Chapter 3: The Thief

Kate's out of the auction. He goes to the toilet and searches for information about the man who managed to get the diamond "The Heart Light".

"Leo Abraham? where did he get the money to get the diamond? judging from his profile he doesn't have a big company but why is he so rich?" kate's inner self reads information about Leo.

Kate won't give in. His goal was to get the diamond. For that he began to carry out his mission by approaching the people closest to Leo. Who else if not his bodyguard.

Either Kate's lucky or Leo's stupid. It turned out that the man would rather recruit a female bodyguard than a male. And now Leo is escorted by a female bodyguard.

"It looks like Goddess Fortuna is siding with me. I'm going to go undercover as one of the bodyguards." grinned Kate.

Kate's out of the toilet. He will be looking for an opening to approach one of Leo's bodyguards and replace his duties temporarily.

Kate walks gracefully in the hotel hallway. But he accidentally runs into a horde of bodyguards Leo is running in a hurry. Kate is suspicious and follows them secretly. Turns out Leo just got out of the auction.

Leo shook hands with the owner of the diamond and left from there. The owner went back into the room. Kate must quickly disguise herself in order to follow Leo.

Kate's still lurking. He saw one of Leo's bodyguards break into the diamond owner's room. "It's a good opportunity." Kate slipped into the room and closed the door. Bodyguard Leo was surprised and turned his head. "who are you?"

Kate was surprised by what she saw. It turns out that after a successful transaction, bodyguard Leo goes in to kill the owner and take back his money.

"Oh I'm sorry, like I went wrong into the room" Kate said with a guilty face.

Bodyguard Leo looked suspicious. He's convinced Kate came in here on purpose. "Say!! Whatdoyouwant?" tanyanya.

Kate folded her hands in front of her chest. He saw the owner of the diamond curled up in fear at the gunpoint. "You're very alert. I told you I was wrong in the room."

Kate swore in my heart. He should have brought a gun too. Kate rolled over and hid by the side of the bed. He throws blankets, pillows and so on to fight Leo's bodyguard.

Do you think I want your shirt because your shirt is good, huh?" kate, she took off her veil and began to swap her clothes for her. Not to forget, Kate changed her makeup similar to the woman who was currently fainting in front of her.

"You look great in this dress Kate. Now, let's finish our mission!" Kate takes a suitcase full of money and takes it away to meet Leo.

In front of the hotel, Leo was waiting for Kate in the car. Kate tries to calm down and approaches Leo. He bowed respectfully like any other bodyguard in general but Leo only took a quick glance and coded Kate to get into the car.

Kate sat next to the driver with a suitcase on her lap. His heart was racing due to the tension. This is the first time Kate has been near her target. Previously, he only needed to disguise himself and observe the place before carrying out his mission. But now, she had to disguise herself many times and now she was going with her target somewhere.

"I hope I didn't lose my life this time." Kate said.

The car they were riding stopped in the courtyard of a fairly large house. They get in there and Kate walks right behind Leo because he's carrying a suitcase full of money. Sometimes Kate glances back and forth looking for whether there is a cctv or other security system.

"Are they not using cctv for their security? Or maybe they use another system? I can't be careless." her inner

After putting the diamond and the money in, they returned to their original place. Leo pressed a button and a red laser appeared that stretched quite a lot blocking the way to the safe.

"I took my word. I think it's gonna be hard." Inwardly again.

"You must guard this place, lest the woman come and steal my diamonds. If that happens, then you will receive the consequences" Leo told his bodyguard.

Leo was unaware that the woman he was referring to was now standing nearby with a grin on her face. He judged that Leo was a greedy man and that made him want to steal the diamond even more so that he knew the taste.

Kate and one of Leo's bodyguards stood in front of the door. He glanced at a glance and started aiming at the woman with an anesthetic needle.

The woman fell. Kate lifted the woman up and sat her in the chair and held her head up as if she was sitting normally. Fortunately, they wear sunglasses. So no one will know if the woman fainted. After everything was done, Kate entered the room and locked it from the inside.

"OK. now think about how I got past that damn laser. I'm sure it's not an ordinary laser." Kate took off her glasses and threw them.

Bodyguard was panicked. He screamed and tried to open the door.

The other bodyguards who heard the commotion began to arrive and tried to break down the door. Kate's inside is starting to panic. He inserted the diamond in a hurry to not realize if a chip came into his pocket.

"Dam.. I need to get out of here." Kate said. He's looking for a way out. He couldn't have gotten through that door because there must have been a lot of bodyguards around. There was no other way, Kate looked up and grinned.

The door was broken but unfortunately the safe door was open. "Ware!! Quickly report to the boss!!" said one of Leo's bodyguards.

While on the roof of the ceiling, Kate crawled carefully so as not to cause sound. He slowly opens one of the roofs of the ceiling and sees Leo struggling with a woman.

"Tsk. disgusting." Kate's inner.

"Boss, hell!"

Kate closed the roof when she heard someone knocking on the door. It's clear they're reporting what happened.

Kate peeked, Leo sounded very angry. The man came out of the room followed by the woman.

"Huft.it's good they're gone.'' Kate came down from the ceiling. And ran through Leo's window.

"You're so lucky Kate." Kate used one of the cars parked in the yard and rushed out of there.

While in there, Leo is furious because someone managed to steal the diamond. Not only that, the thief also took his important items. A chip that holds his valuable data.

"It's a Cctv record of the boss's safe" said one of Leo's bodyguards.

Looks like Kate has been careless because she did not realize there is a hidden camera installed in the safe.

Leo saw the cctv footage. It turned out that the one who stole his diamonds was his own bodyguard. Ah no, but someone disguised as his bodyguard.

"What a perfect disguise, but I won't let you go because you stole my precious possession. These eyes!!! I'll remember these eyes."
