22. Cheese and Cotton Candy

After resting all night Lilian woke up with a fresh body. Finished with his regular activities every morning, he immediately stepped foot into the living room waiting for Zheyan to arrive.

Before long, Zheyan came to Lilian and sat on a chair beside Lilian.

"What are we going to do today?" Ask Zheyan.

"Today we'll make butter and cheese." Lilian.

"Male.men..." Said Zheyan while frowning.

"butter." Lilian.

"What is butter?" Ask Zheyan.

"The butter is one of the ingredients of cake making, its function gives flavor, softens and develops the cake that we will make." Lilian.

"Where do you know how to make butter?" Ask Zheyan

"Start suspecting this again man." Inner Lilian.

"Lilly." Call Zheyan.

"Sister is not the time you ask me where I know from, but if you really want to know then my answer is still the same as yesterday." Lilian.

"So I just want to make sure." Zheyan hesitated.

After waiting for some time finally the person who was waiting appeared as well. This morning after Lilian had convinced Zheyan, a servant came to inform him that Asgar was coming with a large quantity of cow's milk.

"I'm sorry I'm late, before I come here I have to monitor the manufacture of chairs and tables that we will use." Obviously Asgar.

"It's okay Brother, I should be the one who apologized because until now I haven't even seen the manufacturing process." Lilian felt guilty.

Asgar smiled slightly. "Why should I apologize ? From the beginning we've divided each other's duties." Asgar Say.

"If it's better now we do the next process." Zheya.

"Come on." Say Asgar and Lilian together.

Then they walked to the place they had prepared for the manufacture of the two materials.

Once there they saw that there were many servants who were busy lowering the milk brought by Asgar. After all the milk was taken down and the tools and ingredients they needed were ready, Lilian then started making cheese first.

"Now we're going to make butter and cheese, because the making of butter takes time to ferment then the first thing we make is butter." Lilian.

Zheyan and Asgar nodded in agreement while the servants could only quietly wait for orders.

"Now pour raw milk into a wide-mouthed container equipped with a cover that we have previously prepared, then store the container in a very humid place and let stand for 2 days" Lilian explained.

Then the servants nodded and moved according to Lilian's direction. After the servants finished the first task, they then waited for the next order.

"Next we will make cheese, the first process we have to do is put milk and salt into the pot and then heat with fire, after which add lemon juice and stir slowly." Lilian.

Hearing Lilian's words, all the servants moved according to Lilian's orders. After the first process was done correctly, Lilian then ordered that the waiter stir until the milk and lemon liquid slightly thickened and formed a small lump.

After forming a blob, Lilian then ordered the maid to put out the fire and let it sit on the stove.

"Hidden for 2 hours in the pot so that the liquid thickens more, while we wait for the liquid to thicken we rest for a while." Lilian.

While waiting for the liquid to thicken, Zheyan, Asgar, and Lilian rested while eating the snacks that the servants had prepared.

"Sister Zheyan and Brother Asgar tomorrow there's no show?" Ask Lilian.

Zheyan and Asgar shook their heads together. "Why?" Ask Asgar back.

"Can you accompany me to the market ? All the materials we need are almost all ready, I want to go down the field directly to find out the market price, I want to go to the market, because the ingredients we use in making cakes before have never been sold here and after to the market I also want to visit the place of making chairs Kak Asgar." Lilian.

"All right." Zheyan and Asgar said.

After waiting for 2 hours finally the milk liquid thickened.

"What's the next step?" Ask Zheyan.

"Further pour the thickened liquid on the filter cloth under which is given a bowl, after the cheese dough dries, wrap the dough with a cloth and cover it tightly, then, put the dough in a container and store it in a damp place for about 1 day until it hardens.

All the servants moved according to the direction given by Lilian then Zheyan told the servants to rest after saving the last dough.

After all the work was done, Zheyan, Asgar and Lilian agreed to rest.

After he walked to the coffee plant, Lilian nodded briefly after confirming the entirety of the coffee.

