115. Mass Murder

The festive dance party was forced to be stopped sooner than previously planned. Regularly the invited guests left the hall and returned back to their respective residences.

It is different with the family of Duke Marven and the Family of Baron Avalon who must stay to investigate the case of the attack on Lilian. After receiving permission from King Reinal, Seint and Duke Marven and the others set out for Mr. Martin's residence.

When the residence looks very quiet, Mr. Martin was seen in the party hall before but after the attack on Lilian happened he just disappeared with his servants.

Seint held off Duke Marven's footsteps to enter the gate of Mr. Martin's residence, shortly after he smelled a familiar scent.

"Everything close your noses using anything near you!! Don't breathe the air here because the air is already mixed with poison!!" Firm Seint.

Everyone simultaneously covered their noses using a cloth so as not to breathe air.

"The siege of this residence is all sides and do not let a single person step out of this residence!!" Seint's orders were firm.

"Your Majesty." Said the Soldiers then ran apart according to the direction from Seint.

After feeling the state of security, Seint coded Duke Marven, Zheyan and Artem to enter the residence while Asgar was assigned to close all in and out of the Capital.

Upon entering the residence, there were countless bodyguards even the fallen servants sprawled with blue faces. They were exposed to airborne toxins so did not have time to attempt to exit the residence to save themselves.

The longer they walked, the more bodyguards or servants lay down along the way. I don't know what happened before Seint and the others came.

Seint and the others eventually find the room that is believed to be the workspace of Mr. Martin because there are seen many bodyguards that fell lying in front of the door of the room.

Zheyan kicked the door hard so that the cloth covering his nose would not fall off. They all entered the study and their eyes were round when they saw Mr. Martin sitting in his chair with a face that was both blue.

Not far from the position of Mr. Martin seen his personal bodyguard fall with a face that has also turned blue.

"It looks like this one residence has been poisoned with a poison spread through the air." Artem.

"True Mr. Artem. They died with their faces turned blue." Zheyan said as he walked observing around.

Seint punched something that was nearby. "Damn!! They had predicted this would happen so they had to get rid of Mr. Martin so as not to leak their plans." Getting angry.

"Crown Prince! Looks like they're gonna run away." Duke Marven said as he pointed to a city containing valuable items belonging to Mr. Martin.

"Yes ... It seems they intend to leave the Capital but they do not know if they will be poisoned by air." Kesal Seint's.

"What should we do now, Your Majesty? Mr. Martin is dead by bringing important information with him." Artem said worriedly.

Seint stared intently at the corpse of Mr. Martin. "He may die but the information he has is still there. When we first arrived, here there was a clear smell of poison that was still thick. Before we must have been others had not entered this residence either. That means we still have a chance to get other information through objects or anything we can take now." Obviously Seint's long.

"Metal as well." Zheyan.

"Search all contents in this residence!!" Seint's direct order everyone's working on.

After the levels of airborne toxins were gone, Seint and the others were finally able to breathe a sigh of relief as they were able to remove the cloth from his nose. By removing the cloth then their work searching the residence will be easier.

They spent a very long time searching the residence of Mr. Martin who had a sizeable size. No one managed to survive the poison so it made the residence filled with many corpses.

"It looks like they deliberately sowed airborne poison for everyone in this residence to die at the same time. They may have meetings here so often that they silence everyone in the house by killing them. So we can't ask anything anymore." Obviously Duke Marven.

Zheyan smiled cynically. "The Prince's calculations are accurate. Even though they're dead, they still have other evidence."

Artem walked over to Zheyan. "Master got something?" Ask.

Zheyan pointed out some of the books he had obtained as well as some objects that were believed to have important clues. "I got some books hidden in the treasure pile. I also got some books and stuff in Mr. Martin's body." Evidently

"Goodoo. I've ordered the soldiers to surround this residence. After the search is over we should go home to rest. The day is starting to light up and we need enough rest to catch up to our quarry ." Say Seint flat.

After the search was completed, Seint and the others returned to the Palace and secured evidence they had not opened at all.

After escorting Lilian to the front gate back to her residence escorted by Zheyan, Seint and the others again held an important meeting in the King Reinal's Office.

King Reinal also asked Prince Erik, Princess Meira and other royal guests to leave the kingdom of Apollonia for their safety.

The Kingdom of Apollonia was eradicating the traitors so King Reinal decided to return the invited guests so that he could focus on the problems that befell his kingdom.

After the incident that made the entire residence of Mr. Martin died horribly. King Reinal ordered his subordinates to bury all the bodies in the residence and burn all the residences without remaining.

It became so big, though, moreover, the residents of the Capital witnessed for themselves as the Palace Warriors blocked all access to the residence and burned the entire residence without remaining in order to avoid any pests that could have arisen from the deaths of the people those.

After taking care of all his affairs, King Reinal gazed at everyone sitting around the evidence left behind by Mr. Martin.

"Books on what is that?" Ask King Reinal seriously.

"We haven't examined him, Your Majesty, but one of the books is about dragons and others." Answer Asgar.

"Try explaining the contents!!" King Reinal.

Asgar nodded slowly. "In this book it is written that if the summoning of spirits is done, there will be people who must be sacrificed. The spirit summoning ritual requires a person's body in order to accommodate the spirit that comes. That spirit could have come from the past who had high abilities and could have come from the future. Over time, the spirit that enters the body of another person will disappear for whatever reason but no one can explain." Obviously Asgar.

"Disappeared? One of the intruders said the same thing to me yesterday." Say Seint flat.

King Reinal then sighed softly. "Continue!!" Her speech.

"The rest is only about dragons that we already know about His Majesty." Obviously Asgar.

Everyone nodded in understanding. Asgar's eyes caught one of the books that read Lilian's name.

"Your Majesty looks like this is Lilian's notebook but why is it in the pile of books that Mr. Martin lives in?" Ask Asgar astonished.

Everyone stared at the book that Asgar was now holding. The cover of the book was indeed written Lilian's name.
