141. Sacrifice

The roar from the Citto filled the entire battleground. After burning the green snake using black fire, Citto wrapped his body around the green snake and soon the green snake did not move anymore. The green snake died with a very sad condition, in addition to the burns he received, the green snake also got scratches from the claws of Citto.

Not far from the Citto, Seint and Zheyan again attacked Prince Igor after he removed Lilian from his arms. Lilian herself was crying and closing Rosa's wounds so as not to bleed a lot.

After Prince Igor let go, Lilian immediately turned around and saw Rosa lying on the ground with a wound that began to bleed profusely. Seeing Rosa injured, Lilian no longer paid attention to the surroundings and immediately ran to embrace Rosa.

"Yang Mu ... Your highness .. Is it okay?" Rosa asked as she looked at Lilian softly.

Lilian cried hysterically at Rosa's wounds that were bleeding more and more. "Are you stupid? Why are you asking me when you are like this!" Her speech.

Rosa smiled a little. "It looks like An .. da ba... okay sa ... ja." Said Rosa stammered while coughing up blood.

Lilian was crying hysterically. "I beg Rosa not to speak. Anyone please save Rosa!!" His shouting.

Rosa held onto Lilian's hand. "I feel wak .. tu.. i. su .. dah not much la .. gi. Accept ka ..sih te .. lah consider sa .. yes sebah .. gai family." He said while coughing up blood.

Lilian was still crying hysterically. "I beg Rosa to hold on. Father and Artem are looking for you healer, I'm sure you can survive." Her speech.

Rosa smiled slowly again. "I am sa .. ngat se .. nang can mene ... your mani from to .. cil sam .. pie now. If sa ..ya was born camp .. bali I ha .. rap I was born your brother." Rosa's speech was stamped.

"I beg Rosa not to speak again. Hold on Daddy's coming soon." Lilian Cry.

Rosa only smiled slightly, before long she grew weaker and finally closed both eyes.

"Rose ... Rosa ... Don't scare me! Open your eyes and look at me! Rosa you listened to me, right?" Said Lilian while patting Rosa's cheek gently.

Rosa neither moved nor responded to Lilian's words or calls.

"Rosa I command you to open your eyes! Look at me and never close your eyes!" Shouted Lilian.

Rosa did not move in the slightest, a moment later Duke Marven and Artem came carrying a healer after a long search in the crowd. The healer immediately checked Rosa's condition and then he stared softly at Lilian who was still crying over Rosa's condition.

"Why are you looking at me with such a look? Tell me that Rosa can be saved and will get better soon!!" Lilian.

The doctor breathed slowly. "I'm sorry, Your Majesty, this girl is no longer saved. The wound was too deep and hit his heart, and his blood came out so much that it worsened his condition. Even though I came early but I still won't be able to save him." Evidently.

Lilian cried hysterically while calling Rosa's name. "Why did you become a Physician if you couldn't save her life?" Ask.

The physician looked respectfully. "I'm sorry Your Majesty but this is already the destiny of the heavens." Her speech.

Lilian came back crying hysterically and kept calling Rosa by name. Lilian was no longer listening to the words of those around her, her heart was so broken that she saw Rosa hurt by it and die before her own eyes.

"Calm Lilian! Rosa sacrificed herself for your safety." Duke Marven's words appeased Lilian.

"No! I don't need her to save me, Rosa should still be alive and she's in a safe place but why should she come and save me." Said Lilian while crying.

"Lillian! Rosa made a sacrifice for you. It's a form of affection for you, Rosa doesn't want you to get hurt and chooses to sacrifice yourself for you." Duke Marven.

Lilian shook her head quickly. "No Dad! Rosa will always accompany me wherever and whenever I need. He will always be beside me. I didn't let him leave me." Her speech.

Duke Marven hugged Lilian tightly in order to appease his daughter. While Citto roared again loudly following the mood Lilian felt at this time.

Elsewhere, Seint and Zheyan manage to paralyze Prince Igor's movements. Seint inflicted a deep wound on Prince Igor and cast a spell to prevent Prince Igor from moving again. On the ground that had been shaking from the Citto, Prince Igor looked at Lilian who was crying hysterically for the loss of Citto.

