Rainbow Blanketed Clouds
Where's Hubby?

The frozen clouds stared at the rainbow who was having trouble hiding the red hue on his face. The timid attitude that Rainbow showed felt very adorable to him. The skin of the face that looked clean white without stains made the red hue on his face look very clear.

 The cloud caressed that face, forcing his brain to think hard how to do it.

“You're sick, huh? Your cheeks are red.” 

Instead of decreasing, the red hue on the face of the rainbow even looks more clear. Even the heat felt spread to all parts of his face.

“It's okay, Mas,” he replied nervously.

“Masa anyway? Try here I see!” The clouds pulled the rainbow's arm to the edge of the bed. The gentle attitude that made the Rainbow instantly lowered his gaze. The clouds put their hands on the forehead, then down to the cheeks.

When the warm hand touched his face, Rainbow's body reacted quickly. He trembled, this was the first time he had touched a man other than father and Zidan. And Awan could read his wife's reaction.

“Mas, I want to take it to the bathroom first.” The rainbow pointed at the container of water and the small towel he had used to wash the body of the cloud. 

“Wait a minute!” Quickly, the Clouds pulled the Rainbow wrist. “There's something I want to say.” 

“What?” ask Rainbow with a downcast look. 

“Maybe you're tired of hearing it, but I'm really sorry for all my mistakes during this.” The clouds paused his words with long breaths. “I hurt you too much, shirking my duties as husband and not giving you your rights as wife. And after all the bad things I did, you easily forgive me.” 

“We will start everything from scratch and open a new sheet.” 

The clouds nodded slowly. Both of them were dissolved in that look. The rainbow thumped even more as the Clouds pulled it a little more forward. Until the man's lips almost touched his forehead. However, the sound of knocking on the door suddenly managed to delay the kiss. The two reflexes moved away from each other with faces that were both flushed. 

The door opened, followed by the appearance of Zidan from behind the door. “Assalamu’alaikum, Kak.” 

“Bother you!” However, that curse was only he shouted inwardly. 

“Wa’alaikumsalam,” reply them together. 

As usual, the young man smiled amiably towards his brother and sister-in-law. “Mother asked me to come here to bring food for Sister.” 

The rainbow grabbed the paper bag Zidan gave him, then put it on the table. She had not eaten since lunch because she was busy taking care of her husband. “Thank you, Deck. Sorry, made you bother.”

"Absolutely not, Brother." Zidan approached the bed and looked at his sister-in-law. “Crack Cloud how is it? Meeky?” 

“Much better,” he replied. “Mother said you donated blood to sister. Thank you, Zidan.” 

“Sama-sama, Brother. Syafakallah.” 

"Yes, now you go home! I have business with you brother."

“Oh yes, Brother. Mother asked me to stay here with Brother. He said let Brother accompany,” said Zidan to Pelangi.

A long breath of clouds was heard. Zidan turned his body after seeing the cloudy face. A funny reaction forced Zidan to close his lips to hold back a laugh.

The clouds fell asleep after taking the medicine. While Rainbow and Zidan were chatting on the sofa.

"Alhamdulillah, I'm happy Kak Awan wants to move. May you be a good priest for you in forming a family of sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah."

"Aamiinu. Thank you, Deck. In the process of learning, maybe your brother will need your help. You know what the Cloud was like before? It is not easy to abandon the old habits associated with the enjoyment of the world."

Zidan nodded excitedly. "God willing, Brother. We'll both study with Brother Awan."

The rainbow rubbed his sister's shoulder. "One more time thank you, Dek. Which brother wouldn't feel lucky to have a sister like you."

"Hm ... Start the language of seduction out."

They laugh together too.

Time shows at one in the morning when the clouds woke up from their sleep. The first thing that was present in his view was the rainbow that was running the night prayer. He smiled, Rainbow's face so shady without any burden.

The clouds stared at the sofa bed not far from where it lay. No sight of Zidan there.

"Where is Zidan? Didn't he say he was going to stay here?" ask the Clouds shortly after the rainbow has finished praying. The rainbow folded its face and put it in the bag.

"I told you to go home, Mom. He's in college tomorrow."

"Oh .." the answer is short. "Have you not slept since?"

With a smile, the rainbow shook. "I can't sleep yet, so pray first."

"Yes, then here for a minute." The clouds reached out and were immediately greeted by a rainbow.

One thing that kept the Rainbow pounding today, the attitude of the Clouds was very much different from before. He who was cold became warm and attentive.

"Now you sleep, yes. I don't want you to get sick from lack of rest. You heard it yourself, didn't you say my foot doctor wasn't so bad."

"Yes, Mas. I'm going to sleep, but if Mas needs anything, wake me up, yeah."

Clouds nod. In a split second and a very unexpected move, he had managed to pull the Rainbow until his lips fused with his forehead. Rainbow eyes closed tightly, his heart pounding even more feeling a deep and gentle kiss.

For a few seconds, time stopped. The rainbow only came to a realization when the hands of the Clouds stroked the top of his khimar-clad head.

So nervous, he trembled, and unfortunately it looks very clear. The clouds wanted to burst out a laugh right then and there. Rainbow was very different to the girls he had been friends with.

"Good sleep!" rainbow said rainbow.

"Where's hubby?"
