After returning from Duke Marven's residence, Seint tapped his finger at a table in his study. Seint was thinking how he could ask his father about the dagger and the spirit summoning ceremony without suspicion.

After a long struggle with his thoughts, Seint sighed softly and got up from his seat. "Is my father in his room?" He asked with a flat face as usual.

"Yes, Your Majesty the King has not left his room since morning." Answer Artem.

"We're going there now!" Said Seint as he walked past Artem.

After arriving in front of his father's study, Seint told one of the Warrior Doorkeepers to report his arrival. After a while, the Soldier returned and reported the order from the King.

"Please enter Your Majesty." Said the soldier while bowing politely.

Seint nodded briefly and turned towards Artem. "Please wait here, don't let anyone in as long as I'm here!" Said Seint with a serious face.

"Your Majesty." Artem politely.

Seint nodded slowly and entered his father's study. It was seen that King Reinal was holding some documents in his hand while frowning.

"Sincerely Your Majesty." Greetings Seint politely.

"Mmc ... " The Murmuring of King Reinal.

"Is Your Majesty busy?" Ask Seint.

King Thanos sighed softly and kept the documents in his hands. "Sit down!! Before you want to convey your purpose, help me find a solution!" He said with a tired face.

Seint raised his eyebrows and walked closer to his father. After sitting on one of the chairs in front of his father, Seint saw a lot of documents that his father was working on.

"Are you busy?" Ask Seint non-formally.

King Reinal let out a rough sigh. "Dad needs your opinion for the problem I'm investigating right now!" Tired.

"What's the matter Dad?" Ask Seint curiously.

King Thanos straightened his body and looked seriously at Seint. "The more you investigate this matter, the more you can't find a way out. In the western region there has now been a severe crisis, many people complain because of the difficulty of resources that can be processed. Father has done a lot to make the area prosperous but the condition of the region there is not possible for now." Obviously King Reinal.

"What happened there?" Asked Seint while frowning.

Again King Reinal sighed harshly. "Eitherway. The land in the area seems to reject all the plants that will be planted. There's been a lot of ways you've done to make the land there fertile but none of your ways have worked." Obviously King Reinal.

"Because of the condition of the land, the people there can not plant anything and because the distance is very far from the Capital makes the area a severe crisis?" Seint's Conclusion.

King Reinal nodded quickly. "Yes. Other than tilling the land, there was nothing the people could do there. In order to survive, people there must go out of the area and find other jobs. The longer the west is the more uninhabited." Evidently.

Seint nodded slowly. "What about the source of the water?" Ask Seint.

"This is what makes Dad confused, there are so many springs but either because of what factors, the area always refuses to be planted with plants." Said King Reinal while twitching his forehead.

"Then let the servant go there!" Firm Seint.

Seint raised next to his eyebrows. "yes too. Lilian's soul now came from the future, it was likely that he had a solution to this problem." Inner Seint. "I'll try to talk to him." Her speech.

"All right then." King Reinal said a little relieved.

"Dad .. isn't that area a dragon summoning ritual?" Seint asked started digging up information.

"To my knowledge the dragon summoning ritual is performed if some conditions are met. One of the conditions is the process of giving blood from the descendants of the King clan. The question is, has the process of giving blood been done?" Seint Fishing.
