what he said." Said Seint then intending to walk past Marquis Gaustark.

"Where is your Majesty going? Can't Your Majesty give me time to discuss something?" Marquis Gaustark asked with a look of hope.

"Quick say! I don't have time." Say Seint flat.

"Your Majesty, calm down. I'll just get to the point so as not to waste your Majesty's precious time." Said Marquis Gaustark with a bright smile.

"M." Mmm." Gumam Seint cuek's.

Marquis Gaustark smiled slightly seeing Seint's response. "Let's Your Majesty. I hear you've got evidence of it while in the west." Ask.

Seint raised next to his eyebrows. "Then?" Flat talk.

"I'm just curious. What kind of evidence does His Majesty get?" Marquis Gaustark.

"Why? The evidence is now stored in a safe place." Say Seint flat.

Seint stared intently at Marquis Gaustark. "Master doesn't have to bother thinking about that. The evidence is in a safe place and Mr.'s time is up so let me go." Flat talk.

"All right, Your Majesty. Please!" He said while smiling awkwardly.

Sein walked past Marquis Gaustark then stepped swiftly towards the door of the hall. Artem who saw Seint's quick steps finally walked quickly equal to Seint's steps.

"Where are you going, Your Majesty?" Your face looks like it's not good." Ask Artem slowly.

Seint glanced at Artem for a moment. "Lilian had permission to go to the restroom but he still hasn't returned."

Artem nodded slowly. "Calm down, Your Majesty. Women do take a little while to go to the restroom." Artem's words calmed Seint down.

"He's been gone a long time. I have to go look for him!" Said Seint coldly.

"alright. We'll look for him together." Artem.

Seint and Artem finally came out of the hall and walked towards the restroom that Lilian was heading to. Seint raised next to his brows looking at the guards who were supposed to be guarding around the road towards the restroom gathered while looking for something.

"What are you guys doing here? Aren't you on guard all the way." Said Seint while looking at Lilian leaving earlier.

All the Soldiers simultaneously bowed their respects to Seint and Artem.

"Yes, Your Majesty, but Mr. Martin said we had to find intruders around here." Answer one of the soldiers.

"How long have you been here?" Asked Seint coldly.

"Since then, Your Majesty." Answer one more soldier.

"Have you guys seen the Crown Princess back?" Ask Seint.

A Warrior advanced with a trembling body. "I saw him walking there but I haven't seen him back yet." Her speech.

Seint clenched a strong hand with his jaw starting to harden. "Are you fools? Why are you leaving your guardhouse?!!" Shouted Seint furiously and rushed in search of Lilian.

"Follow us!!" Artem's orders then ran following Seint's swift steps.

Seint's feeling grew more unsettled as he passed through the road that had less lighting. Seint increased the speed of his steps and from a slightly distant direction Seint heard the sound of the iron clashing with each other.

Seint's heartbeat increased when he remembered Lilian and then he ran as fast as following the sound of the sword.

Despite the lack of lighting Seint could clearly see Lilian standing up by charging her body with a sword and being surrounded by many people who used face coverings.

Seint's face reddened to see one of the attackers being close to Lilian while raising his sword to slash Lilian.

With a quick step Seint took a bow and arrow that was on the wall and then pointed the bow towards the person who intended to slash Lilian.

SYUUUUTTT ....

Seint's arrow broke through the heart of the person who was intent on slashing Lilian. In a quick motion Seint took the other arrow and released it towards the attackers.

SYYUUTTT ... SYUUTTI ... SYUUTTI ...

The attackers fell one by one because of the arrows Seint released. From behind Artem ordered the Soldiers to shoot arrows at the attackers.

"Direct the arrow towards the intruder and do not hurt the Crown Princess. Close all doors and gates, don't let the intruders escape!!" Artem's orders to the Soldiers.

The Soldiers directly worked on Artem's orders. Seint ran towards the attackers who were trying to escape from the arrow.

With an angry look Seint slashed at the attackers mercilessly and did not let them escape. Aura Seint again appeared looking at Lilian who stood up while closing her eyes.

After successfully knocking down his opponent, Seint walked over to Lilian and hugged the girl tightly.

"Calm down!! They're not gonna hurt you anymore." Said Seint while kissing Lilian's forehead which was still closing her eyes.
