Steven and Kate enter through the back door. There, they were greeted with shots from Leo's men. Steven pulled Kate into hiding. He pulled out a gun from behind his back and started shooting at Leo's men. So did Kate and Steven's men. They do the same thing.

"Kc.. I didn't expect Leo to have so many men." - Steven

"Have you just complained?" ask Kate

Steven clucked in annoyance. He kept shooting at Leo's men and started moving forward. He asks his men to protect him and Kate, as they will be looking for hostages.

"If this keeps up, we won't be able to find Mommy." cried Kate

"We're splitting. You go left, I'll protect you. And remember!! Do not be rash and do reckless. Youunderstand?"

Kate nodded quickly. Kate ran while shooting. So did Steven who shot Leo's men who tried to target Kate.

"Alright, let's get this over with quickly." Steven moved forward by continuously shooting at Steven's men using the weapons in both hands. Even when the bullet ran out, he hid and quickly took out the empty shell from the bullet chamber from the magazine. He stuffed the bullet-riddled casings into the bullet chamber and started shooting at Leo's men again.

"Kc.. Why is there no end? I need to find Kate's mother soon." Steven rolled around to hide. She faintly saw someone with a stature that she was very familiar with.

"Leo!!"

Meanwhile, Kate continues to run and hide from gunfire. He looked around looking for his mother's whereabouts. But unfortunately, he did not find her.

"CZ.. Where exactly did that man hold Mommy?" Kate saw the upstairs. Maybe he should go up and look for her there. But with so many of Leo's men makes Kate think hard.

There was no other way, he would risk his luck. And hope that Goddess Fortuna is still on her side.

"For Mommy. I hope you protect me, Goddess." Kate prayed in her heart. He ran while shooting. He jumped up the stairs and hung up to reach the floor upstairs. But from the top, Leo's men are ready to shoot Kate.

Kate flinched and started throwing her dagger and on target.

Kate let out a long sigh and tried to climb up and succeeded. He pulled out his dagger and rushed to find his mother.

But again he met Leo's son. Three of them, they're pointing guns at Kate. " Give up your hands!!" shouted Leo's men .

"Reverse!!" tell them

Kate did what they wanted. He set his breath when he heard the footsteps approaching him. And when they were right behind Kate, the woman quickly kicked one of Leo's men in the head and made Leo's men slide down from the second floor. He pulled out his dagger and stabbed it right in the heart of Leo's other men. And quickly he did a sliding tackle on Leo's remaining men. He clamped the man's neck with both feet and....

The man's collarbone broke and left him dead instantly.

Kate set her breath panting. He stood up and pulled back his dagger. "You are the weapon that understands me the most." Kate keeps her dagger and goes back to look for her mother. He checked one room at a time upstairs. Again he met Leo's men. But this time, Kate finished them off with a firearm.

"Sorry, I don't want to linger playing with you guys." Kate pointed her gun and shot them one by one. He came back forward and arrived at the last door of a room he had not checked.

"May you be here, mom." Kate slowly opened the door and started to enter. This room is a little different from the other rooms. It's wider and messier. Just like a warehouse. Lots of stuff scattered there.

Kate got rid of the thing that was blocking her way. He felt very alert because the place was very quiet. Until he saw someone he was looking for tied up in a standing position with a man.

"Mommy!!!" scream Kate

"Kate, is that you?" Jully sees her daughter running up to her. He was so happy to see his daughter. But his daughter shouldn't be here.

"Go Kate!! This place is not safe for you." Jully exclaimed

"What do you mean, mom? I came to save you."

"Jully's right, Kate. Go!! Otherwise, we'll die buried in this godforsaken place." exclaimed Robert

"What do you mean?" ask Kate

Robert looked down and Kate followed Robert.
