74. Letter 2

Lilian lost a lot of energy because of the fight against the six people, not to mention the condition of Rosa that made Lilian's mind divided.

When one of the men pointed a sword at Lilian, the girl could only resign herself and close her eyes.

The sound of swords clashing against each other. Lilian opened her eyes and saw Seint fighting back against the six men who had attacked her.

A furious look of rage emanated clearly from Seint, he did not forgive the six Men and fiercely swung his sword to slash at his opponent.

It did not take long Seint managed to subvert to the six men. After making sure the six of them were no longer moving, Seint stared at Lilian with a cold face.

Lilian ran towards Seint and hugged him very tightly. "Why is it so long?" He said as he cried a mouthful in Seint's arms.

Seint stroked Lilian's head slowly. "What are you doing here and where are your bodyguards?" Cold asked.

"I ran away from them because I wanted to investigate something." He said as he hugged Seint tightly.

"Investigate what?" Ask Seint.

"Investigating old cases that always get me in trouble." Lilian.

Seint pushed both of Lilian's shoulders softly and looked at the girl's reddened eyes. "Is anyone hurt?" He asked while looking at Lilian's body.

"They beat me and hurt Rosa." He said while looking at Rosa who was now assisted by Artem.

"I shouldn't have killed them right away." Said Seint while staring angrily at the bodies of the six Men. "Turn those bodies!" He said to the guards who followed him.

"It looks like I should teach those guards a lesson, they should protect you. Keeping two girls just can't!" pissed Seint.

"Don't punish them, it's all my fault. I'm the one who ran away from them, please don't punish them." Said Lilian while crying again.

Seint sighed softly and wiped away Lilian's tears. "alright. Don't cry anymore!" He said while covering Lilian's body using his robe.

After treating Lilian and Rosa's wounds, Seint then took them to a food stall and reserved a special room for them.

On the table there were a lot of food that Seint ordered but none of them touched the food or made a sound.

"What are you guys doing there?" Seint asked breaking the silence.

Rosa looked down in fear while Lilian gulped her hard saliva. "We're looking for information on the cause of all the problems that happened to me?" Obviously Lilian was nervous.

"You mean?" Seint asked as he stared intently at Lilian.

Lilian then recounted everything she knew including the information she had just learned earlier.

"Did that person agree to cooperate with you?" Ask Seint.

"Yes. To make sure that person was telling me the truth or not, I intended to send one of my bodyguards to see their activities." Lilian.

"Your Majesty, I have indeed heard of the case but indeed until now the case was no longer discussed for whatever reason." Artem suddenly said.

"Investigate the case discreetly if indeed the person is the culprit then we must get evidence to bring him down." Said Seint firmly.

"Your Majesty." Artem.

Seint then looked at Lilian back. "If you don't want the bodyguards to come with you then it would be best for Citto to come with you. At least the animal always knows when and where you're in danger." Say Seint flat.

"Well next time I won't be rash, if there's anything I want to do then I'll tell you first. Oh yeah, what are you guys doing there?" Lilian said diverting the conversation.

Seint stared intently at Lilian. "You're very smart to switch the conversation, but since you've asked, Artem replied." His words surprised Artem.

Artem blinked his eyes many times and looked at Seint who gave his flat gaze. "We were passing by and accidentally heard a voice." Artem.

"Where are you guys going?" Ask Lilian.

Lilian nodded briefly. "Can I ask you something?" Lilian asked as she stared fearfully at Seint.

"What?" Ask Seint.

"Is yesterday's tiger event planned by someone?" Tanya Lilian was serious.

Seint looked suspiciously at Lilian. "Why?"

Lilian looked left and right. "Actually before I killed those two tigers, I had taken something from those two animals." Lilian Whispers.

"What?" Ask Seint curiously.

Lilian took out two stones which she kept in her pouch. "It."

Seint took the two stones and looked seriously at Lilian. "Where did you get it?" Ask.

"I picked it up on both necks of the tiger. At first I forgot but after I checked the clothes I last wore it turned out that the two stones were still there. The stone was made into a necklace on the neck of both, I see they are someone's pet." Lilian.

Seint sighed softly. "They are indeed someone's pet, we are currently investigating the case. I don't know why all the cases we've investigated are always related to you." Honest speech.

"Is it possible before His Majesty loses his memory, you know something?" Artem.

Lilian then took a large apple and bit it. "It tastes so sweet and smells so good." Lilian's mind while looking happily at the apple.

Lilian frowned when she realized the smell of the apple. "The smell of this apple is like no stranger." Inner Lilian.

"What's wrong?" Seint asked worriedly as he saw Lilian's change in look.

"Nothing! it's just the smell of this apple ..." Lilian said remembering.

Lilian rounded her eyes perfectly when she realized something. "The second aroma of the letter was the scent of apple cider vinegar. The letter ..." Lilian said.

"What's with the letter?" Ask Seint in surprise.

"Come on! we need to hurry back to my residence!" Said Lilian as she stood up from her seat.