In his last moments, Prince Igor only hoped to see Lilian until he closed his eyes forever. Not long after he looked at Lilian, Prince Igor closed his eyes and exhaled his last breath.

Seint stared at Prince Igor, although they were not close as brothers but Prince Igor was still his younger brother Seint. Seint did not want this to happen but circumstances forced them to attack each other.

Seint and Zheyan walked towards where Lilian was but before arriving, Zheyan accidentally saw a girl who pointed an arrow at Lilian. Zheyan quickly picked up the bow and arrow that was on the ground belonging to the fallen soldier and aimed at the girl.

Before the arrow that the girl released shot towards Lilian, Zheyan's arrow first hit the girl's heart and finally the girl fell to the ground.

The girl was Raina, she watched everyone on her side die one by one making her very angry. Seeing Lilian's condition was not okay, the girl took the opportunity to hurt Lilian. But before his plan was successful, another arrow stabbed right into his heart.

Seeing Raina fall because an arrow hit her heart. Lilian's feelings went back to chaos and continued to blame herself for everything that happened. Because Lilian's feelings were chaotic, Citto's feelings worsened following her Master's feelings.

Although Lilian had calmed many people but nothing could make Lilian calm down again. Citto roars very loudly making the fighting ground shake again and Citto lets out the flames in his mouth in any direction.

Seint and King Reinal ran towards Citto to calm him down but the dragon could not be controlled anymore and attacked people just like that. Lilian's condition is not much different, because the feeling of loss makes it drift in strange thoughts.

Citto burned whatever he saw and made the atmosphere even more chaotic. Seint was even injured for trying to calm Citto down. The condition of King Reinal was not much different from Seint, he got a lot of injuries due to attacks from Citto.

See Lilian who can't be spoken to and Citto who can't be appeased. He makes Seint take out the crystal ball he got when Duke Marven's house. Lilian's awakening took a long time and during that time Seint could not guarantee the Apollonian kingdom would not be destroyed due to Citto's anger.

Seint was in a very heavy choice. If he had to seal the Citto then Lilian would be interested in Citto but if Seint did not seal the Citto then the Apollonia kingdom would be destroyed in an instant because of Citto.

Seint tried to resuscitate Lilian but the girl again cried hysterically in the arms of Duke Marven and did not listen to anyone's words. The loss of Rosa left her deeply devastated and unable to control her feelings of guilt.

Elsewhere the Citto continued to attack the soldiers who were trying to hold it in order not to destroy the place. The sun was about to rise, but Seint could not wait any longer. He had to make a decision between choosing Lilian or the Kingdom and its people.

As Seint became convinced of the decision he was about to make, a light appeared near Lilian. There appeared the figure of a girl who wore a long white color dress and her face was similar to Lilian.

Everyone stared at the figure in disbelief. There were two Lilians appearing in the same place making everyone confused as to which one was the real one.

The figure looked at Lilian long ago with a gentle smile. "Thank you for fighting to this point. It's my turn to sacrifice, if I have to give up my past for sacrifice then keep fighting for my future. You stay a little longer then use that time very well." Her speech.

The figure looked towards Seint. "Pronounce the spell" he said.

Seint stared deeply at that figure. "But ..." Seint hesitated.

"My future soul will not disappear, I have come to replace it. Say the spell before Citto destroys this place." He said while smiling gently.

Seint walked up to the figure and hugged him tightly. "I'm sorry for sacrificing the soul of your past."

The figure smiled gently. "It's my destiny ... Promise me to make me happy in the future." Her speech.

Seint nodded slowly and let go of his embrace. "I promise." He said while kissing the figure's forehead.

The figure then walked towards Citto and hugged her tightly. Citto did not move to attack again as he felt Lilian's warm embrace hugging him very tightly. Seint who saw Citto calm down finally read out the matra while holding the crystal ball tightly.

Seint stared deeply at the figure of Lilian past who was increasingly disappearing in his view. After the spell was finished the crystal ball was brightly lit and a moment later small balls of light adorned the place. Seint shed his tears as he looked at the last smile that Lilian of the past gave.

After Lilian's past disappears along with Citto, the sun slowly comes out of the contest and gives a new light to Seint and the others after a dark night they make it through.