After all was considered in order, Lilian walked to meet Zheyan and Asgar who had met him since.

"The result of yesterday's cheese dough was very satisfying, I've ordered the waiter to keep it in a cool place." Lilian said as soon as she came before Zheyan and Asgar.

"Good then." Asgar said, pleased.

"Oh yes..Where can I contact prince Seint ? Do I have to go to the palace to see him?" Ask Lilian.

"Why? Is there a problem?" Ask Zheyan Worrying.

"So I went to not only check the results of the cheese dough but I also checked the results of the coffee fruit drying, the water content has been reduced and the coffee fruit is ready to be processed." Lilian.

"Sister will send someone later to report it." Zheyan.

Then they went to the market on horseback. Asgar rode his own horse and Zheyan rode with Lilian.

Arriving at the market Zheyan and Asgar leave his horse at the horse care service. They walked around the market to ensure the market selling price, Lilian occasionally bought dry cakes sold along the road.

When they were in the middle of the market, Lilian again smelled the sweet smell that had always been her favorite, the sweet smell that often brought her into trouble. Overly fond of this sweet smell Lilian walked in search of the direction of the smell but suddenly someone pulled her hand and made her aware.

"Where are you going Lilian? Don't walk too far away from us, the market atmosphere is crowded you'll be rough again like last time." Zheyan.

"Sister.I really like this sweet smell, it's definitely cotton candy." Said Lilian while inhaling the origin of the sweet smell.

"Cotton candy?" Asgar asked confusedly.

"True Brother, this is a kind of food made from sugar and then if it heats it will produce like a net that is as soft as cotton." Lilian said happily.

Zheyan and Asgar tried to smell the scent around them. "I can't smell the sweet you mean, there's too much sweet." Asgar Say.

"I can't smell what you mean by Lilian either." Zheyan.

"It's coming from that direction." Lilian pointed to the south.

Zheyan and Asgar both looked at Lilian's direction and followed Lilian who had gone first.

After walking for a while following the sweet smell, Lilian smiled happily when she saw the cotton candy seller who was not far from where she stood.

Lilian happily walked towards the seller, so happy Lilian did not pay attention to the road properly. He stumbled over a stone that made his body look good and almost fell on the ground if there was not a burly arm that grabbed his waist and held his weight so as not to fall.

Lilian took off Seint's arm and walked over to the cotton vendor without thanking Seint for helping her.

Zheyan and Asgar walked over to the direction where Seint was standing and glanced at Lilian for a moment then lowered their heads in respect.

"Thank you for helping my noble sister." Zheyan and Asgar said.

Seint raised his eyebrows. "Yes." Yeah." Briefly talk.

"What are you doing here?" Artem asked who was standing behind Seint.

"We were accompanying Lilian to check the market price." Asgar Say.

"It just so happens that your majesty is here, I was intending to send someone to the palace to deliver a message from Lilian to her majesty." Zheyan.

"What message?" Seint asked as he glanced towards Zheyan.

"Lilian says the coffee is ready to be processed." Zheya.

Before Seint answered Zheyan, Lilian came with cotton candy in her hand and gave each one to the four of them. Seint, Zheyan, Asgar, and Artem stared in puzzlement at the cotton candy Lilian had given them.

"What are you guys looking at? Let's eat." Lilian.

With the weight of their hearts the four of them ate the cotton candy given by Lilian.

"This is my favorite food, the last time I was strayed for following this smell but until the end I still couldn't find it and ended up straying." Said Lilian while looking at her cotton candy happy.

Seint, Zheyan, Asgar and Artem stare in disbelief at the girl but the girl they are looking at is too cool with her cotton candy. As they responded to Lilian's words, someone's voice stopped them all.

"LILY." Call the person in a shrill voice and hug Lilian tightly.

All eyes headed to the source of the voice and sighed softly when they saw the person hugging Lilian tightly.

"Who are you?" Lilian asked confusedly.

Seint, Zheyan, Asgar, and Artem stared in disbelief at Lilian.
