48. Exercises I

There was a sound of knocking on the door several times from the direction of Lilian's room door. The longer the sound the louder it made Lilian wake up from her deep sleep.

Lilian spread out her hands and let out a small yawn. "Who in the morning knocks on the door that hard." Lilian muttered to herself.

After Lilian managed to collect her life, the girl shook off the blanket that shackled her body and walked towards the door of her room.

Lilian narrowed her eyes at Zheyan after she opened the door. "What's up here early in the morning?" Lilian asked Zheyan and looked at her brother from top to bottom. "Where are you going so early?" Ask again.

Zheyan smiled gently towards Lilian. "The girl should have woken up early." Zheyan said as he stroked Lilian's head slowly. "Look at you so messy." His word.

"Ihhh Brother..." Call Lilian spoiled.

Zheyan laughed softly at his sister's behavior. "Hurry to take a shower and get ready now Brother will be waiting for you in the central garden of the residence." Zheyan.

"What are we going to do?" Lilian asked confusedly.

"That's why you go take a shower first." Zheyan said as he pushed Lilian's body slowly. "You stink so much." Further.

Lilian looked at Zheyan irritatedly. "There Brother is going!" Said Lilian while slamming hard on her bedroom door.

"Prepare quickly and wear clothes that have trousers!" Shouted Zheyan from outside the door.

"Bawel..sana go!" Said Lilian as she walked towards the bathroom.

After cleaning up and preparing, Lilian walked towards the place mentioned by Zheyan earlier. Upon entering the garden Lilian saw Zheyan and Asgar chatting in the middle of the garden.

"Sir Asgar is here too?" Lilian asked as she reached beside Zheyan and Asgar.

Asgar looked at Lilian and smiled. "Yes...oh yes have you had breakfast?" Ask Asgar.

"Yes.When I got ready, Rosa prepared me for breakfast." Lilian.

Asgar nodded briefly. "Thank God, today will be one of the hardest days for you so you have to have a lot of energy." Asgar Say.

"What are we going to do?" Lilian asked confusedly.

"Today Brother will teach you how to survive someone's attack and train you to use the sword." Zheyan.

"Why should I practice swords? old sister said that she should not learn about war and should only learn about noble ethics." Lilian.

"It used to be different from what it is now." Zheyan.

"What difference?" Lilian asked while frowning in confusion.

"When you used to wander anywhere there would be no one who would want to hurt you but now let alone roam freely outside.at home you can get hurt...for that we will teach you to practice the sword so that if one day you are pressed then you can protect yourself." Zheyan was long.

"Are you no longer protecting me?" Lilian asked sadly.

"I mean Zheyan is not like that.Who will know what will happen to you in the future, now danger will always target you...if someday danger comes and we're not next to you then all you have to rely on is yourself." Obviously Asgar.

Lilian nodded briefly. "ohh. I understand.Then let's start the practice now." Lilian said happily as she looked at the neatly lined sword that was on the garden table. "Who shall I use?" Lilian asked looking towards Zheyan and Asgar.

"Lilian.you may be excited but before practicing the sword you must first understand the basics." Zheyan.

"I mean Brother I have to learn first his new theory of practice?" Ask Lilian.

"Yes.can be said so..before we practice defense and practice swords.you must warm up first." Zheyan.

Lilian nodded briefly. "Yes already.we're warming up now." Lilian.

After Lilian warmed up according to Zheyan and Asgar's movements, Lilian now had to practice the early stages of defense.

"Lilian before we learn defense...Brother should check your bone structure first." Asgar Say.

"Could anyway?" Ask Lilian.

"Yes must.know the structure of the bone is very important.we can not do physical exercise that is too heavy if your bones are weak bones." Asgar Say.

"I just found out that bones also have several categories." Lilian.

"Ihhh kok serem..." Said Lilian horrified.

"Ahh it's okay to talk then when do we start training." Asgar remarked.

Asgar then approached Lilian and examined her bone structure. "Lilian has a good bone as a woman.we can do her exercises now." Asgar Say.

Then Zheyan took a bag of sand and handed it to Lilian. "Take this and follow Brother's movements." Zheyan.

"Are we going to do the exercises in this place?" Lilian asked in shock when she realized there were many tools in front of her.

"Of course.This place is perfect for you.it is in the middle of the residence and no one will see you while practicing." Zheyan.

"CAN'T!" It was Lilian who made Zheyan and Asgar surprised.

"Why indeed?" Asgar asked confusedly.

"Didn't you see there's a lot of my daisy plants?" Lilian.

"Look..why is that?" Zheyan asked confusedly.

"We're going to do the exercises here and then what if we accidentally break them." Lilian.

Zheyan and Asgar looked at Lilian in disbelief. "Lilian isn't your safety much more important than that flower." Zheyan did not think.

"Just son, the existence of flowers is also important to me." Lilian said annoyedly. "I'd better not exercise if my flowers have to be damaged." Further.

Zheyan and Asgar breathed heavily, then Zheyan told the palace attendants to make a barrier so that during training they would not damage the flower.

After doing some exercises, Lilian crouched down while holding her waist with a breath of gnawing.

"So is there a slightly lighter workout for me? these exercises are too hard for me." Lilian.

"Lillian this is the lightest exercise." Asgar Say.

"How can this be called light exercise? no girl would practice lifting a sack filled with sand while running, continuing to do the horses while keeping the balance of both hands holding the weights." Lilian said annoyedly.

Asgar took a slow breath. "You're a genius at other things, but when you practice you're so chatty." Say Asgar while shuffling Lilian's hair.

"Let's start your rehearsal again." Zheyan.

Lilian looked at Asgar with teary eyes for help but Asgar instead supported Zheyan's decision that Lilian should return to her training.

After a long time of training, Lilian was exhausted, and her sweat now filled the entire body, making the clothes Lilian was wearing wet.

Lilian glanced at Zheyan and Asgar who were preparing the training for the next. "Can't I just take a little break?" Ask Lilian.

"You must train hard Lilian so you can protect yourself.you just did the opening rehearsal." Zheyan.

"But I'm tired." Lilian.

Zheyan exhaled softly. "Run a few more rounds after you can rest." Zheyan.

"Don't want me to be tired." Said Lilian while throwing away the rope she held to pull the load.

"Lilian you..." Zheyan's words came to a halt as he saw two people walking closer towards them.

Lilian followed Zheyan's gaze then smiled brightly and ran towards the person. "Prince thank goodness you came quickly.Help me." He hugged Seint.

Seint was stunned when suddenly Lilian immediately hugged him. "ekhmmm you why?" Asked Seint while gulping his saliva hard.

Lilian looked towards Zheyan and Asgar stood up. "They're torturing me." He said while pointing at his two brothers.

Seint stared at Lilian's point, confused as to why Lilian had said that to the two brothers he loved so much.
