68. The Mysterious One

Eryn prepared breakfast for his family. This activity makes Eryn become closer to Noah and also Mr. Kim, Eryn's father.

She began to enjoy her role as a mother as well as a daughter to her father. All the problems that had approached him as much as possible he patis just to make his son happy.

Noah is so close to Joon. So Eryn tries to open his heart to Joon. But it seems that everything will not be easy for Eryn, because Ga Eun who is suspected of Joon's ex-lover is back in attendance.

"Noah, did you finish your breakfast?" ask Mr. Kim.

"Already, Cake."

"Then come with grandfather. There's something Grandpa wants to show you" Mr. Kim asked.

"Well, is that Grandpa? Mommy, Daddy, I'm coming with grandpa first." Noah got out of his chair and took Mr. Kim by the hand.

Eryn and Kang Joon. They are both still silent. Suddenly Kang Joon got out of his chair and walked away. Eryn is confused by Kang Joon's attitude. But he is still silent.

A few seconds later Kang Joon returns and brings a bunch of flowers he brought for Eryn. Eryn's eyes rounded receiving a bouquet of flowers from Joon.

"I'm sorry," Joon said.

Eryn moved out of his chair. He placed Joon's flowers on the dining table.

"Eryn!" Joon stops Eryn's steps.

"What's wrong? I have to get ready to go to the office" said Eryn.

"You're mad at me?" ask Joon.

"No! Why should I be angry?"

Joon sighed. He held both of Eryn's hands.

"I know Ga Eun's attitude must have hurt you. I'll be more strict with him" Joon explained.

Eryn brushed Joon's hand off. "I don't mind if you're close to him or maybe still have a relationship with him."

"Why are you talking like that? Didn't we agree to start a relationship?"

Eryn looked at Joon.

"Come, Joon. Looks like there's something unfinished between you and him."

"It's not about me, Eryn. But you! You're always tied to your past. Can't you look to the future without being overshadowed by your past?"

Eryn. It's not just about Joon but him. He was still curious about the man he saw yesterday. A man who has a voice similar to someone he knows.

"I'm sorry... We'd better talk about this next time. I have to go to the office. Excuse me!"

Eryn looks for a business card that was given yesterday by the driver of the car he hit.

"Se-Kang Group?"

Eryn thought for a moment. "I'd better see the car owner before I go to the office. I don't want to be branded irresponsible."

Eryn gave the maps in his car an order to get to the Se-Kang Group address.

Arriving at a towering building, Eryn was stunned. It turned out that Se-Kang's company was almost as big as his father's JK Group.

Eryn got out of the car and went to the receptionist.

The receptionist frowned. "What do you need to do to meet our leader? Did Miss make an appointment?"

"I haven't made an appointment. But yesterday I was given this name card. I was asked to come here to resolve last night's accident." Eryn handed the business card to the receptionist.

The receptionist contacted someone by phone at his desk.

"Miss, please go up to the 18th floor. There you can meet our leader."

Eryn bowed before stepping up the elevator to the 18th floor.

While in the CEO's room, a man noticed a video recording of the surveillance cameras inside the elevator. He noticed a woman who was now heading to the 18th floor to meet him.

"Finally you came too" the man murmured with a rub of his chin.

The elevator stopped and the door opened. Eryn got out of the elevator and looked for the leader's room. There were footsteps approaching Eryn.

"Good morning, Miss. I am Kim Beom, I am the assistant of the leader of Se-Kang Group. Please, Miss is already awaited by our leader." A man spoke at length with Eryn.

"Ah, yes."

Eryn followed in the footsteps of the man named Kim Beom. A door that is sturdy enough to be a barrier between a boss and his employees.

Kim Beom knocked on the door and entered the large room.

"Master, there's a guest for you. The receptionist said he wanted to talk about last night's accident."

"Hmm, you can come out!"

The man's voice sounded firm and heavy. The man who was still sitting on his great chair turned his back to Eryn. So Eryn had to say something.

"Excuse me, Mister. I'm here to compensate you for the damage done to Mr.'s car" Eryn said carefully.

The man got up from his seat and turned to face Eryn.

For a moment Eryn was stunned staring at the leader of Se-Kang Group. The man smiled meaningfully as he looked at Eryn.

In a different place, Carlos managed to get Eryn's contact number and directly informed Rose. Carlos' wife immediately sparkled happily to get contact that could connect him with Eryn.

"That's Eryn's office number. It turns out that there he also opened an event designer business," explains Carlos.

Rose hugged Carlos. "Thank you, baby. I'll call this number right away."
