Chapter 12 - To Ben's House

Bella smothers her mouth when she accidentally pushes Justin. His lover looked in pain from crashing into the tools.

"What's wrong with you, Bella? I thought you agreed to do it!" cetus Justin stood up.

"I'm not ready for..." Bella replied with a discordant tone. Especially when Justin comes closer.

"When aren't you ready, huh?! Know it? I've been waiting too long until you're ready! Imagine, Bella! Two years!" Justin formed the number two with his finger. He pointed it right at Bella's face. His eyes blocked greatly from the mounting anger. "Two years I've been patient for you!!!" he added. Screaming loudly.

"I have a reason, okay?! You can't force me if I don't want to. It was the same as harassment!" reply Bella. Trying to defend themselves.

Justin rolled his eyes. She dragged Bella deeper into her apartment. But Bella refused and exerted all her energy to get away from Justin.

"Bella! What the fuck are you!" reprimand Justin who still gripped tightly Bella's arm. He now turns to hold Bella's shoulder.

"I love you, Bella! You know that, don't you? That's why I'm trying to be patient to wait for you! If you have a reason, please tell me what it is!" Justin concluded. Slightly shook Bella's body.

"I don't know. I'm just afraid.maybe it's just that." said Bella as she lowered her head.

"Fearful? Then, how about-"

Bella's phone suddenly rang. Bella then uses the opportunity to run away from Justin's questions. He could not explain the exact reason.

Without seeing the name on the phone screen, Bella picked up the phone call. He greeted me kindly. But the figure who called instead welcomed with a terrible scolding.

"Where are you, Doctor Red? Do you know how long I waited for you?!!!" timpal the guy who called. He is none other than Ben. It just so happens that Bella chose not to come to Ben's house. Because the girl prefers to spend time with Justin.

Bella waves. Justin is busy watching it. Bella automatically has no choice but to leave Justin's apartment.

"Bella! Where are you going?! What the..." Justin was shocked when he watched Bella move out of the apartment. He tried to catch up, but Bella was already far away from running.

Bella is still positioning the phone in one ear. To be honest, Ben sounded still scolding.

"For the sake of talking to you, I even missed an important meeting today! But you just ignored me... I don't accept it! Aargh!!!" Ben sounded furious. The sound of his growling successfully stuck in Bella's ear. Until the girl had to keep the phone away from her ear.

Bruk! Prangs!

The sound of things falling. Bella was worried. 'Is Lucky going to show up?' that's what happened to Bella.

"Ben, please calm down... I'll go there soon. Okay well? Don't let Lucky master-"

"Hello, Doctor Red. It's nice to talk to you, " said Ben. His tone changed drastically. Sounds friendlier and more vibrant than the real Ben.

Bella stopped walking. Her eyes widened. His words must be cut off. Bella tries to stay calm.

"Be-ben.. Are you that?" Bella makes sure.

"I'm waiting for you, Doctor. I'm sure you're more interested in meeting me than Ben. Didn't you?..." Obviously the one who spoke was another personality Ben. As you know, his name is Lucky. He added an ambiguous laugh at the end of the sentence.

"I'm on my way!" Bella decides to go to Ben's house alone. After all, according to his expectations, Lucky sounded friendly and kind. Bella feels that what Jimmy and Ben are saying is not true. At least that's the judgment Bella gave when she heard Lucky's voice.

Bella goes to Ben's house in a taxi. Upon arrival at the destination, Bella did not forget to pay for the taxi service she was riding.

"Miss, are you sure this is your destination?" ask the taxi driver who has Tyler's name. She was astonished by the house Bella was visiting right now. The place is a bit remote.

Ben's house is not far from the city. But the location itself is near a fairly dense forest. It makes Tyler worried about his passengers.

"Emm..." Bella confirmed the address Ben sent. Bella says nothing is wrong. Bella was not at all afraid. At least that's how he feels now.

"Look! This is the address my friend sent me." Bella reveals the address Ben sent to Tyler.

"All right, Miss." Tyler agreed. The address Ben gave was not wrong.

"Be careful.." said Tyler. Before Bella gets out of the taxi. Bella replied with a thank you.

Now Bella is galloping to Ben's doorstep. Then press the bell a few times.

Wush!

The taxi is gone. I don't know why the atmosphere suddenly felt so gripping. Moreover, the time now has shown at 09.50 pm.

The sound of the night beast was not heard. Not to mention the state of Ben's house which happened to be in a forest fire. Bella feels weird. Why would a man as rich as Ben want to live in such a deserted house?

It's been more than ten times Bella's rammed the bell. Ben did not open the door.

Bella darted to the window. I hope to see Ben from there. Nil, he didn't find anyone.

"Hello? Ben's? Or Lucky?" Bella tried to call. But no one opened the door for him. I don't know why Bella feels bad. It was likely the quiet atmosphere that made Bella somewhat shriveled.

Just in case, Bella immediately contacted Brian and Cecil. Dear thousand dear, there is no signal at all. Bella was unable to contact both of her confidants.

Bella hugged her own body. Now he understood why the taxi driver was worried about him. After looking further, the state of Ben's house does look terrible. The house was luxurious and large, but it seemed unkempt. Just like in horror movies in general.

Slowly Bella turned her body towards the road. He canceled his intention to meet Lucky. Bella can't take the risk. He couldn't just barge into someone else's property. In America, this is a major crime. The law even allows homeowners to shoot anyone who infiltrates their homes.

Just one step, Bella's attention was diverted by the sound of the door squeaking. He stopped stepping. Then look slowly back.

Bella saw the door open. But the girl found no host everywhere. There was only the sound of the night wind rustling in the ears.

Bravely, Bella walked to the front door. There he can notice the state of Ben's house. Bella can conclude, there is no one in the house.

Bella pecked near the door. He was reluctant to go deeper because he felt a strange atmosphere.

When Bella turned around. Then he heard someone's voice. Bella gasps.

"Come, Doctor!" ask the owner of the voice. Bella is convinced she is Lucky. Because the difference in speech intonation is very easily distinguished from the original Ben figure.

"Lucky? Where're you?" bella asked as she swallowed her own saliva. He finally breezed into Ben's house. Spreading the view to all directions.
