I quickly quickened my pace. Only now did I feel fear when I approached the inn there was not the slightest fear. I'm almost nearing the Maera Mansion. I saw outside the mansion apparently my entourage had been waiting. The first Sienna to see me immediately ran towards me.

"Eriza, where have you been? We waited for you here for almost an hour. You didn't even answer my phone call. You know if in an hour you don't come back, Mr. Mark's gonna call the police?!" gerutu Sienna while walking beside me.

"I'm sorry, my phone was left in the hotel" I explained.

After I rejoined the group I immediately apologized to them. "Sorry, it's been keeping you waiting for a long time!"

"Oh, you're finally back. I'll call Mr. Mark that you've returned. He and Roger are waiting for us in the van" said Mandy, who was busy with her phone. Roger is the driver's name.

"Hi, we haven't met. My name is Alex William!" greet Alex while extending his hand.

"Eriza Ravella," I said. And the others followed.

"Vanessa Laurent."

"Justin Leonard."

One by one shake hands with me while introducing myself. After that I smiled at them and again said guiltily.

"Sorry to keep you all waiting!"

"It's okay! Come on, we need to get back to the parking lot" Alex asked.

We rushed to the parking lot. In front of the van I saw Mr. Mark was standing by waiting for our arrival. Roger was waiting behind the wheel.

Mr. Mark came straight to me. "Are you okay, Miss Eriza?!" ask her with a serious tone.

"No. I was so busy that I forgot time. Sorry to bother you!" my answer felt very bad.

"No problem. All right, everybody get in the van. We're going back to the hotel!" said Mr. Mark on the others. 

We all got in the van. And the van starts to drive off Dixie Holly. We arrived early at the hotel. Everything just came out of the van except Roger. Previously Mr. Mark delivered plans for tomorrow before we disbanded.

"Friends, tomorrow we will visit the museum with a collection of supernatural objects. We'll gather here at ten in the morning, I hope you're not late!" message Mr. Mark's.

"Dan ... Miss Eriza, Miss Sienna, are you both interested in coming on our next trip?" ask Mr. Mark to me and Sienna.

I hurriedly answered. "No, thank you. We plan to Glosy Tower tomorrow."

"Oh, what a pity! But no problem, you can contact me if you want to join my entourage again. Our journey ends in three days" said Mr. Mark's.

"certain. Thank you!" my reply.

Once it is felt that there is nothing to convey Mr. Mark finally told us to disband. We all went into the hotel while Mr. Mark got back in the van and the van drove away.

We entered the hotel lobby. I walked behind Alex and Vanessa. Sienna was behind Justin. They seem familiar so I leave them. Mandy who had come out of nowhere was suddenly right next to me.

"Hi, meet again!" greet the sweet girl cheerfully. He seems more friendly than his friend, Vanessa.

"Yes!" reply with a stiff smile.

"Where's your room?" ask Mandy.

"On the second floor," I replied without mentioning the room number.

"Oh, then you must be rooming with your cousin" Mandy guessed right.

I just nodded in agreement.

Then Mandy continued. "My room's at the end of the hallway. Near the park, if you can stop by! My room's number 143. I slept alone."

"Oh, aren't you with Vanessa?!" my many.

"No. He's in room 112. Alex and Justin are in the room. They're also on the second floor, number 319" Mandy replied bluntly.

"Oh," I muttered to Mandy. He is very good at memorizing numbers.

We walked up to the elevator. And I had to part with Mandy.

"Ah, the elevator's up, we're parting ways here. Don't forget to stop by my room, yeah!" mandy's message before we split up.

"Sure!" reply while waving my hand.

Mandy and Vanessa live together because their room is unidirectional. As for me, Sienna, Alex and Justin getting into the elevator. I stood in front of the elevator. Next to me was Alex who was standing some distance away. Sienna and Justin in the back. They were still excited like that. As if there was no end to their conversation. Alex and I just kept quiet.

Elevator door opens. We arrived on the second floor. We passed through the lobby and entered the hallway to our room. Alex started talking to me.

"I heard you went to Alpha University. You must be a smart girl!" praise Alex.

"Not really. Sienna also went to college there," I replied, accusing Sienna in my heart of telling her.

"According to the news the university was inhabited by students with grades above average" explained Alex.

"So you live in the same town as Sienna?" alex asked me.

"Yes. Of course, we're cousins!" answer me to Alex. I don't understand what Alex's question was about. Didn't Sienna tell him?! Maybe it's just the bases.

"Oh, right too. I'm from Jackville. Three hours from Losa by bus. And I went to Oberon University. Have you been to Jackville?" ask Alex enthusiastically.

"Oh ... So you're just coming alone?" ask again.

"Yes" I replied briefly.

"Great!" alex was amazed.

"What's so great?" my question is not to understand.

"You two girls dare to travel this far enough without being guided by anyone. I think it's great!" alex replied amazed.

"Obviously. Since we're not looking for haunted places to visit, I don't think we need a guide!" sindirku.

