110. Shares 35 Percent

Ilena is still mourning Brian's sudden departure. Actually Ilena is suspicious of her brother and stepmother for the death of Brian. But he also did not have enough evidence to ensnare the two of them.

"Sit, Ilena. Emanuel's lawyer will read your father's will" Sorena said in a soft tone. Very different than usual.

"Alright, because everyone has gathered. I'll start reading the will written by Mr. Brian Adams" Emanuel said.

"Wait, Lawyer!" sergeant Ilena.

"What's wrong, Miss Ilena?"

"Dad just died, even the soil of his tomb is still wet. Why are we even talking about a will?"

"Ilena dear, this is a will from your father. Wouldn't it be appropriate for us to carry it out immediately if there is something your father wants," Sorena replied still in her soft voice. In her heart she was so upset that Ilena attacked Emanuel.

Ilena nodded. He knew if this was not continued then his stepmother and brother would definitely make him suffer more than before.

Emanuel begins to read the will left by Brian to his family. Everyone looked serious listening to every word that came out of Emanuel's mouth.

Sorena started to protest. Ilena had expected that her stepmother would not agree with her father's decision.

"Madam, I'm just reading what Mr. Adams told me. How could I dare to change the contents of his will. You guys better sign this soon and I'll take care of the transfer of shares on your behalf."

Sorena and Selena looked at each other. Of course they did not accept it because Ilena got the same part as Selena.

"Miss Selena, please sign here. You are entitled to 35 percent of the shares owned by Adams Group" said Emanuel.

"Miss Ilena, please sign it too. You also get the same part as Miss Selena. That's Adams Group's share of 35 percent."

Sorena's breaking the table. Finally he made his protest manifest.

"Madam, please respect the decision of the late Madam's husband. Both of Mr. Adams' daughters get the same share. Because they were both Mr. Adams' real daughters. Then the remaining 30 percent were divided for Madam 10 percent, and Ralph 10 percent, the rest for all Adams Group employees. That's all Mr Adams' final decision. If the Madam does not accept it, then the Madam has the right to file a lawsuit against the court."

Selena and Sorena rounded their eyes in disbelief at what they had just heard.

"You're serious, Ilena?" sorena asked in a low tone.

"Yes, Mom. I'm serious! I don't want those shares. But allow me to be free. I want to take care of the orphanage."

Selena and Sorena looked at each other. They feel like they are winning now.

"Miss Ilena! Do you really want to do this?" emanuel asked in disbelief.

"Yes, Mr. Attorney. I don't want anything but to be able to take care of the orphanage kids. And for the shares of the company .. just return it on behalf of Sorena's mother. Let me get 10 percent."

Sorena sparkled happily. "Really, Son? Ah, thank you so much." Sorena hugged Ilena. For the first time Ilena felt the warmth of a mother's embrace.

Although in her heart Ilena felt sorry for the condition of her family, but this was better than having endless debates between them.

Choosing to leave the house like hell, is a good decision according to Ilena.
