Chapter 66 - The Dark Past

After Lucky was tied up and confined indoors, Bella immediately got treatment. The wound was bandaged and slowly recovered. But instead of resting, Bella just wants to help Ben as soon as possible.

Bella's departure to Washington City was made. He needs to take time to his destination for about four hours more.

Bella knows Lucky's efforts that had wanted to control Ben's body were just mischief. Lucky's real wish is to stay with Ben. That's why he approached Bella. Making sure Ben's past isn't exposed.

"Selieve everything. Let Ben live quietly. Anyway, everything has passed. You have to believe that Ben can make his life happy" Bella said, letting go of a hug. Look at each other with Lucky.

"Ben changed a lot when he met you, Doctor. I can feel it. But I don't want the past to repeat itself. I don't want to trust women just like that. You're also one of the reasons I hate women, if you're really the girl I met at the lake" Lucky replied. The look on his face turned flat.

"This time I won't leave Ben again. I promise! I love him, Lucky. really..." Bella emits nanar in her hazel bead.

Lucky watched Bella's expression carefully. Then he said, "Benjamin Hillstone. That's Ben's real name." Lucky develops a smile. A smile that has never been seen before. Sincere and soothing.

"Lucky?" call Bella make sure.

"Bella's? What's going on?!" ben asked, as he watched himself tied to a chair.

Bella did not answer. Now he knows that Ben is back. Without a second thought, Bella immediately hugged Ben while breaking a cry.
