Rainbow Blanketed Clouds

Rainbow Blanketed Clouds
Is It All Just Masks?

Rainbow's face immediately turned deathly pale looking at the rows of photos strewn across the floor. Not only the father and mother who saw, some neighbors including Ms. Rina also saw the photo. The rainbow immediately crouched down picking up sheet by sheet of photos. Khimar long he used to cover some scattered on the floor so as not to be seen by others again.

“Astaghfirullahaladzim,” ogre Dad Ahmad with a heavy breath. His wrinkled face began to pale. His mind was guessing, could the Cloud hijrah only be limited to a mask to get the Rainbow and sorry from them?

He doesn't know. Because during his discharge from the hospital, the clouds showed very much change.

“Who sent the photo?” asked Mrs Humairah who could not hide her surprise. He glanced at some of his neighbors and bowed with a reddened face.

Though only a moment ago he was so praise the son-in-law in front of the neighboring mothers.

“There is no description of the sender, Ma'am,” replied Ahmad's father. The middle-aged man glanced at his daughter who was still picking up a photo which he then put back in the box. “Call, can you come with me for a moment? Someone you want to ask you.”

The rainbow answered with a nod of the head. Standing from his crouching position hugging the box hidden behind his long khimar. He glanced at some of the mothers who were looking at him questioningly.

“Sorry, Mom. I stay a while into,” said Rainbow followed by a nod of the head by the neighbors.

“Please, Nak Pelangi,” answer them simultaneously.

After that, the rainbow followed Dad who had entered a room first, with mother. Neighbors whispered to each other after seeing photos of the clouds.

"That's the ghost of Bu Mai's photo just like it was again at the discotheque. There are also others fighting. I also had a chance to see there was a picture of the cloud again the same woman" said one of them.

"Yes, Mom. I could see too. Poor Rainbow, yes. Her husband is so," added one of them again.

"But the rainbow is good and good. Try yesterday with his son Mr. Demir, the Thunder. Must be a nice rainbow."

"Yes, Mothers. I also had time to hear the news that Guntur wanted to propose to Pelangi. But honey he's late."

They seemed to take a deep breath, before continuing their work.

.............

The rainbow stuffed the box he was carrying into a drawer. Undeniably, he was surprised by the photos. Because he knew the Cloud Photo sitting in a nightlife place was a new photo taken. The clothes that Cloud used in the photo were the same as the one she used last night when she left the house. Except for the photo with Priska. Rainbow sure it's an old photo. Judging by her hair cut.

Sitting on the edge of the bed, Ahmad's father took a deep breath to relieve the tightness in his chest. I immediately poured a glass of water and gave it to my father.

While Rainbow directly crouched by holding both knees of the father. “Daddy is okay?”

“Why even ask dad, son. You yourself how?” Dad's hand outstretched caressing the top of his daughter's head. “Photo-photo it—”

I can no longer continue his words. Only one word was right to describe his feelings now.

Sad ....

The rainbow is the only daughter she has raised with such affection. And for her, Rainbow is still a little girl to protect.

“What about those photos? Is your husband still living his old habits?” ask mother.

A smiling rainbow with a head. Last night the Clouds did ask for his permission to go out to see a friend. However, she was sure her husband did not do anything wrong.

“Insyaa Allah Mas Awan istiqamah to hijrah, Father. Just by looking at the still-unclear photos, we cannot judge him with bad judgment. I huznudzon that my husband last night came out just to meet a friend, nothing more!”

“And the photo of the fight?”

“No idea, Dad. The clouds haven't said anything. But if the photo together with other women, it's just a sheet of the past that Mas Awan has left.”

"Are you sure, son?" Mother Humairah's eyes have run into the river.

"God willing, Mom. After all, the sender of the photo was not clear from where. We don't know what the intention is for people to send the photo here.”
