Chapter 58 - Ben's Love Statement

Jimmy finally went to the hospital to take Justin and Bella. Leaving Ben sitting alone.

Ben's handbooks looked bloody from beating Justin too much. He was struggling to think about what had just happened. Why can't he hold back his anger?

One thing Ben realized. He's dangerous to others. Especially when he remembered how many humans Lucky had killed. Ben sometimes feels unable to survive in a normal world. It's different from everyone. But that was exactly what scared him.

As if one heart with Ben, the first rain of spring falls. Sparks of water wet every inch of Ben's body. The man slowly stood up and began to step in an indeterminate direction.

At the same time, Bella had just arrived at the hospital. The medical team on duty immediately took care of Justin to be treated.

Jimmy looks like he wants to drive back in the car, but Bella immediately intercepts. He told the middle-aged man to seek treatment. Afraid that the wound on Jimmy's head was getting worse.

Bella tries to reach Ben by phone. He did it while walking down the dark and rain-drenched streets. Lightning sounds echoed as well.

"Ben, I'm sorry. Please don't do that.." said Bella while holding Ben tightly. He thought Ben was gonna jump off the bridge.

Ben freezes. He didn't return Bella's embrace. Ben just needs certainty. Did Bella choose herself or Justin?

"I tried to separate you and Justin. I took Justin away so you could calm down" Bella said. Slowly she took off her embrace, and looked up to look at Ben.

Ben is still silent. Even so, his eyeballs moved staring in the hazel bead of Bella. A meaningful look returned.

"You want to know why, Doctor? Why am I acting like that?" Ben finally raised his voice.

Bella who felt something from Ben's gaze, stepped back. He has a premonition that Ben will be breaking the terms as his patient. As a woman, Bella knows exactly what kind of love looks like.

"Please tell me that my guess is wrong, Ben? You're not in love with me, are you?" Bella guessed first.

Bella must have been shocked. He doesn't know how to. Bella is still confused by her feelings. He was interested in Ben. But Bella can not ignore the mental illness that the man has. In addition, Bella also had to think about her professionalism as a psychiatrist.

"Instantially, you've stopped being my patient, Ben." Bella said slowly. He decided to give an ambiguous answer. As if ignoring the expression of feelings from Ben earlier.

"Lucky's right. All women are the same." Ben concludes Bella didn't vote for him. He's disappointed. Really disappointed. Ben turned around and left Bella first.

"Ben! I brought you your car!" peekot Bella. He behaves as if he were ordinary. But not for Ben. The man continued to go as far away from Bella as possible.

With a bad feeling, Bella returned to the hospital. He's been with Justin all night. Honestly, it's not Justin that's on Bella's mind right now. Except Ben.

'What is Ben doing now? He's okay, isn't he? What if Ben did something dangerous?' Bella repeated the same question in her head. He didn't sleep all night thinking about it.

When the time shows at three in the morning, then Bella fell asleep. He curled up on the couch with a blanket from the nurse.

Three hours passed. Bella wakes up to hear a lot of people talking. He saw Cecil and Brian. The two friends were chatting with Justin.

"Look! The princess is awake," said Cecil. He's the first person to know that Bella just woke up from sleep.

"Bella, come here!" justin.

Bella blinked her eyes while watching Justin. The man seemed to have recovered and began to speak fluently. Bella immediately approached and sat down next to Justin. As if understanding, Cecil and Brian rushed out of the room.

"Thank you, you're willing to give me a chance to maintain our relationship." Justin clasped Bella's fingers with his weak hand.

"You cheated, and I cheated. Aren't you in trouble with that?" bella hatch.

"No! But if we both promise not to repeat it. I'm not going to see that woman again, Bella. You don't have to meet Ben either. For all that, let's get out of New York." Justin told me his brilliant idea.

"I don't know..." Bella doubts. His mind was now like a survivor bobbing in the middle of the open ocean.

"Doctor Rose, you're not in love with your patients are you?" justin asks who already knows Bella's identity as Red Rose. Cecil and Brian said it all. Including Bella and Ben's relationship.

Bella stunned. He was afraid Justin would do something bad to Ben. He remembers Justin working with Billy to bring Ben down. Bella has to do something so Justin doesn't tell Billy Ben's mental illness.

"Nope-no. Of course not! Do you know the truth about Ben?" Bella makes sure. He's really worried.

"Yes, Cecil and Brian told me. Ben has multiple personality disease, right?" justin replied as he tightened his grip onto Bella's hand. "Listen, Bella. You better take Ben off your list of patients. He's dangerous. Says Cecil, another personality Ben has tried to kill you a few times? Aren't you scared? I heard him very worried," he said.

Bella speaks a thousand languages. He could not deny Justin. Ben is dangerous. That's what makes Bella think twice about accepting Ben's love.

"Let's get married, Bella! I don't care if you've slept with me or not. Because all I want is to have you. Let's start a new life in another city" added Justin. After learning that Ben likes Bella, he is determined to formalize his relationship to a more serious level. Justin didn't give Ben a chance.
