Today we took a bus to Glosy Tower in the city center. Armed with a New Angeles guidebook and G-Maps from a mobile phone makes it easy for us to find the location of tourist attractions in this city.
About forty-five minutes drive from the hotel, we arrived there. Sienna and I ran to the front of the tower. With a height of 1063 feet, Glosy Tower is the tallest tower in the country. In addition to seeing clearly the tallest tower we can also go up to the top of the tower with the elevator provided. There are two elevators available. But to reach the top of the tower must pay a ticket to take the elevator first.
Because of the large number of visitors, we had to queue to get a turn to ride the elevator which only contains 10 people with the elevator staff. After ten minutes of waiting, it was our turn. After paying for the ticket for two people, Sienna and I got into the elevator with another visitor. The elevator attendant then closed the iron door of the elevator and we were taken up to the top of the tower.
We reached the top of the tower. As soon as we all got out of the elevator, ten tourists entered the elevator that would take them down. On top of the tower there are also many visitors.
Glosy Tower's peak was indeed very high. Imagine from up here I can see the whole city of New Angeles down there. The wind here is also a bit strong. Sienna was so excited to be able to witness the beautiful view of the city from up here. It stands on the edge of a tower bounded with an iron fence as high as an adult's chest. He looks busy taking pictures. We also took a few selfies together. Satisfied with taking pictures, Sienna began recording the view of the city below. I don't want to miss either. I stood on the edge of the fence enjoying the beautiful scenery and the city below which I would not get when I returned to Losta. A few seconds while I was standing on the edge of the fence looking at the scene down there, suddenly my head suddenly swirled. I immediately retreated backwards away from the fence so as not to look down again. Sienna who was beside me stopped filming and turned to me.
"Are you afraid of heights?" tanyanya saw my pale face.
I think so, my head suddenly dizzy. I nodded at Sienna. Then he approached me. And back to asking. "You're okay? Can we walk, right?"
"Yes" I replied.
"Then we go down now. I am also happy to take photos and recordings. Come on!" take Sienna while embracing me walking towards the elevator.
To get down we also have to queue. A few minutes wait for the elevator to arrive with ten tourists. Once they're out it's our turn to go in and down. We finally went back to the tower. My feet hit the ground again. Dizziness also begins to decrease.
The day has noon visitors are still crowded like this morning. We decided to sit for a while on a bench not far from the tower. Sienna pulled out her phone and looked busy typing.
"Are you hungry?" sienna asked while her fingers were busy dancing on top of the phone screen.
"It's not. But if you are hungry we can find a place to eat and rest for a while there," I replied.
"Then ... We'll eat at the Housten Cafe! Not far from here. Justin and his friends are also on their way there. Well, if you don't mind joining them," Sienna said while putting on a sweet face for me to agree.
"Just up to you! I'll go anywhere!" I said to Sienna.
"All right, let's go! Let's just walk! It takes about 15 minutes to get there!" said Sienna while paying attention to the calculation of the trip through the G-Maps.
Then we started our journey to the Housten Cafe. On the way I tried to tease Sienna with questions about her relationship with Justin.
"It looks like you and Justin are very familiar, huh?!"
"Masa? Does it look like that?" sienna asked seemed misbehaved.
"Yes. Just yesterday I knew each other" I added.
Sienna just laughed.
"Looks like there's a special relationship" my god.
"Haha ... There's nothing!" answer Sienna.
"Come on, Sienna tell me! There can't be no, I think you're interested in her," I pressed Sienna with a wink at her.
Sienna finally gave up. She timidly said, "maybe you're right!"
"So, you like it?" ask again.
"Looks. He is very fun, he is also spoken to, he also likes to joke, anyway I feel comfortable around him! But I don't know how she feels about me" Sienna said.
"Rem ... Why not just ask her?!" godaku's.
"What?! You mean I should express my feelings to her like that?! Eriza ... I can't possibly do that. We only knew him yesterday" Sienna said.
"Hihih .. just kidding. You can rest easy there are still two days before they go home. If he likes you he will signal," I said confidently.
"Well, for example, asking you to meet again or asking you to keep in touch" I replied spontaneously.
"Oh," said Sienna understood.
Walking while chatting made this fifteen minute trip seem quick.
It didn't feel like we were finally at our destination. Sienna and I walked into the cafe and could instantly find a flock of 'Blue Rose' on the front desk. Our new friends and Mr. Mark's. There was no Roger there, it looks like he's not driving today.
Sienna waved at Justin. Then Sienna and I joined them. Alex saw us coming and pulled out two empty seats at the table next to him. There were two empty seats next to his seat and one next to Justin. He also emptied the table for our part after previously scattering dishes filled with food. Then let us both sit down. I sat next to Alex and Sienna next to Justin. Vanessa's face turned red. Seems not happy with our arrival let alone Alex's attention that directly leads to me. No one cared about the change in his face.
"You want to order something, Eriza?" alex asked while propping the menu book on me.
I picked up the menu book while looking at Alex at a glance. Then look at the menu list listed there.
"I'm not hungry actually! I'll have a glass of cappucino!" I said to Alex while my eyes were still trying out the menu.
"What did you order, Sienna?" I asked Sienna.
"I want mushroom soup and cola!" answer Sienna.
" Okay!" said Alex. He called the waiter and mentioned our order. The waiter recorded it after it left. And came back quickly while carrying both of our orders.
I drank my still warm drink. And Sienna devoured her mushroom soup. The others were chatting and some were still eating. Alex is still trying to steal my attention. He talks to me a lot. And absolutely no concern for Vanessa next to him who is pouting.
"What are your plans after college?" ask Alex to me.
"Eitherway. I haven't thought about it!" my answer.
"If I'm planning on working out of town. Seeking new experiences. Living in a new environment and having new friends. Must be so much fun!" alex said without asking.
"Yes. It seems, if you have an adventurous spirit and high socialization," I said originally.
"of course. I like to adventure. To new places I've never been to" Alex said excitedly.
"Yes, to a haunted place as well for example," I added half mockingly.
Alex laughed and explained. "It's just a hobby. It just so happens that my other friends have the same hobby. So we just make a group."
"Oh."
I'm not really interested in what Alex is talking about. Long boring. Unlike Sienna beside me who was even very excited about Justin. I was actually looking for the right time to escape.
I noticed the people at this table. Mandy was busy with her book. Mr. Mark was still busy devouring spaghetti while reading the newspaper. Justin and Sienna were engrossed in talking while Vanessa remained silent with a tangled and pouting face. I saw Vanessa like a fool. When others busied themselves, he was silent with his hands folded on his chest. Clearly showing his annoyance. But I don't like to see him for long. His angry face looked horrible.
Mr. Mark finished his spaghetti. He folded the newspaper he read and put it on the table. Then he stood up.
"Kids, if you're looking for me, I'm in the parking lot!" message Mr. Mark before he left.
"Yes, Mr!" said the other one.
The others came back with their work. My eyes follow where Mr. Mark's gone. From behind the glass wall of the cafe I could see him walking towards the parking lot. He leaned back in a gray mini van and then started to ignite the fire into a cigarette he smoked.
My eyes returned to my friends in front. An idea just comes to mind. I stood alone to everyone.