Alex laughs. He explains. "Haha ... Just a fun hobby. Filling holidays visiting haunted places. It was both fun and stressful."

"Then did you see something floating in the air or an apparition that made you scream in fear?" I half mocked.

"Of course not. I just felt like someone was following and watching us from afar. And the rocking chair by the fireplace could suddenly sway by itself," Alex replied recalling his exploration of the mansion earlier.

"Interesting" I said, although I was less interested in the story.

The four of us finally reached the hallway where our room was.

"We've arrived, my room is in the hallway right there," I told Alex.

"It's a shame we have to separate. Our room is not in the same direction. Maybe next time we can meet and talk again!" alex said expectantly.

"Yes, maybe!" reply origin.

We also split up. I walked to the right aisle and Alex to the left aisle. Behind Sienna ran after me.

"What were you talking about?" tanyakanya.

"There's no talk" I replied.

Sienna did not ask again until we arrived at the room. Only when going to sleep did Sienna again ask.

"You don't want to tell me where you went?"

"Just browse along Dixie Street. And into a shop," I replied calmly.

"Oh, yes, I did! Good night!" said Sienna. Then he lay down and slept.

I also lay on my bed. But my eyes have not closed. I was still curious about the Lucent Inn earlier and the old man. Why did he keep me from approaching the building? What is really inside that building? And who was the figure that suddenly appeared and disappeared in the window? Is he a ghost? Is it because the building is haunted so that grandfather forbade me from approaching it? But isn't the Maera Mansion also haunted?! But there was no prohibition for anyone to enter the mansion. All of that became a question for me.

The room wall clock shows at 23:27. Almost midnight. I saw Sienna was fast asleep. I think an idea came to mind. I got off the bed. Take a coat and wear it to cover the nightgown. With slow steps walking to the door. I opened the door slowly and closed it back very slowly. I've been out of the room.

I walked quickly to the elevator. Although it was almost midnight but there were still guests sitting in the lobby. I got into the elevator and went downstairs. Then walk again quickly towards the park at the end. I got to the room I was looking for. It's quiet in here. I walked by while reading the room number listed looking for the number I was looking for. I finally got to room 143. I slowly knocked on the door of the room. I don't know if the occupant is asleep or not. Nor does it matter whether my arrival will interfere with his sleep or not. He invited me to his room and I can come anytime, right?!

Waiting for the door to the room to open. And a sweet girl appeared in a pastel purple nightgown at the doorstep.

"Hi, Eriza!" mandy looked at me so much.

"Do I interrupt your sleep?" my many.

"No. Come inside! It just so happens that I haven't slept either" said Mandy, who opened the door wider for me to enter.

As soon as I entered Mandy's room, she shut the door. It looks like Mandy hasn't slept yet because the table lamp is still on with the book open on the table.

"Sit down!" Mandy turned the chair in front of her desk and let me sit down.

"Trims!" reply and sit there. Mandy sits on her bed.

"You don't come here just for a visit, do you?! There must be something you want to talk about," Mandy guessed right.

I nodded my head at him. And he asked back. "Whatis that? Say it!"

"I'm actually not sure you know that. But since you're the only friend from the mystery club who looks more friendly. So I went to see you," I said, starting a conversation.

"Yes. Then?" mandy asked me so much.

"So when I was on Dixie Street I had the chance to get to the end of the road. And I saw an inn called the Lucent Inn. Like most buildings there that seem old and haunted. But strangely as I approached the inn suddenly an old geezer who had come out of nowhere prevented me. He told me to leave and not come near the inn again. I wonder what happened to the inn? Do you know anything about the inn?" I obviously went to Mandy.

"The Lucent Inn? I once read on a site, the inn only operated for a short time. But then it closed for no apparent reason. Some people say the inn is haunted and often annoys guests. There are also those who say that employees and guests sometimes disappear and when found they are dead," Mandy said according to what she had read.

Then he continued. "I don't really know about the inn either. There is nothing on our travel agenda. Maybe you can ask Mr. Mark's. He has been a tour guide for a dozen years. Maybe he knew a little story about the inn."

"Oh yes, I also had a chance to see the sighting of someone inside the window. But I didn't see his face" I said.

"Well, that must be scary. It's a pity we didn't see any sightings at the mansion. Just a chair that suddenly swayed. Enough to make my hair stand up," said Mandy with a sweet smile.

I looked back at the wall clock in Mandy's room. It was 01:05 in the morning. I had to go back to my room, I was afraid that Sienna would suddenly wake up and look for me. He usually falls asleep until morning. Mandy also needs to rest.

"Okay, thanks for the information. I had to go back to the room, I was afraid Sienna would wake up and look for me. Sorry to bother you these nights" I said as I stood up and walked to the door.

"No problem. Come again while I'm still here!" the message while opening the door.

"certain. Thank you and good night!" I said go by.

"Night!" reply Mandy who then closed the door.

I quickly ran back to the room. Arriving at Sienna's room was still fast asleep and I hope she didn't know I was sneaking out.
