Rainbow Blanketed Clouds

Rainbow Blanketed Clouds
Honest Words

With a quick step, the Clouds headed for the meeting room. Today he had to be late to the office because he had to take Rainbow home first.

Unlike usual, the clouds are very bright today. A smile continued to spread on his handsome face.

There is a saying that love can start from the stomach up to the heart. Maybe that word applies to the clouds. A rainbow that always serves food combined with affectionate spices for her husband.

Every meal the Rainbow made made her fall in love.

The cloud started everything with rejection. The man also who was unknowingly shy broke his own speech. Even this morning dare to ask for supplies to the office. With a cliche reason, there is no time for lunch outside due to busyness.

But the road is not always smooth. There will be sharp pebbles to go through. Now the Cloud must try to correct his mistake and prove his seriousness.

"Good morning, sorry I'm a little late" he said as he entered the meeting room.

"It's okay, Mr. Cloud. The meeting is also just about to start" said one of the men.

All members of the meeting were present, including several representatives from PT. Inco, one of them is Priska. As usual, Priska appeared in tight clothes and also a mini skirt.

The uncaring attitude of the Clouds made Priska wonder in her heart. In fact, as Priska approached her, the Clouds immediately moved away. He only glanced at it with an indifferent attitude.

"Is it because of the habit of seeing a rainbow wearing a covered garment? Now I'm so uncomfortable seeing women wearing open clothes."

"Hi, Clouds!" Priska published her best smile, then reached out to shake.

"Putting iron on your head is better than touching a woman who is not your mahram." The message of the Rainbow that night struck the minds of the Clouds.

Finally, the cloud chose to clench both hands in front of the chest as a form of greeting, so as not to come into contact with Priska.

Priska. A great change in the clouds. Very much changed, even the Clouds seemed reluctant to look into his eyes.

At home .....

Zidan bowed his head before Ahmad's father. After the Clouds and Rainbows left, Dad asked again about his suspicions.

The rainbow that came home yesterday and cried hugging father and mother made Ahmad's father suspicious. However, Rainbow who did not want to burden his parents hid the problem and reasoned to cry because he missed his father and mother.

Of course I could believe, considering Rainbow had never separated from his parents before. And now she lives alone with her husband, who is someone she just met.

"Now tell me what you and your brother are hiding! I'm sure the rainbow isn't okay, is it?"

"Aren't you lying?" Dad stared full of probes.

Zidan nodded without daring to look into his father's eyes. Of course, Ahmad's father was very familiar with the character of his two children.

"Honestly, Son. Even if it might hurt. The law of lying in our religion is a great sin and a sign of a hypocrite. You know that, right?"

"Yes, Dad!" answer with doubt.

"Why do you still lie?"

Zidan is getting bowed. His lips were tightly clenched. I don't know what Ahmad's father would react to knowing what kind of husband he chose for his daughter.

"Tell me what happened to your sister!"

Zidan looked at Ahmad's father and Humairah's mother. "But before I answer, may I ask you something?"

"Can, Son!"

"What sinful brother recounts his own brother's disgrace?"

Ahmad's father rubbed his son's hair. "Zidan, opening the disgrace of others is sinful. But, for that there is an exception."

Zidan dared to look at his father. "What kind of exceptions?"

"First, when the person is before the judge in the trial. The witness may expose the defendant's disgrace. Second, the cleric who committed heresy and his actions are feared to plunge the people. Then the disgrace can be opened. And third, a wife who demands the right to her husband who is not paid, then the wife has the right to open her husband's disgrace to get his rights."

Zidan lowered his head again.

"Then only Kak Pelangi has the right to answer."

Hearing Zidan's reply, Humairah's mother and Ahmad's father shed tears. Without answering with certainty, Zidan's words have represented all his questions.

"Astaghfirullahaladzim."

Ahmad's father recalled the rainbow that was not as cheerful as usual. It all began on the eve of her wedding, where she stood alone on a leash. Her husband disappeared somewhere.

"Zidan, Mommy ... We're going to the rainbow house now!"
